Yes, it is possible.

The Pokémon is just not displayed in the dex anywhere. When you get the National Dex, it'll be displayed there already.

edit; lulz beaten

Rivalry raises just Attack, not Special Attack.

And I think Gyarados can learn the same HMs as Dragonite, except for Fly. But bleh, that's the better you'll find at the start of the game.

My Gyarados has a Naughty nature and 255 Speed EVs. Let's assume the enemy's Starmie is Timid with 255 Speed EVs as well.

How many DDs does it take to outspeed that thing, with and without Choice Scarf?

A single Dragon Dance will make you faster than Starmie without a Choice Scarf. Three Dragon Dances will make you faster than Choice Scarf Starmie.

You could upload a Yanma that already knows Hypnosis, as it learns it lvl 23 in L/F and then lvl it up till it learns Ancient Power. Or you could not teach it Ancient Power and let it learn Hypnosis and then use a Heart Scale. OR you could breed two Yanma's together that already know Hypnosis.

Does Synchronize+Fire Orb/Toxic Orb work? ie, if I give Flame Orb to Espeon, when it activates, does the Burn also Synchronize with the opponents Pokemon?

Alright, I've got something that's been bugging me for a while...

How on earth does one find a realiable para-shuffler? No matter what I do, I almost always feel like I'm getting killed way too soon, even if I'm forcing switches by swapping wall-types and just TWing on the switch.

Anyone have any good advice on getting good para-support? It's something I've always had issues with. Blissey can handle half of the opponents team with TWave, but after that, I'm a bit lost.

On Action Replay, a lot of the items are mis-translated from their Japanese names, and are hard to figure out what they really are called.

So is their a list somewhere perhaps that will give the translations?

For example:

Wet Rock is actually Damp Rock, Red Thread is actually Destiny Knot, etc..

But some I have no idea.

What do you think a mixed attacking Infernape holding a Focus Sash should outspeed in the battle tower? I was thinking of giving this EV spread:
138 Atk/140 SpA/232 Spd

@Carlos: A poge with Suction Cups, or an Ingrained poke can't be phazed. Or if it's the last poke on your team it can't be phazed either.

Where in Emerald is the guy at the Frontier who you can bet BP with? Are there any requirements to bet with him?
