I think he means what percentage increase does the +1 boost from something like speed boost (or the +2 attack from sword's dance for example) give. I'm curious myself actually.

+1 is stat multiplied by 1.5, +2 is stat multiplied by 2.

If you U-turn to something with speed boost, does speed boost activate at the end of that turn?

I'm thinking about a Jirachi/Yanmega combo to enable Yanmega to get in unscathed in the late game even if Stealth Rock is up. Jirachi uses Wish then U-turns to Yanmega next turn, taking the hit in the process (assuming it's up against something slower than itself). The wish heals the damage from stealth rock straight away and then (hopefully!) Speed Boost activates making Yanmega faster than pretty much anything for the next turn. Kind of like a free protect, but with Jirachi doing that little bit of extra damage, freeing up an extra moveslot for Yanmega as well.

I just hope Speed Boost works like that!

Any good hack would get through the PBR legitimacy checks, so I would be inclined to believe that your Jirachi is fake.

Could Quiet work for a Competitive Special Metagross even with it being minus speed nature? I have a decent one and I was wondering if I could use it for battling or if I should just use it for breeding.

Also, if Ttar/Hippo and Abomasnow come out at the same time, which effect goes up? The one with the lowest speed/highest speed, how does it work?

Sandstorm and Snow Warning stay up the entire match until a new weather appears. (Air Lock just prevents the effects for however many turns Rayquaza is out.)

Pokemon with the slowest speed keeps its weather. Happened to me a lot of times with Tyranitar vs. Abomasnow. Situation:

Tyranitar whips up a sandstorm.
Abomasnow's "Snow Warning" started a blizzard.
