I´m currently searching for a male spit back Tentacool. If anyone can help, I can make an offer.
Depends on what kind of Tentacool you want, PM me for further inquiry. Regardless of what kind you want, I can give you one for free.
Whats the best setup to use when trying to obtain a flawless Xerneas/Yveltal ?
There's more than one tactic for either legendary since they have different typing. So, because I'm lazy I'll give you
Dark Ray/ Buckert's method via Buckert's explination and
Ready2Rumble AfroThunderRule 's method.
"The Accelgor I came up with has 200 HP. This mon is at lvl 70 with 12 HP IV, in order to reach the 200 HP. Taught it Final Gambit, which does damage equal to the users HP. Yveltal and Xerneas will have 201 HP at lvl 50 with 31 HP. So, do Final Gambit to check it's HP IV. If it faints, reset. If it survives, it means it has 1 HP left and it has 31 HP. Next, the Smeargle. The one I came up with has a Sassy nature and 5 Spe IV's. I brought it to lvl 90, since it won't listen if it has a higher lvl at that point. When being lvl 90 with Sassy nature and 5 Spe IV, it has 129 Speed. A +Spe natured Yveltal or Xerneas will have 130 Speed at lvl 50. Switch to Smeargle when Accelgor faints, use Spore. If you move first, it doesn't have 31 Speed so you want to reset."
and
"What I did was get a Throh with Mold Breaker and breed it until it has 23 Speed IV (or lower) and 18 Attack IVs (or lower) with a minus attacking nature. At level 100 (Bred it on that game and then trade it to my other game so I can train it to level 100) Throh's attack should be 200, and his speed should be 118 (Modest Xerneas has 119) Once you start the battle, if Throh's ability (Mold Breaker) activates before Xernea's Fairy Aura then you know Throh is fater, so reset. If Xerneas ends up being faster then go for the Seismic Toss first, if Xernea's HP bar turns yellow from green then that Xerneas has a HP stat of 200 or less. Reset. After you used Seismic Toss, then use Storm Throw on the Xerneas. It should never do 50% to a Xerneas with 31 IVs in Defense. If it fainted then the Xerneas had a Defense IV lower than 31. For the other two stats, I just leave it to chance. .__."
Alternatively, I partially
abused one of my friend's as well as my own strategy of two S. Toss Registeels for Yveltal to test for max HP IV's and a one under Jolly Farfetch'd for max speed IV's.
Edit - Whoops forgot fellow bug catcher:
"I like to give HP and speed testing to 2 different Pokemon, a fast Final Gambit mon (like Accelgor) with 1 less HP than the targets max, and any random thing for speed. If the HP IV is 29 or less it dies and you know to SR (takes up 3 party slots rather than 2, but Lysandre is so bad that doesn't really matter)."
"This is awesome, thank you very much. First I'll let my syncer die, then I'll switch to a lvl 70 Accelgor with 12 HP IV with Final Gambit. That'll have 200 HP, one Final Gambit will do 200 damage. After that I'll switch to the Smeargle for the Speed check. No need for False Swipe and Swords Dance then. 2 other moves I could use?"
"Heal Block is nice if you don't want Yveltal getting back to 30% after Oblivion Wing, Topsy Turvy destroys Xerneas' attempts to stat boost and sweep you, but Xern/Yvel are fairly easy captures so it's probably not necessary to have anything other than Spore."
