Nope, the tiara is her's. That belt is really just a belt. The mega tiara is on her head and looks more like a headband (in your pic you can see a bit of it in the right corner of her hair).
This gif of her dancing lets you see the keystone better.

because she totally isn't arcing her arm as she goes into her "contest scouting" catchphrase/pose.

She really drives home the point of the revamped contest format

I had to get out the high res art but you're right!

Well mystery solved. ...Still kind of hope that the e4 doubel up on mega items. It'd be a nice touch if they had key stones on them like everyone else

In RSE, you could bike straight from Verdanturf to Mauville without interruptions.

Granted, that may have changed in ORAS, but I'd still think a straight shot through the route is possible.

Not in RS just in Emerald. That's also been the trend in all games having a long uninterrupted daycare route except for HGSS.

Welp, that finally officially confirms that the Abandoned Ship has been renamed to Sea Mauville, just like I guessed when the datamine first broke. Explains the lack of Abandoned Ship location data, too.
 
So another leaker on Instagram has found the locations of Mewtwonite Y, Kangaskhanite, Sablenite, Heracrossite, Pinsirite, Aerodactylite and Banettite, all seemingly post-game.

So it looks like we can obtain all the Mega Stones within ORAS to minimize trading items.

They also confirmed we're to get a Generation II starter as a gift post-game, requirements not known though.

not sure they are all post game. Unless I missed something, a user on Twitter has found Medichamite, Absolite and manectite before the E4.

Odd, I wonder why they renamed it. It was originally called the SS Cactus.

That's interesting, though kind of wished they hinted to us they'd do this. Like I would have gotten the game that had the X version exclusives if they said something like "Omega Ruby shares similarities with X while Alpha Sapphire shares similarities with Y". Oh well, just have to hope Alpha Sapphire has the X exclusives.

That said, ORAS having all the Mega Stones kind of takes away a reason to get XY. Especially since you can trade Mega Stones.

Why? They did it in XY. I will say some of the choices for post game Mega Stones don't make sense though. I would think they'd make all the Pokemon with Megas in the Pokedex available during the game and the others post game.
