After getting 20 consecutive 4IV female omanytes, I think I'll call it quits for now. I kept some of the dive ball copies, so I'll trade you the original that trevenant traded to me.
It's female, Dive ball, 31/31/31/31/31/x, Weak Armour. Timid and has egg moves spikes, water pulse, toxic spikes and knock off. Interested? It's level 7, I soft reset after each bunch of omanyte eggs. Saved one dive ball female though for myself ^^

Since i lost my original 4th Gen copy of my Raikou (i recklessly left the only copy in my flashcard's Micro SD to clone it and guess what...it broke!) i can't legally renickname it to "Raikou" anymore, sorry. :( I have my Colosseum Raikou which is correctly named and is more badass, but i doubt you'll ever lay an eye on it. :p
If you have an AR, I wouldnt mind if you re-nicknamed it the "illegal" way. lol It doesn't change anything on the Pokémon and it doesn't count as it being manipulated or a hack in bank! Although.. I can't quite remember if the old nickname comes back through the transfer thingy... lol
I did actually look at it! And while I reaally, really respect all your hard work and effort put into it.. I also really love the apricorn balls and the perfect stats on the HG/SS one! lol
I never do such things but if you want it nicknamed by the bad way then sure! I'll see if that re-nicknaming code works in my White ROM. :)
Nah, Fast Balls on a non-Shiny Raikou suxx, i don't even remember why i caught it with a Fast Ball. haha
The other one is more "exclusive" since its able to have almost all the available non-event Ribbons and it comes from a Gamecube. :v

Well, actually it took me less than a week to get. xD Everything was thanks to a Speed-creeping Flygon with 118 Speed that i used exclusively to get a good Raikou (+Speed Raikous reach 119 at Lv.40), but i never thought it had Hidden Power Ice with an awesome BP, after i found out about the HP Ice in my Emerald i was really happy since i didn't expect it. haha
I would've liked to catch it in a Moon Ball or an Ultra Ball since Raikou looks super sexy with both. *-* But i don't really recall why i caught it with that horrible Ball in the first place. xD

I don't really need an impish one at all, if you could get a jolly female one that'd be battle ready for me and I wouldn't have to re-breed it! ^^ Is it too much work for you ? =( If you'd like, you could borrow my jolly penta perfect Ditto?
