Unreleased pokemon, abilities, etc. are not legal. Are the mega eon twins legal in OU yet? I just got Mega Latias in random battles, and I was wondering if I could finally use them on teams.

They're not officially released, so you can't use them in standard yet. Randbats isn't a "standard" thing. Other unreleased stuff like Snow Warning Aurorus and Contrary Serperior pop up often. I think CAPs were in randbats at some point as well. Are the mega eon twins legal in OU yet? I just got Mega Latias in random battles, and I was wondering if I could finally use them on teams.

rounded down, so 50.Is the amount of HP used to make a substitute rounded up or down?
I.e. if a pokemon with 201 HP makes a substitute, will it have 51 HP or 50?
Assist does not call focus punch. Looks like conkeldurr and heracross only had focus punch and smeargle only had dark void in their moveset.I was in a double battle in the battle spot in the video game (Pokémon Y). The Pokémon the opponent had were Conkeldurr, Mega Heracross, male Meowstic with Prankster and probably a Smeargle (it was not sent out). The Meowstic kept using priority Assist that kept selecting Dark Void, so both my Pokémon were constantly put to sleep, while Heracross and Conkeldurr can freely use Focus Punch. How did Meowstic use Dark Void every time?
Yes.Regarding the "Victory Road" forum that was just created, will people without posting privileges still be able to see the posts made by those who can? I, personally, would like to at least see intelligent discussions about certain topics that are otherwise extremely susceptible to trolling.
Is it possible at all to breed a Cottonee with Encore, Switcheroo and Memento without access to Gen V? Bulbapedia only lists Memento as an egg move on Gen V.

Yes, it is possible. Encore from Clefairy/Togetic/Plusle/Minun, Memento from Hoppip line, and Switcheroo has to be chain-bred (Hypno -> Cacnea -> Cottonee).
Pokemondb is also accurate and very easier to use and has a much more comfortable-to-look-at layout. It should be noted that I've found Serebii more reliable with regards to egg moves than Bulbapedia.
Yes. Recycle can recover any consumed item. There is no restriction on the item itself. There are some rules on when an item can be restored though. For example, if you lost the item due to Thief, then you cannot recover it via Recycle. But in the simple case you describe (you had an item, you consumed it yourself, and you now have no item), then Recycle will restore the item.Does Recycle, well, recycle Air Balloon in XY? Because it is usable on the simulator.
Specially Offensive Autotomise Aegislash is the first that comes to mind. Bulky QD Volcarona is another, so is flame charge Heatran(sort of). When looking at Mega Tyranitar, I saw that it is what TV tropes calls a Lighting Brusier: bulky, strong and fast after a setup turn. My question: Is there a special attacking equivalent?
Does anyone know if Stance Change flips EVs, IVs, etc. on Aegislash, or if it simply changes to the other form, which happens to have inverted stats?
Yes. That is, in fact, the intent of the subforum. The discussion is led and advanced only by a select few who have proven to have knowledgeable and valuable opinions in the matter of competitive pokemon battling.Isn't the new subforum victory road biased as hell?
Ok, I have seen a team called "swagplay" and it was basically a team with prankster + swagger + Foul Play + t-wave + sub team. This team is beatable with pokemon that have high health and extremely low attack such as Blissey and Chansey. Chansey swept the swag play team that I saw a person use. It looks a little OP, but it is beatable.Did they ever come to a consensus in regards to Swagger + Prankster?
Yes, there were two threads about it in recent weeks where the strategy was discussed extensively.Ok, I have seen a team called "swagplay" and it was basically a team with prankster + swagger + Foul Play + t-wave + sub team. No not yet, if they had there'd be an announcement somewhere.Did they ever come to a consensus in regards to Swagger + Prankster?
