If anything new, Celebi should get an ability that auto-summons Grassy Terrain for five turns. Its Gold Dex entry states that "grass and trees flourish in the forests in which it has appeared."

My Mega-Quag will be an attempt to make him a bulky attacker, though I'm not sure how to do it exactly without making him get outclassed (I was thinking Adaptability with major boosts to his defenses and attack, but I honestly don't know if that would help).
The only other one I'm thinking of trying out is Mega Raichu. I do kind of support making it Electric/Fairy to give it a niche over it's Electric-type brethren. (Though I'm not sure what it would if I gave it Pixilate; Or some other ability)

Mega Raichu could get Speed Boost. It has mediocre coverage and all-around stats, super weak to priority.

Machamp should get an Ability like Parental Bond. I'm thinking 4 hits of 30% or 33% each? The former is a 20% boost like Iron Fist, the latter a 33% boost like Tough Claws.

Can we give Prankster to Celebi?

Prankster Recover, Thunder Wave, Stealth Rock, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Baton Pass, Heal Bell, Healing Wish, Leech Seed, Magic Coat, Perish Song. Prankster Sunny Day and Rain Dance, dual screens, Trick and Toxic and all with a base stat total higher than Mewtwo. Boy this will be fun to face considering Sableye even with awful stats is OU viable because of Prankster.

I have a silly idea for Mega Raichu...

Mega Raichu's the evolution of the Pokemon Mascot so it should have something great. I made up an ability that essentially acts almost as a Reverse Defeatist (increase attack/special attack by 50% at third health). The problem is getting down to a third health and surviving especially if it's physical (with Volt Tackle)

Sableye is good because of Prankster WoW and Taunt. Celebi has far more weaknesses.

And are you trying to make a point of weather and screens without the item to extend them? That's like Poison Heal without the Toxic Orb.

Prankster Stealth Rock, Recover, Baton Pass & Heal Bell alone kind of breaks her in my opinion. Being able to set up, baton pass, and even regain health with very little your opponent can do about it outside of another Prankster that just happens to run taunt would leave very little options for people who don't want to get their teams wrecked by her. I believe Mega-Kangaskhan got banned for very similar reasons.

I was thinking Electric/Fairy for Mega Raichu, after all it's a small fluffy rodent and those usually make for Fairy-types. Boosting its Speed and Special Attack but keeping its defenses (relatively) low would make for a decent Nasty Plot sweeper, considering its new-found resistances from being Fairy-type. It would obviously need to gain Dazzling Gleam or Moonblast as attacks.

As an ability, I was thinking Prankster. It just seems to fit Pikachu's personality, and stuff like Prankster Encore or Substitute would be useful for setting up or Thunder Wave to stop a sweep in a pinch.

Pixilate STAB Fake Out or Pixilate STAB Extreme Speed. Take your pick.

Why would Raichu be fairy

Mega Dedenne is going to be Electric/Fairy, which I would care too much about except that they're both rodents

That and I just don't see Raichu as a fairy, sorry. Doesn't work for me.

I think Raichu should be a physical attacker mostly to use Volt Tackle, his signature move after all.

Wynaut Electric/Fairy physical attacker with Pixilate? That way you can choose between Volt Tackle+Pixilate Fake Out and Pixilate Extreme Speed

Reckless Raichu pls

Give it Head Smash, Flare Blitz, and Wood Hammer for the hell of it (ok maybe not)

Sounds fun even though it doesn't make 100% but I can see where it is coming from.

Other things I thought about for Raichu would be: Motor Drive, Scrappy, Serene Grace, Simple ( This would be broken lol ), Super Luck, Hustle, Regenerator, Sheer Force, Contrary, Prankster and Technician. Not all of these are that great but some look cool.

quagsire-f.gif

Mega Quagsire (Quagsite)
Type: Water/Ground =====> Water/Ground
Ability: Water Absorb/Damp/Unaware (HA) =====> Water Veil
BST: 95/85/85/65/65/35 (430 BST) =====> 95/135/110/65/85/40 (530 BST)
New Moves: Aqua Jet, Stealth Rock

Quagsire is usually seen as a wall of some sort whether its using Amnesia, Stockpile, or Curse. This set is good and being a Bulky Wallbreaker and/or Potential Sweeper. For the typing i kept it the same because its a mud fish, not much more to it. The ability is what helps it a lot because it cant get burned by a pokemon like Heatran or something with Scald to keep its strategy going. It can also be used as a Burn Absorber on the switch-in. It complements it for flavor because Quagsire is part Water Type and the name physically has Water in it so it works (Cough Wanted to use Sap Sipper Cough). For the new moves I added Aqua Jet just in case you needed priority or a Surf Sweeper, again with the Water Type thing. I also added Stealth Rock just because Mega Quagsire is a bulky enough Pokemon to take the hit and since most Ground Types tend to have Stealth Rock in their movepools. Lets take a look at some sets.

Physical Wallbreaker

Quagsire @ Quagsite
Ability: Water Veil
EVs: 4 Def / 252 HP / 252 Atk
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall / Aqua Tail
- Earthquake
- Recover
- Stealth Rock / Curse

So yeah just Wallbreaking, standard stuff that works.

Priority Sweeper

Quagsire @ Quagsite
Ability: Water Veil
EVs: 4 Def / 252 HP / 252 Atk
Adamant Nature
- Curse
- Aqua Jet
- Recover / Rock Slide / Waterfall
- Earthquake

This set is more interesting for me. You have Curse to mainly boost your Attack up while also adding Defense, but lowering Speed which won't matter due to Aqua Jet. Earthquake is a strong, accurate STAB Ground move for STAB and coverage. The 3rd move is up to you whether you want Recovery, another STAB move, or a coverage move in Rock Slide.

