I actually rolled a 31/31/31/3/31/31 Timid Raikou on the day I started SRing for it. If only it was an entei instead.
Because it has the wrong ability, and I have been breeding for a perfect 'mom' for a few hours already :|. I know, I am lazy lol.
Yes, I am hoping to change its NHA to another NHA, and breeding another perfect one with the NHA I want with the parent with the 'wrong' NHA can be very exhausting x.x.
ETA: oh wait, if using Ditto the chance will not be 80% then, so I guess I don't really need the AC, just patience.

Yeah if I'm breeding from a parent with the wrong ability (non-HA) I just chain breed until I'm finished and then change the finished product's ability with a Capsule (if the right ability didn't pop up randomly along the way). If you change the parents' ability there's always the chance that your perfectly IV'd offspring will get unlucky and have the wrong ability anyway which would then cost two Ability Capsules...
Nope, only the female parent will pass the Poké Ball.
I thought if i have a male in day care that the femeal parent would be ditto.
Btw i have another question, how can swirilx learn belly drum? i saw on serebii and its egg move but t didnt say wich pokemon i should breed :/
It acts as a female parent, but its gender byte is still set to ungendered, so the ball doesn't pass.
This is the same reason you can't pass the ball down for any ungendered Pokémon, as neither it or the Ditto are female.
And for Belly Drum Swirlix:
Poliwag (level 31 learn) -> Marill (Egg move) -> Swirlix.
Is there a way to get an 5IV Adamant Beldum/Metang/Metagross in a Quick Ball with the blue pentagon, besides running around in a Steel-type Friend Safari for two eternities?

Nope, that's the only way. As said in the above post, the Poké Ball does not pass for genderless Pokémon so it would have to be a capture; and Steel type safaris are the only way to capture one in Gen 6 (which is required for the Pentagon).Is there a way to get an 5IV Adamant Beldum/Metang/Metagross in a Quick Ball with the blue pentagon, besides running around in a Steel-type Friend Safari for two eternities?

As for a little information on the odds:
You have 26/50 for the nature (1/2 from Synchronise, and 1/25*1/2 for it occurring even though synch failed).
You have 2/3 for the 2 flawless IVs not landing in SpA.
And (1/32)^3 for the 3 IVs you want to be flawless.
Assuming one of the flawless IVs does land in SpA, you then would require (1/32)^4 for the other IVs.
Roughly a 1 in 94,500 chance.

So you're saying a good quick ball Metagross would be valuable then? Well I guess it's time to give up this Heatran that's been eluding me and start running around the Safari :p
You'll only get Scatterbug/Vivillon that match your region if you try to breed them. If you want all the patterns flawless and in matching balls, you'll need to get those from others that way. Or as eggs if you absolutely must have your Trainer ID on them.
Yeah, I'm not overly fussed about being the OT, I'd love eggs in preference , I'm just open to both.
