Are you the one on Nuggetbridge who caught this same Zapdos? lol, anyway, definitely toss. Defense is too low.

For vgc you should go as competitive to trade value as possible. So that's an easy toss. You should aim for something higher.
 
LF: Avalanche Shellder/Cloyster. It's a Gen IV TM move that can be passed as an egg move in Gen V and VI.

FT: The finished UT Shellder or BR Cloyster. I'll try to TSV match it with somebody.

FT : Many 5IVs flawless babies, legendaries, some shinies, ask me whatever you want, I'll tell you if I have it or can get it.

cjlaborde2nd is the only one with a modest HP fire Xerneas. He has been inactive for a while though. People who got it from him could trade it to you though since the redistribution rights were Semi-Redis.

Sure. I actually only need a parent to pass the move, since I already have female Heavy Ball Shellder.
You can use any ball you want and I'll do the rest. The gender doesn't really matter either.
