Overheat is great on arceus, it is actually recommended on E-Killer.

It was back in gen 5. You'd be surprised how many people failed against Specs Kyurem-W Hail-boosted Blizzard. I scarfed the Glaceon, though. I wish I still had the full team. I remember 4 members: Kyurem-W, Glaceon, Froslass, Abomasnow.

you misunderstand, i know it could be good for coverage, but this guy was just spamming it and letting his spA drop, he couldve been setting up or doing anything else productive, and the other guy was using icicle spears at 5% each when another attack he used had done 46%

Most people put power herb on Xerneas to make it only one turn, and at that point you don't need an item because you're already at the equivalent of 2 quiver dances. Whereas one CM + some other item would put you at less power, and no speed boosts. (and if life orb, 10% HP loss each turn) Of course, the downside to the power herb set being you better be damn sure when you want to set up or you'll waste it.
