As long as we're doing Little Cup...

Larvatar @ Flame Orb
172 At, 168 Hp, 168 Sp
Adamant, Guts
~Stone Edge
~Earthquake
~Dragon Dance
~Crunch

Gets Guts, resists both attacks with Rock/Ground typing, negates String Shot with Dragon Dance, and pwns you all over Little Cup style. =D

Tangela @ choice Scarf
252 sp atk 252 spd modest

- energy ball
- Leaf storm
- Confusion
- Sludge bomb

Energyball kills.

no it doesn't. but anyways @ tangrowth

bronzong@ chesto berry
psychic
calm mind
hp fighting
charge beam

lol's at everyone of those attacks and then does whatever he feels like... cause hes calmzong

For Bronzong:

Blissey @ Leftovers
Bold@ 188/0/252/108/0/0
Seismic Toss
Softboiled
Ice Beam
Thunder Wave

I'm faster and will destroy you with four Seismic Tosses, cause she's Blissey, and you are lacking Leftovers(aka a 4KOw/ 338 HP)

@Blissey:

Ursaring @ Flame Orb
Adamant, Guts
252 At, Hp
~Facade
~Close Combat
~Crunch
~Swords Dance

I can switch into Twave uncaring, as I'm already slow, then either SD or kill you at my leisure. None of your other attacks do much to Ring, either.

Spiritomb @ Leftovers
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Att
Impish Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Taunt
- Pain Split
- Pursuit

Taunt prevents Swords Dance, if you try Crunching I Sucker Punch, if you switch I Pursuit.

@Ursaring
Hariyama @ Leftovers
204 HP/52 Atk/252 Def Impish
Cross Chop
Stone Edge
Whirlwind
Rest

480 for magic Lefties, stalls. Phazes if you try and SD.

Yes, Ursaring does approximently 372 to 437 damage, so a 2HKO is guaranteed.

@Spiritomb

Heracross@Choice Band

adamant 252att/252speed

Pursuit
Megahorn
Close Combat
Aerial Ace

Resists both of his stabbed moves, and laughs in the face of the other moves.

Actually, neither of the two Pokemon mentioned can counter Ursaring, as he can SD on the switch (as Flame Orb takes effect), to do 65.13% - 76.64% to Spiritomb with Crunch (he SDs on the switch, so Taunting is irrelevant. Besides, Spiritomb is too slow to Taunt before Ursaring, so I could SD on the switch, then SD before you Taunted, for an OHKO). Spiritomb's Sucker Punch does 27.08% - 31.77% Ursaring, which is far from an OHKO, even with Burn Orb. So, if you used that strategy, you'd be left with a dead Spiritomb, and a Guts'd, +4 Adamant Ursaring on your tail.

Vs. Hariyama, Ursa SDs + Orbs on the switch, outspeeds, and does 154.58% - 181.88% to that spread with Facade. =D

Ultimately (unless there's a super-defensive Poke that resists Normal/Fighting/Dark), you'd have to predict whether I'd SD or attack on the switch. Defensive Poke wins vs. dry attack on the switch (most), and speedy offensive Pokes (with Fighting attacks) win against the SDer. You both lose the counter game. But, assuming we're continuing...

@Heracross:

Gyarados @ Leftovers
212 Hp, 16 At, 180 De, 100 Sp (Yup, I've memorized the Bulkydos spread)
Adamant, Intimidate
~Waterfall
~Earthquake
~Taunt
~Dragon Dance

Intimidates you, resisting your attacks with a bulky spread, stats up, and KOs your CC dropped bug.

Well then what does counter Ursaring? Skarmory is 2HKO'd by Close Combat, or else close to it, and most Ghost- and Psychic-types lose to Crunch. Facade hurts the biggest walls in the game. I guess Hippowdon with Protect is the best counter, switch in on Swords Dance, Protect to rack up residual damage, then Slack Off, Protect, etc.

SD'd Facade OHKOs Hippowdon, IIRC. I made an edit in there, but I'll repost it: Ultimately (unless there's a super-defensive Poke that resists Normal/Fighting/Dark), you'd have to predict whether I'd SD or attack on the switch. Defensive Poke wins vs. dry attack on the switch (most), and speedy offensive Pokes (with Fighting attacks) win against the SDer.

Against an omni-predicting opponent with an all-powerful Poke like Ursaring, there is no victory. ;D

Sorry I went off topic, there.

Hm, Ursaring being so hard to counter could mean something...

I think offense is the way to go. Send out something faster like Heracross on a Swords Dance/resistance and force it out.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
212 Hp, 16 At, 180 De, 100 Sp (Yup, I've memorized the Bulkydos spread)
Adamant, Intimidate
~Waterfall
~Earthquake
~Taunt
~Dragon Dance

Exeggutor @ Choice Specs
252 SA/252 Spd
Modest

HP Electric
Leaf Storm
Psychic
Sludge Bomb

So shoot me if I just went and picked the first 4 Special moves I know Egg gets. Gyarados does zero to it, and 95/85 defenses are nothing to sneeze at, so don't tell me it's fragile to Gyara's attacks.

@ Blaziken57: Some 50/50 "luck" prediction will have to be used to counter it, or bring in anything faster (Facade = OHKO on Hera).

@ Exeggutor:

Jibacoil @ Leftovers
220 Sp, 252 Sa, 36 Hp
Modest, Magnet Pull
~Thunderbolt
~HP Ice
~Magnet Rise
~Substitute

This is why Exeggutor likes HP Fire. It needs Fire for those steels.

Scizor@ Leftovers
Impish
252 hp, 200 def, 56 atk
Technician
Swords Dance
Quick Attack
X-Scissor
Pursuit/AA

resists all but HP elec which does crap, forces to switch in which it gets a free Swords dance, or at least 1 swords dance to begin with regardless

but STAB 4X X-Scissor hurts a lot on Exeggutor

@Beaten

Mamoswine@ Leftovers
Impish
252 hp,176 def, 56 spd, 12 atk
Curse
EQ
Ice Shard
Stone Edge

hopefully outruns Jibacoil, either way curses up and owns with EQ

Modest
252 spd, 252 satk
Aura Sphere
Dark Pulse
Shadow Ball
Dragon Pulse

Can switch in on an Earthquake and survive with the sash, outspeed and OHKO back.

He has Ice Shard, so Sashers can't do much.

@Mamo:

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Relaxed, Levitate
252 Hp, 152 At, 8 Sd, 96 De
~Gyro Ball
~Earthquake
~Grass Knot
~Trick Room

Resists all of your attacks, and kills with Grass Knot/SE Gyro Ball.

@ Bronzong

Charizard@choice specs
Quiet
252 sp. atk, 152 hp, 104 def
-Overheat
-Focus Blast
-Hp grass
-Air Slash

Takes ineffective damage from grass knot and gyro ball, immune to earthquake, and does about 200% to Bronzong with overheat.
