I'm the person who had it before, thank you for recommending me. Fuzznip Seven Deadly Sins kokoloko is it okay if I reserve Venomoth?
This is for OU. It was just banned from UU, so it needs its OU analysis again.

Uxie.
Uxie is a really cool Pokemon in OU with a very valuable niche: Dual Screens + Memento. Nothing else can pull off this combination bar Latios, who has better things to do than Dual Screening, and Gardevoir, who is better off using a Mega or a Scarf. Here's the set, first off:
Uxie can reliably set up Dual Screens then get the hell out of there either with Memento, to cripple the opposing Pokemon and force a switch, also blocking Defog if it may arise. U-turn is another option to get out on a predicted a switch and come back later, while also breaking Skarmory's Sturdy which can be useful. The last slot is up to you, Yawn is preferred to force either a.) a sleeping opponent at -2 offenses, or b.) a forced switch, a free turn, or just Memento'ing or U-turn'ing. Knock Off is great because well... it's Knock Off! Psychic is a reliable STAB move in case you randomly get Taunted, not very useful most of the time but it can be cool! Uxie differentiates itself from Deoxys-S, it's largest competition, by having access to U-turn and Memento, while Uxie also has much better bulk than Deoxys-S. A few other options include Thunder Wave, TrickScarf, and Rain Dance or Sunny Day. Don't try to make it offensive, it has Calm Mind, but it's far outclassed and is plain terrible. Some team options that are good with Uxie include boosters, such as Mega Tyranitar, Mega Gyarados, Mega Pinsir, and Landorus. It has a very small but powerful niche, and if Goodra is getting an analysis I see no reason why Uxie should not. Thoughts?

I don't understand why you wouldn't just use Latios, who at the very least has some offensive presence.
Latios is better off Defogging or smashing things with Life Orb, using DualScreens + Memento on Latios is counterproductive.
Ok but when you say that you're implying you would use both. If you need dual screens Latios use it.
I did not say it is bad by any means, but nothing is doing dual screens + Memento better than Uxie, that's its small niche.
Umm yeah Latios is .-. I still fail to see why I'd ever use Uxie > Latios when Latios has a powerful Draco Meteor to throw around. I mean you say Latios has "Better things" to be doing, but if you want it to fill the role of Dual Screens + Memento, Latios is your best bet, regardless of what it's normally doing in OU.
I guess, but Uxie still has more bulk before it sets up and is not weak to Fairy- and Ice-type moves. It's kind of like the Deoxys-D / Deoxys-S comparison of setting hazards, Deoxys-S is usually inferior but has its uses.
Not enough uses for an analysis, imo. :[
And then you realize max Speed Latios outspeeds most leads and can get up the appropraite screen before taking a hit so the point on bulk is negligible
I have to agree with these two, if you want Dual Screens + Memento you're better off using Latios.
Can I do Calm Mind Latios since dragonuser didn't and probably won't update it. First post, page 2 on the thread is a detailed post. It absolutely shits on stall because it can absorb Moonblast from Clefable at +1 SpD and 2HKOes (can't do much back) Quagsire. Has uses against HO which use only Deoxys-S to RK and it fails to KO it with the SpD boost under its belt. It's p. powerful and very viable. Jukain 'liked' the post so I guess he's okay with it.

I'm still concerned about Entei's viability in OU and whether or not it actually deserves an analysis. If the QC team has considered this and still finds Entei worthy of an analysis, it would greatly ease my conscience if someone could just confirm that and briefly explain why. If not, then I'd like for it to be put under the microscope.
