I personally prefer Focus Blast on Dragalge, for the added power/ability to hit Bisharp. However, this really depends on what your team hits. If you cover Scizor well, run Focus Blast. If you cover Bisharp well, HP Fire. If you cover both, but miss out on Ground/Fire, run Scald. Lots of team-dependent variables.

I like Focus Blast a little more because of the added Coverage but sometimes it miss on very very critical situations. I think I will give HP Fire a chance. Thanks for your Reply.
Does Ion Deluge work againt Normal moves affected by Aerialate/Pixilate/Refridgerate? ie:
Use Ion Deluge (because +1 priority)
Sylveon uses Hyper Voice

I believe not because Abilities like Aerialate, Pixilate and Refridgerate change the Type of the used Normal Move in to an Ice, a Fairy or a Flying Type Move. And Ion Deluge only works on Normal Type Moves so it won't work.
Yeah I figured abilities had priority.
Oh well, there's other ways to dick Salamence, but I guess it'd still be funny to wall Mega Kangaskhan with a Zebstrika.
Pachi + Kang also "works" and you can heal yourself with that method.
Yeah but note using that move is a little bit risky because any Mispredict can destroy you.

Diancie - Timid

I've been SR'ing Diancie non stop since yesterday this one really appeals to me. I lack knowledge though on how necessary the HP IVs are for Diancie, since I'm not really into OU. And because it's Timid, the 31 in Attack might be unhandy too.. Or is Timid mixed popular too? Please do not bash me for this, I really do not know.

Not sure how useful a Timid Diancie is, but that HP IV will kill all the trade value. Toss.
Toss, none of the things you listed are appealing. 31 ATK isn't beneficial even for an Explosion set in this case unfortunately with it being Timid.

Guys, I looked at the on-site's Diancie page and there were only offensive Diancie sets (with the exception of Sassy Trick Room).
But I just lucked out and got a Calm 31/x/31/31/31/31 Diancie. I've been away from Smogon for a some months now so I don't know what's good competitively nor what's hot in trading, so is it worth keeping this?

Well it's flawless. It's defensive and diancie well it kinda is able to run many sets so i say it's an absolute keep
Toss was definitely the right call. Timid is a fine nature. For what it's worth I've already reset a practically perfect Timid one earlier today.
