Name of the Pokemon: Wigglytuff
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Choice Band, Hazard Setter, Bulk Up Setup, Assault Vest
Type:

Abilities: Thick Fat / Defiant | Compound Eyes
Stat Distribution: 100 / 120 / 55 / 65 / 80 / 75 | BST: 505
Movepool Additions: Glitter Slap(!), Bulk Up, Stomping Tantrum
Movepool Removals: Knock Off
Custom Elements: Glitter Slap - Gunk Shot Fairy-type clone; 120 BP and 80% accuracy; non-contact; 30% chance to decrease the target's Speed by 1.
Justification: Taking a page from Type Optimization (but not to the crazy level from that Pet Mod) as a horrifying wallbreaker with bad Defense and make it Physical and retain its original Typing, this Wigglytuff will be rough against Cofagrigus and can team up with the latter to deal with other Special Attackers like Meganium and Flygon does to reasonable Special Bulk. It can also setup with Bulk Up or run Defiant to counter Parting Shot. However, it will have troubles against Tapu Bulu who will give it Burn and smash it out with Grassy Terrain Wood Hammer, and Nihilego can survive any of its hit, avoid Stomping Tantrum with Levitate and have Venom Slam to spite it further, while Glitter Slap is NVE against it.

Name of the Pokemon: Camerupt
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Choice Specs, Choice Scarf, Setup Sweeper (Calm Mind), Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock, Spikes)
Type:

Abilities: Solid Rock / Competitive | Berserk
Stat Distribution: 85 / 65 / 80 / 110 / 90 / 70 | BST: 505
Movepool Additions: Earth Combust(!), Scald, Calm Mind, Spikes
Movepool Removals: Flash Cannon
Custom Elements: Earth Combust - Thousand Arrows Special clone; 90 BP and 100% accuracy; inflict neutral hit on Flying-type and Pokémon with Levitate regardless of other type and make them grounded until they switch out.
Justification: Although not able to deal with Nihilego without Earth Combust or Scald (the latter preferably as an Utility-move against Pokémon that resist Fire-type Lava Plume), it can do so with Earth Combust.

252+ SpA Camerupt Thousand Arrows vs. 252 HP / 252 SpD Nihilego: 408-480 (100.4 - 118.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Of course, it do need this move to break Nihilego. That said, it is slow, and even if going crazy with Choice Scarf Eruption, Nihilego or Assault Vest Meganium/Tapu Bulu can put a stop to this. Camerupt can also setup sweep and set Hazards like Stealth Rocks and Spikes. Competitive is a soft counter against Flygon's Mythical Presence and Parting Shot. That said, it have no way to heal itself, and a 4x weakness to Water is really painful, even if using Solid Rock.

Making Meganium's custom move a Dragon-type move sounds fine to me, still trying to come up with a name that sounds dragony and fits Meganium. Was thinking Bronto Blast, or just calling it Petal Blast and make it Dragon-type would be fine. Whichever you like better. And then remove Leaf Blade. Thanks a lot and congrats to all the winners! This is shaping up to be a really cool meta.

Name of the Pokemon: Magnezone
Role(s): Special wallbreaker, Choice Specs user, Offensive pivot, Magnet Pull trapper
Type: Electric / Steel
Abilities: Magnet Pull / Sturdy / Analytic
Stat Distribution: 70 / 50 / 80 / 115 / 70 / 50
Movepool Additions: Flame Burst, Polarity Burst
Movepool Removals: N/A
Custom Elements: Polarity Burst: Special Gear Grind clone.
Justification: Magnezone is similar to it's regular OU self, but with stats more adjusted to the meta and a slightly better movepool options, especially when hitting trapped steel types. Polarity Burst boosts wallbreaking potential by giving it a higher BP STAB option to spam without worrying about ground types. Analytic can also be used (especially since there are no steel types in the meta as of now) in conjunction with Magnezone's low speed, underspeeding everything except Cofragigus in terms of base speed. Magnezone works as an offensive pivot using Volt Switch when it predicts something like Assault Vest Bulu coming in, but can also create amazing synergy with Bulu due to Grassy terrain halving damage of Earthquake. Hopefully this sub is ok, because it beats both current walls but loses to other things.
252 SpA Choice Specs Analytic Magnezone Polarity Burst (2 hits) vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Nihilego: 508-600 (125.4 - 148.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
I don't know if Nihilego would realistically run 0 SpD, but I thought it might want to invest to improve physical bulk. Also I forgot to include natures for both.

