If you mean you got it from a previous gen, only kalos born pokemon have memories I believe, so you'd have to find out if the OT is a hacker or not (by looking at the hack blacklist thread. Pretty sure they have a list of known OT+ID hackers).
If the poke isn't from gen 6 it will not have memories
Use the hack check thread...t tar hacks usually include illegal move combos (not always but I think d dance and pursuit is common). Regardless with all the necessary information it would be much easier to tell
