can this be moved to locked/outdated and put up for reservation? Poor Heatran.

Ever since the start of this generation, Heatran has been a dominating force in the metagame

I know this is minor, but Heatran wasn't available at the start of the generation. I also feel the Steel type nerf should be mentioned.

i think choice specs sucks

it's a terrible wallbreaker as it does nothing to standard stall and vs offense it just gets outsped and overpowered

Yeah nog told me he's no longer interested in finishing this so you should be good. Also make sure to add SubToxic as a main set, because QC decided on adding it.