252 SpA Choice Specs Analytic Magnezone Gear Grind (2 hits) vs. 248 HP / 56 SpD Assault Vest Tapu Bulu: 108-130 (28.9 - 34.8%) -- approx. 100% chance to 4HKO after Grassy Terrain recovery

252+ SpA Choice Specs Analytic Magnezone Flame Burst vs. 248 HP / 56 SpD Assault Vest Tapu Bulu: 113-133 (30.2 - 35.6%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Grassy Terrain recovery

60+ Atk Tapu Bulu Fire Punch vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Magnezone: 282-332 (100 - 117.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Magnezone can destroy Nihilego, but struggles against AV Bulu.

Name of the Pokemon: Claydol
Role(s): Mixed Wall, Hazard Control, Hazard Setter
Type: Ground / Psychic
Abilities: Levitate / Stamina
Stat Distribution: 65 / 60 / 105 / 70 / 115 / 75
Movepool Additions: Psywave, Shore Up, Teleport
Movepool Removals: N/A
Custom Elements: Teleport: Special, Psychic type, Circle Throw clone
Justification: Claydol is a great mixed wall with the curse of a good movepool but no offensive presence. Luckily it has 2 good defensive abilities and new moves to further encourage a support role. Psywave lets it chip away at enemies without relying on Claydol's bad offensive stats, and the modified Teleport can phase out opponents trying to set up while still doing chip. Claydol can really control the hazards on the field by setting up Stealth Rocks and removing other hazards with Rapid Spin, all while resisting enemy stealth rocks and being immune to both kinds of Spikes when using Levitate. Shore Up improves Claydol's longevity and also encourages sandstorm support (weather setters slate when), possibly forming a good core with Unaware Nihilego. Unfortunately Claydol is almost completely walled by dark types such as Cofragigus even with Cofra's mediocre Special Bulk.

Name of the Pokemon: Buzzwole
Role(s): Set-up sweeper, Bulky wallbreaker, Physical wall, Choice Band user
Type: Bug / Steel
Abilities: Sap Sipper / Bulletproof
Stat Distribution: 92 / 119 / 119 / 53 / 53 / 68
Movepool Additions: Mach Punch, Pin Missile
Movepool Removals: All fighting moves except Hammer Arm, Thunder Punch
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: Buzzwole retains it's general self in that it has a great physical side but a lacking special side. I was originally going to make it have the same BST as Nihilego but it ended up being too strong. Mach Punch helps revenge kill threatening pokemon and make up for Buzzwole's middling speed, and Pin Missile is a more offensive alternative to Leech Life or Lunge if you want to use Band or even Scarf sets. It has 2 good defensive abilities to make it lean towards Bulky wallbreaker as a role, with Sap Sipper providing switch-ins to boost attack and Bulletproof being an option to give immunities,(Bug/Steel doesn't really need a Grass Immunity.) especially to common Special moves like Focus Blast and Shadow Ball. Losing fighting moves doesn't really hurt Buzzwole, but it does have Hammer Arm as a strong coverage option for Band sets. Tapu Bulu might not be the safest switch in to Buzzwole especially with moves like Lunge and Iron head at it's disposal.
4 Atk Buzzwole Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Cofagrigus: 81-96 (23.5 - 27.9%) -- 81% chance to 4HKO
4 Atk Choice Band Buzzwole Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Cofagrigus: 120-142 (34.8 - 41.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Cofagrigus Shadow Ball vs. Bulletproof Buzzwole: 0-0 (0 - 0%)
252+ SpA Cofagrigus Dark Pulse vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Buzzwole: 166-196 (40.6 - 48%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Bulletproof is immune to Shadow Ball. The Dark Pulse calc is done including Rough Skin damage.

Notice: These calcs were done when Buzzwole had 10 higher HP and Atk. Results are slightly different now.

Name of the Pokemon: Metagross
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Choice Band user, Agility Sweeper
Type: Psychic / Steel
Abilities: Clear Body / Iron Fist
Stat Distribution: 80 / 125 / 105 / 65 / 65 / 75
Movepool Additions: N/A
Movepool Removals: Earthquake, Meteor Mash
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: Did someone say discount Mega Metagross? Even if you didn't, here it is. Sky high attack and good physical bulk make Metagross a powerful wallbreaker, especially taking advantage of Choice Band and Iron Fist. Iron Fist is similar to Tough Claws, but doesn't boost the most spammable STAB attacks like Iron Head and Zen Headbutt. It does boost useful moves like Bullet Punch, Hammer arm, and Ice Punch though. A reliance on contact moves and low Special defense make Metagross vulnerable to Cofagrigus. Metagross doesn't want to use it's bad SpA anymore meaning it will have trouble killing certain threats that it's physical coverage can't break.

