Simple Questions/Requests - Mark 47 (Minor Pokemon Trades, Item Requests etc GO HERE) (NO HACKING)

alright sorry if its a dumb question but I have been away for a few months and I was wondering 2 things

1 did hoopa already get released?
2 did anyone succeed in getting a shiny arceus at all on smogon?

Hoopa's been released for a while actually, but didn't really become widespread till recently. There are no Hoopa on Smogon yet, so don't ask. I don't know how many shiny arceus there are, but ask around because fairly certain there's at least one.

yeah I meant hoopa on smogon but gues not which is too bad:(

and good to hear about shiny arceus now I know there is at leats one I can look for it here:)
 
Question on using the time machine method of breeding; If starting with a 0IV pokemon and a 6IV pokemon, is it easier to breed one then try to match it to get a 5/6iv, or breed several then go for a 5/6 iv?

The only way is breeding one mon and then matching. If you breed several you'll end up with the last mons spread

Breed a couple (both males and females if you're not using a Ditto; just one gender if you have a Ditto to use) so that you have more choices of spreads to match with.
 
Can someone hook my up with a shiny Geodude? Doesn't have to be competitive and IVs, EVs, Nature, Ability whatsoever don't matter.

Diancie - Naive
16-17 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31

I SR'd an almost identical Diancie yesterday, with a different HP stat and Timid nature. Although this one doesn't have flawless HP it's still pretty darn good. Thoughts?

Toss. Again, Naive Diancie wants (needs) 31/31/28+/31/28+/31. Don't bother posting K/T unless it's at least 25.
 
just a friendly reminder:

k, going to make a post since this diancie thing is getting crazy with all the "is my diancie good?" questions and some people seem to be failing at common sense. Basically, you will now be infracted/given a warning on your profile if you post what is to put it in the simplest terms a crappy SR you shouldn't keep. Yes this is awfully subjective but let's be honest here, if you're aiming for a speed boosting nature like hasty and timid and you get a speed that is not a 30-31 that is not a keep, neutral natures have 0 competitive value so those are not keeps, and honestly IVs below 20s on stats you do care about on a Pokemon that naturally gets 3 31 IVs is really not something you should keep. These are just some examples of things that should make you think "this is not worth the keep, let me SR again instead of wasting time and cluttering the SQSR thread with something that is going to be a toss". This applies to other resets in the future not just diancie and this post is not to call out any one specific individual.

btw examples of clearly bad SRs are not limited to the ones in this quote.
