Ok this is a set I randomly tried and although slightly gimmicky, it was very fun to watch people cringe at the sight of Offensive Cottonee. And Cottonee also reaches the coveted LO number in LC HP wise (19). Giga Drain and Dazzling Gleam are obv. STABs. HP Fighting for Pawn, which unfortunately outspeeds with Scarf but can do decent damage on switch. HP Ground allows you to hit Magnemite and kill after rocks. With HP Ground, you can also hit the Poison- types that plague Cottonee. The last slot is up to 4 moves. Encore is to stop set up sweepers, allowing Cottonee to hit a switch in hard with one of its offensive moves. Memento, however, serves the offensive utility it always does and allows other partners to set up such as Weak Armor NP Vullaby, DD Scrags, etc. Substitute is to ease prediction and hopefully beat Pawn 1v1 (after it switches in). Tailwind is a bit gimmicky but right before it dies it can allow another poke to come in and clean the damage LO Cottonee does.

This set does however have some trouble with Missy and Pawn (if it can't hit it on the switch) but hazards and prior damage should take Missy. Croagunk, and other Poison- types, is the bane of this, and any, Cottonee's existence, resisting her STABs and hitting her with a 4x SE move.
I have only been playing LC for about 2 weeks but I hope this gets some votes, lol :)
