A 16-17 IV in a relevant stat like HP is always going to be deemed as toss here.

Pick a Pokemon and look in threads. For example, I've got a perfect ORAS Suicune on mine.
You might want to be more specific in what you have and what you're looking for, as just stating a "good, competitive bulky water type" isn't helping anyone.

Serebii's 6th gen pokedex has a list of moves only obtainable in previous gens on each pokemon's page.
