I just noticed that UB Adhesive was captured in a Beast Ball - which was developed by Aether? So, there has to be a connection between Aether and Ultra Recon somehow?
I also noticed that. It would be too easy/a letdown to say they just stole the Beast Balls. I think there must be some cross research going on, like the Ultra Recon Squad has connections to someone in the Aether Foundation and helped them develop the Beast Ball in secret in exchange for some of them (because remember the Beast Balls aren't cheap to make). And is the Aether member who is doing this one of them in secret (prime suspect would be Wicke, she's very mysterious, has access to the Beast Balls, and we do never see her battle)?
You know, now that we’ve actually seen the UB home I feel conflicted that we invade their home & capture them.
Also curious to know how or if they will make Necrozma sympathetic, I.E. wanting light to save itself or something.
How does this affect future games? I would hope that legends who are tied to specific regions are given away in events from now on. I haven’t reset all the legends in ORAS and don’t want to do something like that again.
Like that's any different than what we normally do. :P Forest, cave, alternate dimension, if your a Pokemon than you're a potential slave to the ball. Only Pokemon who you could say people have the "right" to capture are the ones who make their home in towns and cities... but even then they're ancestors probably lived there long before people made their homes so maybe not. #TeamPlasmaWasRight
You know, I kind of just want it to be Necrozma is just a light eater. That's all. It's not "evil" per se, but it's actions are definitely evil and must be stopped.
Pokemon games always had a habit of including other regions mascot Legendaries somewhere if they feel it's been a while since those Legendaries were made widely available. Personally I think we should more focus on the trend of making the older Mythical Pokemon more easily available. I get keeping some Event exclusive, but we don't need more than one or two per generation.
We saw Phyco use UB Sticky but not Dulse/Zossie. Hopefully that means Dulse/Zossie use a new UB exclusive to Sun (counterpart to Sticky) that will be revealed soon.
Dulse (serious man) and Soliera (woman) uses UB Adhesion. So no version exclusion on that part, but who knows if maybe Phyco (mustache man) and Zossie (little girl) maybe have another Ultra Beast, maybe even version exclusive ones.
IF we're going back to my prime number theory, Adhesion brings the count to 10 (at least for unique individuals, not counting evolution families if they have them). Now one more would bring the number back to being a prime number, but also three more. We know of one set of version exclusive and I'm guessing Adhesion would be in both versions, so maybe they can Phyco and Zossie another set of version exclusives and than another wild one that would be in both versions.
Maybe this is too reaching but could the Recon Squad members be past characters who got lost in Ultra Wormhole like Anabel?? Since they appear to be wearing masks, it's hard to tell but:
Dulse could be Anabel because of the purple hair ...
Zossie could be one of the Chatelaine sisters or Iris if she dyes her hair (she licks her lips like Iris too)
Phyco could be Juan with the way he touches his mustache and the hand behind back stance
Soliera could be Karen?
It's possible, right?
Possible but not likely. That said I'm curious if they do have something to do with the Fallers.

More news confirmed from the Hong Kong Pokemon site.
Mind Blown, the sig of Burst, is confirmed to be a fire-type move that removes 1/2 of its maximum health.
Assembly is confirmed to be 820 KG in weight. If it does learn heavy slam, it would have just about the same base power of Celesteela, although it would have more cases of having less than 120 BP.
All this and more is on the main Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon site.
A thought just crossed my mind: since Beast Boost is a ability that the UB's get upon arriving through a wormhole and now we're fighting them in there homeland, will they have there "regular" abilities? Cause it would be odd if creatures living light years from each other would all have the exact same ability.
Ooh, that would be neat of them to do, though I could also see them copping out and saying that by catching them in an other worldly device it changes their Ability to Beast Boost.
