You can only find them at Mirage Island in Ruby\Sapphire\Emerald, an island full of wild Wynauts that only appears if you have in your party a Pokemon with a hidden PID value that matches the PID value of the day.

Alternatively, they were given out as giveaways along with a shiny Zigzagoon a while back, so that's where most people have gotten theirs. Ask around if someone will make you a trade offer.

You can also get Liechi in PBR for Wii as a mystery gift to do this you must triumph in the 4th set of Masters Battle Price: 38,400 very difficult to get

At the end of XD is it possible to reset to get a good lugia or does the game automatically save/ it's to hard to tell because u have to purify it to see the nature and all of that?

The first time you fight Lugia, its nature and such will be random. Take 5 Pokemon with you and then chuck the Master Ball at Lugia. You can use its stats to estimate its nature; usually, the stat that is boosted will be ridiculously high assuming a neutral nature and vice versa for lowered stats.

How can I get the Macho Brace in D/P? I hear it's having 3 Burmy's of a different sort? Who do I show it to?

And how do you work Underground? I just can't ever do it right.. can anybody like link me to a guide or something?

If I Give my Houndour Power Lens, and lead in my party, a kadabra comes up and i switch to another pokemon, that means it still gets 12 EV's in sp.atk right, and the pokemon switching in gets 4, they both have pkrs.

To get Macho Brace, you get the 3 forms of burmy (the different colors) in your party, then show it to a guy in a house in Pastoria. I think you can find a guide for underground on gamefaqs or something.

You'll want to give Houndour Power Lens, not Choice Specs. But yes, it will get 12 points and the switch in will get 4.

@spooter, thats why i always get the effort ribbon when i try to get it?
if it wasn't true i would be way short on ev's.

and maybe weavile just wants an accurate count of how long he actually plays.

Does anyone know the chance of waking up/unfreezing/becoming unconfused/becoming unattracted/whatever, and how long all these conditions last? Like, I think waking up used to increase in probability with the number of turns or whatever.

no they dont. u dont have to listen to me. its not my problem if u miscount ur ev's XD.

yes, they get doubled with Pokerus.

with Pokerus and Power Anklet, I maxed out my Breloom's Speed after killing only 26 Starly.

EDIT:
what route is the guy that has a lot of Gyarados so I can EV train in Attack?

uum....thats cuz ur getting an extra 4 which fills it up more? -_-

i just tested to back me up.

my shiny bibarel no ev's with pokerus holding a power anklet

battled one staravia..according to me, he should get 8 and to u..12

gave it tamato berry(reduces 10 ev's)
bibarel cant get friendlier
but speed fell

gave it another tamato berry
wont have any effect

GG

but w/e

You don't get it, it's because I know it's getting more, I'm accounting for more!
and i still get the effort ribbon.
be as stubborn as you want though, like you said to me, I could care less if you screw your EV's up lol.
