Totodile (M) | Adamant | Torrent | Net Ball | Dragon Dance, Ice Punch, Metal Claw, Aqua Jet | 31.31.31.10.30.31
Kabuto (M) | Adamant | Weak Armor | Luxury Ball | Knock Off, Flail, Foresight, Rapid Spin | 31.31.31.31.30.31
Question: are things like this (physical attackers with a stupid 30 in one of the used stats) useful for anything? I'm trying to organize my boxes and can't decide if they're worth keeping.

It depends on where you play. At level 100, that 30 IV vs 31 IV equals 1 stat point. At level 50, there is no stat point difference, however the 30 vs 31 impacts EV training if you decide to invest EVs in that stat. Personally, I think the totodile is perfectly viable at level 50, since I'm guessing it'll want a 252 atk / 252 speed sweeper spread. Not sure about the kabutops, since I've never used weak armor.

Wow, Miltank is 2 points slower than Garchomp... Seems reasonable...

Go Lillipup; unless you RNG Gothita in Gen 5, you're always gonna be sad that it doesn't have Trick.
Accurate, and slightly scary IMO.

I already have a Shadow Tag/Trick set going on with one of mine, so maybe I'll just do TR (completely devious when you trick a choice band to a special attacker that used wish. *cough* Sylveon *cough* Makes them rage quit because it's such a dick play.)

But Lillipup is so cute... :( Such a hard choice! But maybe I'll do all three lol for added challenge ^_^

What's typically considered the "cut-off" speed tier for a Trick Room Pokemon? Like, slower than Base 100?, 102, etc?

I'm confused on how critical hits work in Gen 6.
Standard attacks (Stage 0) have a 1/16 (6.25%) chance (Flamethrower, Iron Head, etc), "High Critical Hit" ratio moves (Stage 1) have 1/8 (12.5%) chance (Stone Edge, Cross Poison), and Scope Lens/Razor Claw bump this up one stage. So...
High Crit chance moves like Stone Edge + Scope Lens = 50% crit chance; Stage 2. From what I find on Bulbapedia at least. I'm confused as hell as to how Focus Energy works now; used to just be +1 stage like Scope Lens. Is it +2 now?

What I specifically want to know is:
1) Flamethrower + Scope Lens + Focus Energy = ?. If its +2 like I think, then (0+1+2) = Stage 3 = 50% Crit rate.
2) Night Slash + Scope Lens + Focus Energy = 100% crit chance?

This is of course for some really stupid idea that probably won't work. Obscurity and stupid shit that probably won't work is what I'm known for, after all. Yes I'm the guy that uses a Growl Dewgong.

Without an Iron Ball / Macho Brace / Power Item, I would not use anything over base 69 Speed. Lanturn is the fastest non-Iron Ball Pokémon I've personally ever seen used effectively in Trick Room.
With an Iron Ball, you can get pretty nuts. Knew a guy who used an iron Ball TR Terrakion; no idea if it worked BUT! he used it and I know he's a fairly good player. I actually have a Speed Tiers spreadsheet in my sig that can help you out; just look at the 'Outrun by Tailwind' column and read the header note. That number - 1 = Speed with an Iron Ball equipped. If it can underspeed a Quiet Lanturn I'd say its fine.

Of course, the real answer depends on "Are you using a Trick Room team" or "Are you using a team with Trick Room". A team that has a Trick Room user but doesn't rely on it to sweep often has mid-Speed Pokémon such as Adamant Heracross and Dragonite. If you've got the overall Speed advantage over your foe, keep Trick Room off. Foe has Garchomp and Khan? Use Trick Room, and then laugh.
