Actually, neither of the two Pokemon mentioned can counter Ursaring, as he can SD on the switch (as Flame Orb takes effect), to do 65.13% - 76.64% to Spiritomb with Crunch (he SDs on the switch, so Taunting is irrelevant. Besides, Spiritomb is too slow to Taunt before Ursaring, so I could SD on the switch, then SD before you Taunted, for an OHKO). Spiritomb's Sucker Punch does 27.08% - 31.77% Ursaring, which is far from an OHKO, even with Burn Orb. So, if you used that strategy, you'd be left with a dead Spiritomb, and a Guts'd, +4 Adamant Ursaring on your tail.
Vs. Hariyama, Ursa SDs + Orbs on the switch, outspeeds, and does 154.58% - 181.88% to that spread with Facade. =D
Ultimately (unless there's a super-defensive Poke that resists Normal/Fighting/Dark), you'd have to predict whether I'd SD or attack on the switch. Defensive Poke wins vs. dry attack on the switch (most), and speedy offensive Pokes (with Fighting attacks) win against the SDer. You both lose the counter game. But, assuming we're continuing...
@Heracross:
Gyarados @ Leftovers
212 Hp, 16 At, 180 De, 100 Sp (Yup, I've memorized the Bulkydos spread)
Adamant, Intimidate
~Waterfall
~Earthquake
~Taunt
~Dragon Dance
Intimidates you, resisting your attacks with a bulky spread, stats up, and KOs your CC dropped bug.
