Is there a pokemon on your team that makes your team different?

well not many people that i have battled use an electrode, slowking and sharpedo. my slowking's moveset makes it different than most people's.

A whole bunch of things. Vespiquen as anti-Grass, Dark, and Psychic and just a general switch-in. Haze Blastoise. Marowak with Double Edge > Fire Punch because I personally found DE to be better for my team.

I use a Alakazam as my physical sweeper. lol its a joke im pretty generic when it comes to teams does using a kingdra count ?

How's that working out for you? I think that Psycho Cut's Zam's best physical move. Coming off of STAB and 50 base power attack that isn't about to scratch a thing.

Heh, every pokemon in my team makes my team different. My biggest weapon is that nobody can tell what the hell I'm gonna use. For instance, a lot of people do not prepare for Shedinja and are therefore screwed when he comes out.

I don't see many people using Gastrodon. I guess people prefer Swampert, even though it can't Recover like the little slug.

I haven't got to battle with it yet, but I currently have an interesting Rhyperior set.
He has EV's in Attack, SPEED, and minor points in defense. Why you ask? Well, I have a agility passer on my team. He does an Agility, maybe a swords dance, and passes. My Rhyperior's current speed after an Agility pass, is fast enough to outspeed base 125's by 1 point. Thus, he outspeeds Azelf, Starmie, Sceptile, Infernape, and even Weavile, who otherwise, would mostly counter this set. Add that, plus a possible swords dance, and he'd possibly be a good bulky sweeper. As a plus, he resists most attacks usually headed towards my Speed passer(A Scizor), or can survive a physical super effective hit with Solid Rock softening the blow. Nobody really expects a Rhyperior to outspeed them without Trick room being in play. He has a life orb, only cause a Choice Band would make him have to be switched out alot, thus ruining his speed boost. I might consider leftovers or shell bell though.

I also use some other interesting Pokes, such as a Special sweeping Scarfzard(Makes a lovely counter to Scarfcrosses, outspeeding jolly heracrosses by 1 point), Specstile(Specs + Overgrow + Leaf Storm... She rapes Bulky Waters.), and a Medicham(I don't seem them much, plus She could sweep well with a Speed pass, not worrying about dieing from the opponent's attack due to focus sash...)

Blaziken, Blastoise, Muk, Rotom, Sharpedo, Poliwrath, Golem and Tauros are favourites of mine that find their way into most of my teams.

On topic: I use a Choice Specs Wailord on my team.

My Empoleon can testify to that. Who woulda thought WaterSpout could do so much!? :X

ramparados, i have a love hate relation with it. it ends up sweeping an entire team, or eating more shit than a shedninja that just took a choice speced blast burn in a sandstorm, with stealth rocks up.

Poliwag, Butterfree, Beedrill, Onix, Mawile and Gastrodon i've all found usable in OU. Not so much Poliwag (Belly Drum Salac Berry)... But the others work out well. Butterfree rapes non Blissey or Skarmory walls. Beedrill has Choice Scarf as to rape weaviles with U-Turn. Choice Band Onix can sort of hit slow things hard. Mawile can beat most physical dragons one on one with Intimidate, Shucca Berry, Ice Fang, and Sucker Punch. Gastrodon uses Counter / Mirror Coat / Recover.

Oh, and I have a Choice Scarf Tentacruel. Sets up Toxic Spikes early on, then rapes with its STAB moves / Ice Beam later on. Horray for OHKOing Garchomp!

???

252 Modest Butterfree Bug Buzz vs Hippowdon: 36.90% - 43.33%
vs Milotic: 24.87% - 29.44%
Psychic vs Tentacruel: 28.02% - 32.69% <--- Not even a 4-hit KO with leftovers and super-effective on the average...

Beedrill has Choice Scarf as to rape weaviles with U-Turn.
Why would Weaviles switch into a Beedrill when Weavile is weak to bug?

Choice Band Onix can sort of hit slow things hard.
Choice Band Onix Earthquake vs Hippowdon: 22.14% - 25.95%
vs Swampert: 27.48% - 32.43%
vs Roserade: 80.46% - 95.02%

BTW: Roserade has less defenses than Weavile. So earthquake won't kill Weavile either.

Mawile can beat most physical dragons one on one with Intimidate, Shucca Berry, Ice Fang, and Sucker Punch.
Intimidated Garchomp Earthquake vs Mawile: 105.39% - 124.07%
Ice Fang Mawile vs Garchomp: 69.75% - 82.07%

With Shucca Berry, Mawile is 2-hit KOed by Garchomp. I admit sucker punch on garchomp might kill... But a choice band on Garchomp w/o intimidate means Mawile is OHKOed even with Shucca berry. W/o Intimidate: 257.26% - 302.49%. With intimidate, 172.20% - 202.49%, which gives Garchomp a chance to OHKO even after getting intimidated by Mawile.

Intimidated Salamence Earthquake vs Mawile: 79.25% - 92.95%
With a Shucca Berry or not, Mawile is 2-hit KOed by Salamence.

Intimidated Mawile Ice Fang vs Salamence: 58.31% - 68.58%
Intimidated Mawile Sucker Punch vs Salamence: 17.82% - 20.85%

Salamence always wins.

In addition, both pokemon commonly use a fire move to deal with Skarmory. Both Salamence and Garchomp OHKO Mawile with Fire Blast (for Skarm). Salamence can OHKO with Flamethrower.

So it isn't just "pure physical" dragons, but "pure physical" dragons that would have been walled by the likes of Skarmory anyway.

I like using Arcanine, it's bulky but hits very hard as a CBer, plus it's fairly fast with a priority move and (thank God) flare blitz. And crunch is nice too especially for dusknoir and cresselia.

I wish I could say something cool like special Gyarados or Weavile, but the best I got is my double-status Sneaky Puncher Spiritomb. .-.

I use Articuno on my Pressure + indirect damage team. Works like a charm, laughing off Specsmence Meteors and shuffling stuff. I have Spin support, so the SR weak is OK by me.

Sandstorm, Hail, Toxic Spikes, Spikes, Stealth Rock, abundance of Fire moves for Bronzong/Skarmory ??
