Yeah, you will be able to SR Cobalion tomorrow as long as you don't switch 3DSs, mess with the time/date settings or leave the island.

4 SpA Tough Claws Mega Metagross Grass Knot (100 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Mega Slowbro: 240-284 (60.9 - 72%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
(with 14 SpAtk IVs)
4 SpA Tough Claws Mega Metagross Grass Knot (100 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Mega Slowbro: 226-266 (57.3 - 67.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
It's still a guaranteed 2HKO on Slowbro-Mega which is really the best reason to run GK and hence Hasty. Just in case you roll another Hasty one. Imperfect FS resets are a lot easier to forgive than legendaries imo.
