Are there any good UU/BL Wish users?
1.)f it says 'Very finicky' does it mean that my special attack IV is somewhere at 31?
With the addition of Mild... my special attack would probably rise up near 330~340....
Aw just great... I think my speed will drop down below 305... need to get most stats at 13... at least attack, special attack and speed...
2.) Will I be slower than 1/2 of the pokemon in the wifi level if my Speed IV is low?
Trying to increase my special attack and speed to make Blaze Burn a last ditch after many turns of retreating....
3.) Is Porygon-Z (adaptability) good with Metronome after many times of Tri Attacking?
4.) Software/Computer Science group: Porygon-Z, Ambipom, Electivire, Tropius, Metagross

I like Illumise myself. Very good team support, and always-effective Bug Buzz helps too. It can also Baton Pass Growth.
Can it BP anything other than Growth?

In the past tournament for D/P at Gamestop - did they have anything that detected hacks? I don't mean the obvious ones like 999 Base Stats, I mean like Pokésav. Did anything created in that get through?
Because I don't want to take part in tournaments in the future if some fifteen year old can just Pokésav up a team and have it get through the detector. :|

I think it would be a 25% chance. The base crit chance is 6.25%, and I'm pretty sure each stage adds another 6.25%. So, since there is an increment of 3 stages (high crit move + super luck + scope lens), it should be 6.25*4 = 25%.
I'd need someone to confirm this, though.
Also, regarding my Infernape, I've PM'ed you.
If you're feeling lucky, you can pass Silver Wind boosts, and even Charge Beam's Sp. Atk boost. There's always the pinch berries, and substitute.

I wouldn't be surprised if they did indeed get through, as it only detects ridiculously bad hacks. If you're good, you can get them into Rev.
Xatu is great being able to setup Reflect/Light Screen, and Wish. Not to mention it can actually fight if it has to do so. There are a TON of wish passers in UU/BL tiers though, just give Serebii a look.

Have you considered Rotom? It is a ghost in the machine, after all.

1) Does EV training when a Pokemon is at a low level result eventually in higher stats (at, say, Lv.100) than if a Pokemon were EV trained starting at a higher level (ie. would a Pokemon that was EV trained starting at Lv.1 end up with higher stats than a Pokemon that was EV trained from Lv.36?)
2) Are there any long-term stat differences if you don't evolve a Pokemon so it learns moves quicker?
3) Could anyone give me any advice as to when you should evolve a Pokemon that uses a evolution Stone to evolve?

If you hack two pokemon with perfect ivs in all stats then breed them together to get a pokemon with perfect ivs in all stats is the offspring considered hacked?

Its a tricky one, the hacking still influences the offspring so i'd say yes
