If anything, Micle Berry, Custap Berry, Joboca Berry and Rowap Berry are E-Reader berry's.

Apparently they're unobtainable right now; they're supposed to be able to be gotten at Nintendo events, maybe (going off of the berry guide on GFAQs). My D/P book lied to me. :p

Yes/no, it will still get 10.

With the smiley they still get double Ev's, however pokerush infected pokemon don't get double EV's from vitamins. And even if they did, it would only spare some money as the max gained by vitamins is 100 per stat.

IIRC, Ice Punch is gotten from an Emerald Move Tutor and Dragon Dance from a Dratini.
