Last gen Ice Fangs was recommended in analysis for coverage, but I honestly didn't like it; if not against the x4 weakness ones, it's useless.

I will give you that one for Golduck, however. I forgot about Cloud Nine. That said, however, he's so ridiculously niche it's probably better using your own T-tar/Hippo or Y-zard/9tales (or Politoed or Abomasnow if you're into those) if you want to control weather.

Golduck was better in gen5 wen weather was permanent since it would cancel the effect that was helping the opponents weather based sweeper . now it just lost part of its niche due to weather not being permanent
