eh how can he possible give you eggs that turn out shiny that chance is like 1 in 8900 so that would mean he statiscly had to hatch almost 18000 eggs to get them for you.
 
Since im breeding those vivilons they can come in any pball you want as ling as it is a legal one by xy standards.

Also i wont breed shinnies i can breed you 5ivs but shinnies are out of the question.

I believe Mewtwo hits 228 speed with 31 and a +Speed nature.

I'm currently considering Level 83 Jolly Pinsir with 172 Speed EVs, since it also functions as a Seismic Tosser to check HP.
Level 83 Mold Breaker Hawlucha also works, with 4 speed EVs and a neutral nature.

What do you mean about Pinsir also functioning as a Seismis Tosser for HP? How would that work?

At level 70, a 31 HP IV Mewtwo has 250 HP. If I use 3 Seismic Tosses at level 83, 3 * 83 =249, meaning Mewtwo survives with 1 HP if it has max.

edit: I also assume that for checking the Speed stat the Pinsir would need Mold Breaker, right?

Indeed. Pass it Jolly and the perfect Speed, teach it Seismic Toss, leave it in the daycare for a while, then EV him

It's not a 1/8900 chance this generation :l or any really.

- It's still 8192, in previous gens not 8900.

It's a 4096 chance this generation and I don't know who told you that. If the person originally bred the egg on a game with a shiny charm and with a foreign parent the egg was still affected by Shiny Charm and Masuda Method.

it was f HE hatched it but if you trade the egg away those items dont do anything at all for you

also I dont say youre wrong about the basic chance this gen but there is no proof at all that the odds are increased at all. people do see to think that ebcause more people find shinies the difference is however that due to hordes and chaining you can find more pokemon in less time so also more shinies.

still shiny charm and masuda method do nothing to increase the odds for traded eggs

You don't seem to understand how those mechanics work.

If I'm using Masuda Method and a Shiny Charm, then trade you an unhatched egg. The egg still was affected by me using Masuda Method and/or Shiny Charm because it was bred on a game where it was used. The mathematical roll for the SV didn't suddenly disappear because I traded you the egg, the roll still happened.

What I'm talking about has absolutely nothing to do with hordes or chains. I hope you understand.

whe where talking about 2 different things at the same time the normal shiny chance which you claim is 1 in 4096 and how about shiny value works

say for example whe couldnt find out what the shiny value was and i got an egg and traded it to you. if I gave it to you you would have an in in 4096 chance of it being shiny because I didnt hatch it myself so things like shiny charm wont work in that case which would make youre odds 1 in 4096.
