However, it had to be on a pokemon that only has like an attack base of 90.
Besides, Talonflame and Zard-Y still outspeed it. So, in other words. It's silly.
You use Rock Slide on the switch.
0 Atk Forretress Rock Slide vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Talonflame: 264-312 (88.5 - 104.6%) -- 25% chance to OHKO
0 Atk Forretress Rock Slide vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Mega Charizard Y: 244-288 (81.8 - 96.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Talonflame would be in a critical condition and unable to attack without healing itself first, thats if it didn't faint.
Charizard Y won't enjoy it either.
After Charizard Y switches in and gets slammed by Rock Slide, you can switch out to someone who can take a hit from Zard and Zard will be caught a bad situation if it didn't roost on that turn.
Not the best move to run on Forretress, but it can catch Charizard Y and Talonflame by surprise and that's not silly, its actually decent.
You can even lead using Forre (Not the best strategy, I know) and your opponent will switch into Charizard Y and Talonflame expecting hazards, and would be coming in to take out your hazard sitter and spinner only to be hit by a super effective move that leave them with a tiny amount of health.
