Between Mal and Mitt, who have the higher Speed stat? I'll take that one.
I was more thinking Friend, DUsk or Nest Ball.
Heal Ball has a sparkle effect when you send it into battle for extra sparkles, but of the three you listed, I'd say

Master Ball (even though its tail isn't purple, how can you pass up a ball that has its initial on it?), Nest Ball, or Dusk Ball. I guess Friend Ball but I don't like the HGSS Pokeballs that much because they have no special animation.
They might in Gen 6 though :(