We are not submitting yet.

Also I just can't see Aqua Jet on Quagsire.

stantler.gif

Winner: Mega Mantine
Stantler (Stantlerite)
Type: Normal -> Normal/Psychic
Abilities: Intimidate, Frisk (Sap Sipper) -> Rattled
New Moves: Horn Leech, Will-o-Wisp, Swords Dance

HP: 73 -> 73
Atk: 95 -> 105 (+10)
Def: 62 -> 72 (+10)
SpA: 85 -> 115 (+30)
SpD: 65 -> 95 (+30)
Spe: 85 -> 105 (+20)
BST: 465 -> 565

Stantler is based on shishiodoshi, a term describing a wide range of objects intended to scare animals (including wild deer, funnily enough) away, hence its horns and Intimidate. Its new ability, Rattled, is the same idea in reverse; it's scared by Dark- and Bug types, and it turns its only weaknesses into a boost.
Mega Stantler is a versatile sweeper with Calm Mind, its new Psychic typing grants it STAB Psyshock and losing its Fighting weakness while Normal keeps it immune to Ghost.
It has all sorts of support options like Disable, Spite, Thunder Wave, and now Will-o-Wisp.
On the special side it has your standard Psyshock, Thunderbolt and Shadow Ball while on the physical side it has some stong moves like Jump Kick, Earthquake, and Megahorn

entei.gif

Winner: Isa Simple
Mega Entei
Fire -----> Fire
Pressure / Flash Fire -----> Intimidate
115/115/85/90/75/100 -----> 115/130/105/120/115/85
Noble Roar, Morning Sun.

I decided to make my Mega Entei more defensive than regular Entei. Now with 115/105/115 defenses, and Intimidate and Sacred Fire’s burn backing up the defense further, Entei is extremely bulky. He also has Noble Roar and Morning Sun to help him wall things even further. With buffs to both of his offenses Entei is no slouch as a mixed attacker either. However the speed drop leaves Entei in very poor speed tier if you choose to go a more offensive set, preventing mega Entei from overshadowing it’s regular form. Entei also has access to Roar to further boost his defensive capabilities.

blissey.gif

Winner: Mew King
Mega Blissey
Normal -> Normal/Fairy
Natural Cure/Serene Grace/(Healer) -> Thick Fat
255/10/10/75/135/55 -> 255/10/60/115/145/55
Moves: +Moonblast

So, this Blissey is meant to finally make it better than it's preevolution at something. The physical bulk is higher than Chansey, but it's special defense is still lower. On the other hand, look at that pleasant Special Attack. It's not REALLY large, but it's enough to actually USE its decent special attacks.

Fairy typing is kind of obvious when you think of it. Everyone was asking if Blissey was going to be fairy typing so now the Mega is doing the obvious. As for the ability, Blissey is pretty damn fat so now it's got even more bulk when facing fire and ice types.

I was thinking whether to give it Moonblast or not. I decided to do it so that way it has the secondary side effect that it can try to get with its larger special attack.

Thanks to its large stat boosts, there are many ways to play it. You can play it like you would Chansey/Blissey normally. But, I prefer making it more of a Cleric Tank because of the larger special attack and large bulk. It's the unique role that Mega Blissey has over the other Pokemon. I would probably run Moonblast/Fire Blast/Aromatherapy/(Wish/Softboiled). That'll essentially hit everything that's not fire types (and Tentacruel) for at least neutral damage and they won't hit you for much because of Thick Fat.

smeargle.gif

Winner: clapyourhands
Smeargle

Typing: Normal -----> Normal
Abilities: Own Tempo / Technician -----> Fur Coat
BST: 55/20/35/20/45/75 -----> 55/20/70/40/80/105
New Moves: Aeroblast, Diamond Storm, V-Create

Yes, the move additions are jokes, don't worry about it.

The biggest problem a Mega Smeargle is going to face is the lack of a Focus Sash; it doesn't matter how you spin it, no one uses Smeargle for either its offensive or defensive capabilities; the only reason people use Smeargle is for support. The problem is, however, is the fact that support is a role that a non-Mega can easily play. Need Spikes? Toxic? Heal Bell? There are few things that can justify using a Mega for pure support unless it also has some sort of offensive or defensive power to back it up; otherwise, why not just use a regular Pokemon that can learn the same moves? Fur Coat gives Smeargle something definite to set it apart from its standard form--the ability to survive a hit and actually do something after taking damage. Unlike standard Smeargle, who generally has 2 turns to do its job, Mega Smeargle can potentially have a few more, thanks to its 140 Defense after Fur Coat. It can actually afford to switch into a predicted attack, unlike regular Smeargle, who is almost exclusively a lead. This in turn means more opportunities to do its job. Additionally, boosted Speed helps it escape some Taunts and stop or hinder foes before they attack. The Speed isn't amazing, and the Special Defense is rather poor, though, so Smeargle's primary job is still support; it just does it in a way that definitely sets it apart from regular Smeargle.

This also begins the submission period for the slate of Celebi, Quagsire, Machamp, Raichu, and Kingler

For Celebi, this is my current mock-up:

Mega Celebi (Celebite)
Typing: Grass/Psychic --> Grass/Fairy
Ability: Natural Cure --> Magic Guard
Movepool Additions: +Moonblast, ??
Stat Increases: +30 SpA, +40 SpD, +30 Spe

I was thinking something along the lines of a Calm Mind sweeper or a Specially Defensive tank, two niches that Celebi has previously loved to enjoy. Magic Guard helps with the longevity, allowing hazard and status damage to become a thing of the past. The new typing leaves Celebi with an unfortunate quadruple weakness to Poison-type attacks in exchange for newfound neutrality to Fire and Bug.

I would really appreciate some comments/suggestions in order to make this more effective and viable.
