Is there a reliable Programm which figures out if my PKMN is hacked or not?
What does Surgo use to figure out wheter a PKMN is hacked or not?

I was on serebii and I was looking at Bibarel's ability simple. Simple says it increases the effects from Bibarel's hold item and attacks are increased.

Does anyone know how much a Choice Band or Life Orb would increase if I put it on a Bibarel with the simple ability?

IIRC, Simple doubles stat boosts, not Choice Band/Life Orb. Calm Mind, for example, becomes +2/+2, instead of +1/+1. Swords Dance would become +4 attack. Liechi/Petaya berrys would double your attack/special attack instead of just a 1 stage boost.

Research Thread said:
Simple - It doubles the effect of any non-status based stat-change that affects Bibarel\Bidoof, whether inflicted by the opponent or the beaver itself. For example, if an opponent Intimidates Bidoof, which is a -1 Attack drop, its Attack will effectively go down -2 (although it still has just a -1 Attack modifier).

I wouldn't trust Serebii's descriptions, most all of them are wrong.

Rivalry boosts the move power of Special Attacks as well by 25% if the targeted Pokemon is of the same gender.

Proof:

Female Shinx (Rivalry) Lv. 9 using Shock Wave with 14 SpAtk against Female Wumple Lv. 10 with 11 SpDef.

Expected damage without Rivalry boost: 10, 12 or 13.
Expected damage with Rivalry boost: 13, 15 or 16.

Damage: 15, 16.

Hence Rivalry boosts the move power of any move (be it physical or special) by 25% if the foe is of the same gender.
From dp research thread. I also remember something being mentioned about attack lowering if the opponent pokemon is of opposite gender.

Edit:
well, you can call me mr. bad news or whatever you want, but rivalry boosting 25% both physical and special move power was kinda too good to be true...you may anticipate what comes now

if the oponent is of the opposite gender, your moves have 25% less power...we accidentally came across this info as I was finishing the LAST test for the damage formula with x-act, when the calced damage was higher than what I got, it was like this:

female luxio, lv.100, 205sA, using thunderbolt/spark, wise glasses
vs
male 162 sD slaking

thundebolt + wise glasses
calc. damage without the negative 25%: 142-168
calc. damage with the negative 25%: 106-126
damage I got: 116, 117

charge + thunderbolt + wise glasses
calc. dmg without the negative 25%: 283-334
calc. dmg with the negative 25%: 211-250
damage I got: 222, 234, 237

spark had also 25% less base pwr

two wild battle test which prove this:

female lv.28 rivalry shinx with 43attack using bite against female 51defense gastrodon
rivarly boost: 13 x 75 x 43 / 51 / 50 ) + 2) x 85-100/100 = 15-18
no boost: 13 x 60 x 43 / 51 / 50 ) + 2) x 85-100/100 = 12-15
dmg I got: 17

female lv.28 rivalry shinx with 43attack using bite against male 44defense floatzel
no boost: 13 x 60 x 43 / 44 / 50 ) + 2) x 85-100/100 = 14-17
negative rivalry modifier: 13 x 45 x 43 / 44 / 50 ) + 2) x 85-100/100 = 11-13
dmg I got: 12

How do you figure out wheter IVs or Attacks and so on are hacked?

IVs:
If it has over 31 IVs in any one stat then it is certainly hacked.
Also if it has 31 IVs in every single stat is is probabaly hacked (the odds of this happening naturally are 1,073,741,824 to 1.

Moves:
If a pokemon has attacks other than those listed on Veekun's pokedex then it has been hacked. Also if a pokemon has egg moves but is in any pokeball other than the standard pokeball it is hacked. Pokemon with certain combinations of egg moves might also be hacked - but you will have to ask one of the experts what those combinations are!

For attacks, look at a Pokemon's Pokedex entry and use some common sense to detect illegal combinations, such as Emerald move tutor and D/P egg moves together. As for IVs, if you get something really, really good (quintuple flawless and such) from somebody who isn't too well known, you should be suspicious. Of course, it could perfectly well be legit; just keep a close watch.

Each Pokemon has a hidden value called the PID (whether it stands for Pokemon ID or something else I'm not sure). The PID is generated from the IVs, gender value, nature value, and maybe one or two other values that I don't know of.

The PID of hacked Pokemon generally will not match the one a legit Pokemon would have. However, there are circumstances in which the PID seems to be generated by different means. Bred Pokemon, for instance, cannot be checked by loadingNOW's cheat checker. Until recently, the same was true for chained shinies.

As far as an adapter goes, I think all you really need is an Action Replay to download Pokemon data and get it checked.

Should I keep this Mewtwo, I'm just trying to find one to teach Self Destruct and Choice Scarf it:

Mewtwo - #150 (Hasty)
HP: 1 - 2
Att: 30 - 31
Def: 0 - 1
SpA: 1
SpD: 16 - 17
Speed: 12
