game would be just as much of a blowout if Matt Ryan, Aaron Rodgers, Matt Stafford or Ben Roethlisberger missed it. Carr is missed, sure, but it's a 3rd string QB against a great defense, but MVP argument should be based over value over replacement level QB and not value over backup QB.

Quarterback X being completely inept and terrible doesn't make quarterback y any more valuable

At this point I'm just starting to believe the NFL doesn't like the Lions in the playoffs. Lol

In all seriousness I don't believe there is an agenda against the Lions but damn the calls missed or called on them in the post season seems to always be some kind of fuckery, smh. Well I hope everyone else is enjoying the playoffs, gotta love this time of year.

the officiating didn't make the Lions have no run defense or break Stafford's hand 4 games ago leading to him throwing to the receivers in his head aka empty field. yeah it sucks to get some missed penalties but i guarantee there were missed penalties on the lions as well... rough game for lions and easy to blame the refs but stafford couldnt even throw NEAR his receivers half the time so its not all on the refs. i think some instances where the seahawks benefited from penalties that kept the drive alive wouldn't have changed the outcome of the game, the lions never got a td. there was just nothing doing.

proud of our o-line for not getting HOLDING - OFFENSE #(INSERT O-LINE MEMBER HERE) every time we got a first down.

you made your bias quite obvious. I can remember 4-5 key missed penalties on the seahawks off the top of my head, and I can remember 0 on the Lions. Doesn't matter if they didn't score, that's like saying that first quarter pick-6 didn't matter in a 23-10 win. tone setting, score, and opportunity affect psyche and realistic outcome. PLEASE don't act like it doesn't.

Seriously, the reffing in that game just cemented why basically the only people who like the hawks are either from the area or are circlejerkers who hopped on in 2012. The rest of the nfl absolutely hates your guts. If yall win this year you'll be up there with the pats in no time.
 
Also it doesn't matter that the foul calls probably didn't affect the outcome of the game. Yes, the hawks played better then the lions and probably would have won regardless, but that doesn't change the fact that the officiating was horrible and was clearly biased in favor of the seahawks - and is the latest in a pattern of bad officiating in major games, especially those that involve the lions or the seahawks. Would rather lose a competitive and fair game then win due to missed calls (like half our major wins in the past two years). P.S. I wonder how many people will say bad officiating doesn't matter cause seahawks would have won anyways also said Brady should be lynched for maybe deflating footballs against the colts. Not saying thats a perfect comparison but having a fair game is important regardless of skill levels.

I am glad our O-line seems to have recovered from the shitfest they have become though. I actually have some slight hopes going into the Falcons game, hopefully Baldwin doesn't spontaneously combust or something in the first 5 minutes.

Oh, and watching Kearse give that "but-but-but, that was my TD" look after getting his TD stolen was hilarious. He looked like that nerdy kid who tells a joke, then someone else tells it better and makes people laugh.

Also the commentary was kinda subpar. DAE every difficult catch is OBJ?
 
Brock Osweiler will be joining the divisional round with the likes of wilson, Brady, Ryan, Prescott, and Smith. With more playoff wins than Dalton in such a short time, I really think he'll be the next leading QB. Trust me on this.
 
Jesus that hit was shaking. However, isn't the qb a runner at that point? That shouldn't be roughing the passer if I understand the rules correctly
