Still always worthwhile if you want one with your OT on it. Not everything has to be purely for trading purposes, especially the in-game Latios being stuck with the standard Poke Ball so many seem to dislike.

Ability Capsule can only change between the two normal abilities a Pokemon may have, if they have two. Never to or from the hidden ability.
