I like this idea. A few questions I have: Why do the two Uber formes of Deoxys now have different HP stats? The same applies to Giratina.

Quite a few of those might need additional nerfs as well. Kyogre, both MegaTwos, Palkia, Yveltal, Groudon, Rayquaza, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem-W, Dialga, and both Giratina formes all look excessively powerful for the OU metagame.
 
Yeah... Kyogre is still uber IMO because choice specs hydro pump in rain dents everything that's not a blob, think you can stop it with a bulky water? Bam thunder to the face. If you have a grass time good luck taking an ice beam.

IMO Arceus has been made too weak, but maybe change Kyogre and Groudon's abilities.
Btw, having two out of three Hoenn Starters with the same hidden ability just feels weird.
Nethertheless, I like this idea, it is very original. :)

you can submit minor suggestions ,just not revamping the entire thing, for isntance fixing the hp numbers on deoxys or finding a balanced SpA for kyogre or re adjusting giratina although I will try to do those on my own, thanks for trying to help :) and thanks for the feedback :)

HUGE UPDATE
the following have been nerfed harder for balance:
  • blaziken has defiant even though it's not for balance, just gotta add that here
  • nerfed mm2s
  • nerfed kyogre, less spA no thunder
  • nerfed palkia no more fire blast/flamethrower
  • fixed HPs for doexys and gira
  • I nerfed the giras' bulk

read the post before you I implemented nerfs into the changelog.

Anyways I feel as if the changelog is balanced as most of these have been nerfed as to why they were banned.

Anyways lets get some discussion going! I've been thinking of a couple of threats:

Arceus is simply awesome. Although it may not be the most brutal, with life orb equiped, little can stand it's wrath (bar gengar since it can outspeed/prank WoW you, take shadow claw and 2hko/ohko you with focus blast) as it OHKOs aegislash with +2 LO EQ and destroys most of the standard offensive metagame with espeed.

if you pair this thing with a solid wallbreaker like nerfogre or nerfkanga there's very little things that can take it on effectively.

This is a bulky version of the infamous Ekill set. WoW is the staple of this set along with SD and Ekill since it lets it cripple many of it's switchins such as ferrothorn, hippowdon and quagsire. Recover can be used over EQ if you clean all of ghosts type in the way as it can help you get through the match and set up multiple times. Anyways WoW and it's bulk can be used to cripple stuff like Aegislash. Anyways the 16 Spe is in order to outspeed standard Bisharp and Breloom (adamant variants) and burn them.

There are more to explore and I wish I could post every single thing I could find (especially arcues, omg I love OUceus it's so fucking variant and awesome and has so much sets and forms) but I can't so it's up to you guys to try them all!

An alt option could be to make parental bond not work with fixed damage moves in addition to the current nerf.
 
Does anybody else have a problem with a being that summons storms wherever it goes being unable to cause lightning and Darkrai losing its signature move?

I think Megaskhan needs more nerfing. Parental Bond has changed from being a Choice Band without the choice to a Life Orb without the life, which is still really powerful. It also keeps everything else that made it broken, including great coverage with only a few moves and an untauntable Swords Dance.
 
Im pretty sure this would be easy to code by unbanning ubers from here and changing the stats. Okay, if i wasn't lazy i could figure out how to code this. Excpt that i'll probably do something wrong and get myself banned like at Roblox for taking everyone's robux with a glitch badly mess it up.

Kyogre, Rayquaza and Groudon's stats must be proportinal. If Groudon gets 130 attack, kyogre gets 130 SPattack, rayquaza gets 130 attack and Spatk. Same thing with Yvetal and Xerneas, the (banned) Deoxys, and yeah.
 
Is there any chance you'll nerf/rework things like SwagPlay and Moody which got banned from OU (poor Bidoof)? Soul Dew too if we find it is broken in XY.

After accounting for the Parental Bond Boost, Mega Kangaskhan's stats are approximately 105/175/90/112/95/100.

Since it's special attack got buffed, it could possibly run an effective special lure set to demolish some of it's normal switch-ins.

I have some ideas.
Swagger boosts Attack by 1 stage. If this is still too broken we can use the unmodified Attack and Defense stat when calculating confusion damage (along with foul play damage if that's too broken). Moody boosts 1 stat and lowers another by 1 stage.
