I could understand why you would keep that. I would. Raikou has other options, including screen support.so this is pretty much fucking useless huh..

Raikou really needs that Hidden Power for offensive coverage. It sucks, but I'd say toss.
EDIT: If you get a flawless HP Grass one, I would like to trade for it.

after sleeping on it, i kept it for that same reason. i have another one i can catch in ruby that ill go for the hp ice or grass
