There's a Simple Questions, Simple Answers thread in most competitive forums, you can ask for a specific moveset in that thread, alternatively, you can try the Smog Dex!

Does Sturdy prevent any labeled OHKO moves along with moves that will KO in one hit from full HP? And will Sturdy 'activate' for an OHKO move when the target already has lost some HP?

To answer your question real fast, the Sturdy ability will only 'activate' when the targeted Pokémon is about to be OHKO'd from full health. Sturdy will prevent the Pokémon from fainting in one hit and will then leave the Pokémon at 1 HP. The OHKO moves Sheer Cold, Fissure, Guillotine, and Horn Drill will NEVER work against Pokémon with Sturdy, regardless of HP.

where can I learn to code? can I get a tutor for coding stuff?
I want to make a team based around Giratina-Origin in Ubers, but I do not know which Gira-O set is the best. Should I run the bulky physical set with Defog/Will-O-Wisp/Shadow Sneak/ Dragon Tail or the Mixed set with Draco Meteor/ Defog/ Shadow Ball/ Shadow Sneak? I want Gira-O to function as a bulky yet powerful member on the team. Which set is better?
Has anyone made a WIP post about Flareon yet because my head is cluttering with compettitive sets for it O_o
What is the analysis format for RB? I want to write an analysis for venusaur but i don't know the differences between the gen 6 format and the gen 1 format. Or is there no difference and I'm asking this question for no reason.

You can find a BW sprite through Google Images or something similar, or you can go to Smogon's sprite generator here.

New to breeding, and I have a few questions about the mechanics of breeding competitive-level pokemon.

2. What is the best way to pass down a particular, non-hidden ability on a species with two non-hidden abilities? Does it matter if either/both of the parents have that particular ability?
3. Does using a hacked pokemon to breed in desirable IVs/abilities/natures have negative consequences in online and/or offline competitive play? I ask this because I recently received a shiny, 6 IV pokemon via Wonder Trade. I strongly suspect it was hacked, but I'd still love to have access to those IVs if it won't get me into trouble.

1. They're assigned the minute you receive the egg, i.e. you cannot soft reset to hatch a Pokemon of a different nature, IV, etc.
2. Get/breed a female of that species with the wanted non-hidden ability, as the female is the one that passes on the ability (80% rate for non-hidden abilities I think?) when two Pokemon of the same egg group is bred, then breed this female as desired. Whether or not the male has the ability does not matter. The only time a male can pass on its ability is when it is bred with a Ditto.
3. Typically it's frowned upon in this community. Whether or not you choose to use it is up to you, but most people greatly dislike the usage of hacked Pokemon or even the offspring of hacked Pokemon, especially in competitive play.
