I like the analysis slowbro:

[SET]
name: Physical Wall
move 1: Slack Off
move 2: Hidden Power Electric / Thunder Wave / Grass Knot
move 3: Ice Beam
move 4: Surf / Grass Knot / Thunder Wave
item: Leftovers
ability: Own Tempo
nature: Bold
evs: 216HP/252Def/40SpAtk
[SET COMMENTS]

But I think it would work better on my team with the set:
Slack off/thunderwave/surf/grassknot or HP electric

Could that work at all? I chose thunderwave because my team is lacking in status effects, and I'd like to add them in. I just don't see the use of ice beam to counter garchomp specifically, especially when surf is 2x anyways (i know its not as good as 4x but it seems more effficient this way).

Should I use the set i chose?

Surf is not super effective on Garchomp.

If you already have something good to counter the dragons, then I don't see why it wouldn't work nicely. Try it out.

Surf is neutral, Dragon resists Water ;p

IIRC without big EV investment, Ice Beam 2HKOs Garchomp. Surf does 34~40% in Garchomp, so it's a 3HKO, not that good. Salamence is also very used, so I'd go with the first one.

SRing in E and D/P, you can use sychronizers, while in FR SR, you cannot use the synchronizing technique

I know for a fact that this is wrong. I just soft reseted for a Regirock in my Emerald for around two hours with a synchronize, careful abra and only 2 Regirocks were careful. I don't know where the relevant thread is right now, but I am fairly sure that synchronize does work on DP legendaries. As for FR/LG/R/S, I have no idea.
Do things that lower accuracy break evade clause? Like Mirror shot for example...

No, they don't. The theory is that the opponent can just switch out.

Synchronize doesn't work for Advance Legendaries.

Can a +Spd natured Charizard outrun a neutral Spd natured Mismagius? This happened in my last WiFi fight, and I have a sneaking suspision that the Char in question is hacked.

Jolly Charizard maxes out at 328 Speed, neutral Mismagius maxes out at 309 Speed.

I suppose since I JUST REALIZED i had no electric or ice moves on my team (doi!) I'll have to go with:

Slack off/Ice Beam/Thunder Wave/HP Electric

Sound good?

(Also, whats the best combination for slowbro to have this HP?

I have a question:

If the move tutor for draco meteor has been used once for a specific pokemon, could another pokemon also learn draco meteor from the same move tutor so long as the happiness level is adequate, or not?