Pokemon: Liepard
Role(s): Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker, Utility Pivot
Type:

Abilities:
Immunity / Unburden / Prankster
Stat Distribution: 55 / 115 / 60 / 50 / 60 / 110 (BST: 450)
Movepool Additions: Mach Punch, Superpower, Brick Break, Topsy-Turvy
Movepool Removals: Play Rough
Custom Elements:
Justification: Priority spammer, with Fake Out and Mach Punch. It can break through Nihilego, and can easily revenge kill Raichu. It also has some utility options within U-turn, Taunt and Topsy-Turvy (with prankster). I guess you could also do an unburden set with grassy seed.

Pokemon: Landorus
Role(s): Wallbreaker, Stealth Rock Setter, Stallbreaker
Type:

Abilities:
Unnerve / Aerilate
Stat Distribution: 70 / 97 / 90 / 118 / 70 / 70 (BST: 515)
Movepool Additions: Hyper Voice, Taunt
Movepool Removals: Hammer Arm, Outrage, Brick Break, U-turn, Superpower, Focus Blast, Calm Mind, Psychic
Custom Elements:
Justification: Really powerful mixed wallbreaker with a lot of special coverage. It obliterates Meganium and Tapu Bulu and it can work its way against Cofagrigus, but it's hard-countered by Levitate Nihilego. 118 Spa/97 Atk + Aerilate is something you can't really laugh at, but its 70 speed makes it really easy to be revenge killed by raichu or even full SpA Flygon.

Pokemon: Mamoswine
Role(s): Mixed Wall, Hail Setter, OTR (?)
Type:

Abilities: Compact* / Snow Warning / Poison Heal
Stat Distribution: 120 / 85 / 80 / 75 / 90 / 40 (BST: 490)
Movepool Additions: Aurora Veil, Slack Off, Head Smash
Movepool Removals:
Custom Elements: Compact — Heatproof clone for Fighting
Justification: How can you make a rock/ice pokemon with 480 490 base stats viable? Give it 3 OP abilities! With those new tools, Mamoswine can run an big variety of different sets. It can pose Aurora Veil, it can go for a Poiso Healn/Substitute Stall set, and it could also go offensive, maybe even under trick room. Overall a pretty strong pokemon, but yeah, it's still rock/ice.
EDIT: It's back to ground/ice, plus now it can be neutral to fighting type

Pokemon: Flaaffy (Eviolite combatible)
Roles: Mixed Wall, Defensive Pivot, Cleric
Type:

Abilities: Natural Cure / Static / Volt Absorb
Stat Distribution: 100 / 55 / 80 / 70 / 70 / 40 (BST: 395)
Movepool Additions: Dazzling Gleam, Wish, Heal Bell, Earth Power, Moonlight
Movepool Removals:
Custom Elements:
Justification: Electric/Fairy is a typing that I found really interesting for a defensive pivot. It has only two weaknesses and a great number of interesting resistances (and even one immunity!). Unfortunately, in normal play, all fairy/electric mons are either offensive (Koko) or not viable in most metagames (Dedenne). I decided to merge this interesting typing with another underrepresented concept, an eviolite user. And from this union is born Flaaffy! With great supportive movepool with Thunder Wave, Volt Switch and some new things like Wish and Heal Bell, Flaaffy could work as a really potent pivot. Its abilities even furter reinforce this role: Natural Cure adds more value to switching out and Volt Absorb gives it more switch-in opportunities. Flaaffy is still far from invinvible, since it would be pretty much walled by Nihilego, but it would be an interesting addition to the cast.
Just to mention, I inverted its defense and its special defense, so it could tank more from Liepard.

