this one's a stretch but does anyone have a ralts, kirlia, or gardevoir with the move mimic (only obtainable from third generation (FRLG / Emerald) move tutor) IVs/nature/w.e doesn't matter just needs to have that move. Not sure what I can offer but I'll see what I can do.
