Would a Pokemon with one parent from FRLG and one from XY, bred in Y version, be considered Kalos-born for VGC purposes?

Yes, it will then be bred in a gen 6 game. The generation of the parents do not matter.

Does anyone have a spitback Goomy they could trade me? I'm fine with trading the Froakie I got, I need this Goomy for my scramble challenge.

Any ball is fine! I'm posting on the GTS my level 11 male Froakie, nickname is Mr. Bubbles2 with message "Scramble!". If it gets sniped I'll try to give you something from my Alpha Sapphire game. I have the Goomy set to level 1-10, since I'm assuming it will be newly hatched.
 
Hey there,
Does anyone a comp contrary shiny shuckle? I really need a staller, and a contrary shell smash will be a huge help on something as defensive as shuckle. It would be nice if it came with left overs. I have a perfect IV shiny contrary Serperior for trade. Thanks. This will really help when I need a stalling toxic pkmn. (And my gliscor just looks at me shaking its head)
 
Does anybody have spare Friend Ball Weedle/Love Ball Cherubi (already got a deal for this one) spitbacks willing to lend me? Don't have much to give back aside from spitbacks of my own (which you probably can get easy access to anyways), but I'd be really grateful!

I'm looking for a female spitback Slowpoke in a Dream Ball,
Also looking for a quite nature Ditto,
And last but not least a HA Gligar in a Dive ball.

I only have to offer a 5IV Bold (Natural Cure) Swablu (F) & (M) in a normal Pokeball (I'm sorry).

I should be able to trade tonight.
 
Not sure where to ask but i think this goes here too.

When i turn off forced save and i trade/battle and when i'm finished with that i reset would i have the data from my last saving time and still be in the same place as where i saved last or will that differ?

Well, even with forced save off, I think you must save before trading. As for battles, with forced save off and SR'ing after the battle will set you where you were last time you saved. That is how you can check ESV's with battle videos without actually having the eggs hatched.

You'll still be forced to save when you trade, forced saves only applies for battles and connecting online. Anyway, if you manually save in the Battle Resort, then go outside, have a battle, and soft-reset, you'll open your save file at the Battle Resort.
