Will my contrary seperior effect my other pokemon stat changes?
Example: Garchomp use Draco meteor, instead of harshly lowering its spAtt will contrary raise it instead?

I think the rule there is (assuming it's an XY Zapdos) you toss because you only got 3 31s, which is a minimum. 4 31s isn't all that uncommon - while I think your Zapdos is very good, it could probably be better, especially since Zapdos appreciates its bulk. 27/28 on the special side is a bit low.
If it has a hidden power you really want, then it's up to you because HPs are hard to get :/ *sr'ing Raikou*
unfortunately it also had perfect attack. the hidden power was steel :( if it was something better, i wouldve kept it. thanks for the reply

Might be an effective lure for Heatran, if you run Earthquake on Charizard Y.
Add an offensive Sylveon or something else that is checked by Heatran.

Do you mean Gen 6 events or in general? I have RNGed Jirachis from 4th gen
