I would say Lele is a HP Fire or toss.
If the Pokémon were hypertrained, their IVs don't change. I know you aren't trying to mislead anyone, but you should list their actual IVs, and not the hyper trained results.
With Hyper Training, all you should care about is its Hidden Power.

not everyone wants to use that you know i for example wont use it and for me it pretty much killed the whole competetive aspect since effort doesnt get rewarded at all anymore heck it even gets punished now
To be fair, it still requires you to train the Pokémon up to level 100 as well as have a Bottle Cap, neither of which are particularly easy to do in this game without lots of grinding or just straight up hacking. It's pretty much not worth bothering with unless you want to avoid having to soft reset for perfect legends/UBs. As someone who enjoys breeding for perfect Pokémon, I'm not a fan of it either, but I don't think it's accurate to say it doesn't reward effort.
There's nothing competitive about RNG and pressing LR + Start mindlessly take much effort, either. Not only is it a much more arduous task to actually find Bottle Caps and grind your way up to level 100, but you're also not relying on RNG anywhere near as much which is good.

Winning is better. It is pretty easy to win at the 4BP level. What you primarily do is use protect as a non-threatning Pokemon. Get one kill that ends the game. Wins most of the time.

Imo the Battle Royale is a good option only when you're starting from scratch. Once you gather enough BPs to buy breeding and minimal EV training tools, go to the Battle Tree and aim for high streaks.
I haven't gotten my breeding setup so I don't have good Pokémon yet so as you said I'm at the battle royale. This whole need bp to get good pkmn but you also need good pkmn to get bp thing isn't very intuitive

No idea why some people don't like clones. Never played at VGC but I'm guessing you can most definitely use clones otherwise clones wouldn't be allowed in a competitive site like this one.
