just accept it....its for balance, your not going to give any pokemon lightning storm

100 accuracy
120 attack,
Actually, I would since it would be a sweet attack to have =P also is pokemon truly balanced? I always believed it was unbalanced enough to justify one semi-broken attack.

And maybe because a trapping Fire Blast would be a near-broken signature move for Heatran.
Good point, but Heatran would still love it and he kinda needs all the help he could get.

I think it is the same reason Focus Blast got that much accuracy. Otherwise, can you imagine Focus Blast almost never missing? Things like that are to balance it out. Though they don't always thing of the metagame when they do these things. =P
Actually I couldn't really imagine Focus Blast being more accurate really. I always pictured it being a more costly, suped up version of Aura Sphere in the fact it takes more "Ki" to form the engery needed for it.

if you give a pokemon a berry as a hold item (lum for example) and it is used in a WiFi battle, will the pokemon still be holding the berry once the battle is over and you return to the lobby?

What's a good non-Zapdos Togekiss counter? If I want to move up to second-worst battler, I'll need a way to kill it until it is dead, dead, dead!

Well, it's not a counter. But, Dugtrio with RS/SE makes a very nice Revenge killer.

Eh. . .I want something that can make Togekiss cry back to its egg. Togekiss is the King of Hax, and you're screwed if Stone Edge misses (which is 2/3 of the time for me). In other words, I want a true counter, not just a revenge killer. Thanks, though! :)

Well, then other ways are SR. Togekiss does NOT like SR. The only other choices then would be Toxic or something faster that can hit it hard.
EDIT: There are no real counters to togekiss if it gets it's hax off. Best just to hit it hard, and fast.

To Adman2: Electivire or Magnezone can freely come in on a Thunder Wave. Magnezone resists Air Slash but doesn't enjoy Aura Sphere. Inner Focus Pokemon could work too. Lucario, Dragonite, Crobat, and Alakazam are the best choices but all of these Pokemon hate TW so Aromatherapy support would help. Pokemon with Synchronize can also hinder Togekiss by paralyzing him.

I've always wondered, how do those people in the WiFi forum get such good pokemon, with like 4 or 5 flawless IV's? I thought the odds were usually with 3 flawless Iv's.

Regirock. High Special Defense, resists air slash, doesnt care about getting paralyzed. Smack it with a stone edge and feel shame for making something so cute cry. ExtremeSpeed works too, but Lucario and Arcanine are meh pokemon. And lucario doesnt like getting paralyzed.

They breed for a long time. It took me a week of nonstop breeding to get my totodile with 28/30/31/29/20/31. I pretty much just held down the U and D buttons on my DS while I did other stuff. But it was well worth it due to good totodiles being extremely scarce, and therefore good trading fodder.

My Question. The DP analysis page says that seismic toss and scrappy are illegal on miltank, but serebii says that seismic toss is an egg move for miltank in DP. 0_o, whats the dealeo? Can you get Seismic Toss and Scrappy on miltank, and if so, how?

Clefables standard movesets are mostly special.

That should work well in UU, though Abomasnow will ruin your fun with Hail, and Grass Resist. Put Fire Blast over Rflct/LS to counter. As far as standard play goes, Blissey, dragons, Ttar, Hippowdon, Heatran, Gyarados, Heracross, random walls, other random stuff all mess up this set. You could try it, but I doubt you'll get good results. In my experience, the only clefable set that ever worked in standard was the calm mind version. And that was in ADV standard, so I'm sure it got even better with Magic Guard.

I recently bred two Slakoths with the following stats:

1) Adamant; 0 / 31/ 18 / 1 / 24 / 31
2) Adamant; 12 / 28 / 23 / 31 / 31 / 31

Would the 3 less attack IVs on the second one be a fair trade-off for the better HP, Def ans Sp. Def?
