This is not entirely correct. Off the top of my head there's three events that 'give you the Wondercard' via code and can be redeemed/downloaded/claimed multiple times on a single save - Desert City Arceus, TW/HK Charizard and Game Darkrai (or KOR Darkrai probably - I forgot).
Need tsomeone to trade my rhydon with and then have them trade it back.

I would say keep, that's quite solid.