Pokemon: Kyurem
Role(s): Mixed Wall, Hazard Control, Stallbreaker
Type:

Abilities:
Pressure / Unnerve
Stat Distribution: 125/90/90/90/90/95 (580 BST)
Movepool Additions: Body Slam, Coil, Earthquake, Defog, Whirlwind
Movepool Removals: Stone Edge
Justification: Kyurem is a defensive threat to behold, having gargantuan defenses and a typing that helps it beat various Grass, Water, Fire, and Electric types, as well as stallmons with its great boosting move in Coil. However, its typing also gives it weaknesses to common coverage and STABs in Fighting, Fairy, and Ice, and its abilities are quite lackluster.

Pokemon: Malamar
Role(s): Set-up Check, Special Wall
Type:

Abilities:
Suction Cups / Water Absorb / Prankster
Stat Distribution: 106/82/75/69/115/73 (520 BST)
Movepool Additions: Moonlight, Play Rough
Movepool Removals: Destiny Bond, Taunt
Justification: Malamar is a nightmare for non-Dark set-up attackers, threatening to reverse all of their stat changes! It can also threaten Dark-types that try to setup with its Play Rough, though its Attack stat is not very impressive. The fact that Moonlight has only 8 PP hurts it too.

Pokemon: Clefable
Role(s): Wallbreaker, Set-up Sweeper, Special Attacker
Type:

Abilities:
Cute Charm / Flame Body / Magic Guard
Stat Distribution: 95/90/60/115/60/80 (500 BST)
Movepool Additions: Will-o-Wisp
Movepool Removals: Stealth Rock, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Soft-Boiled, Cosmic Power, Stored Power
Justification: Clefable is a threat to stall, thanks to its immunity to Toxic and Stealth Rock and various coverage options. It still has problems against bulky Water and Poison types, however, and its healing options are either fairly unreliable or run out of PP quickly.

Pokemon: Arcanine
Role(s): Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker, Physical Attacker
Type:

Abilities:
Guts / Hyper Cutter / Justified
Stat Distribution: 75/120/85/80/85/95 (540 BST)
Movepool Additions: Thunderbolt, Spark, Superpower, Taunt
Movepool Removals: All Fire-type moves, Morning Sun, Extreme Speed
Justification: Arcanine can damage stall cores greatly due to its benefiting from status, powerful STAB moves, and Taunt. However, its only viable Electric-type physical move damages it greatly, and without any recovery move, it can wear itself out very quickly.

Name of the Pokemon: Pidgeot
Role(s): Wallbreaker (Special), Hazard Control (Defog), Choice Specs User
Type:

Abilities: Keen Eye / Mold Breaker (HA)
Stat Distribution: 75 / 75 / 75 / 110 / 75 / 100 | BST: 510
Movepool Additions: Boomburst
Movepool Removals: N/A
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: Pidgeot is a special wallbreaker with powerful STABs in Hurricane and Boomburst with a great coverage move in Heat Wave for Steel-types. While it can break through Cofagrigus, it is walled by Nihilego and other Rock-types which resist all of these moves.
252 SpA Choice Specs Pidgeot Boomburst vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Nihilego: 131-155 (32.3 - 38.2%) -- 1.7% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Nihilego Power Gem vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Pidgeot: 200-236 (68.7 - 81%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Choice Specs Pidgeot Hurricane vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Cofagrigus: 291-343 (84.8 - 100%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO after Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Cofagrigus Dark Pulse vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Pidgeot: 102-121 (35 - 41.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Name of the Pokemon: Poliwrath
Role(s): Wallbreaker (Physical), Choice Band User
Type:

Abilities: Iron Fist / Rain Dish (HA)
Stat Distribution: 80 / 110 / 85 / 70 / 70 / 95 | BST: 510
Movepool Additions: Drain Punch, Liquidation, Aqua Punch*
Movepool Removals: Bulk Up, Belly Drum
Custom Elements: Aqua Punch* - Water-type Fire Punch with 10% chance to lower opponent's speed
Justification: Poliwrath is a physical wallbreaker with Iron Fist-boosted Drain Punch, Aqua Punch*, and Ice Punch.
252 Atk Choice Band Iron Fist Poliwrath Aqua Punch vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Cofagrigus: 111-132 (32.3 - 38.4%) -- 2.8% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Cofagrigus Shadow Ball vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Poliwrath: 109-129 (36.2 - 42.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Aqua Punch beats specially bulky Nihilego easily, though Nihilego can be invested to survive a hit, and it can hit back with Thunderbolt:
252 Atk Choice Band Iron Fist Poliwrath Aqua Punch vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Nihilego: 326-386 (80.4 - 95.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery
0 SpA Nihilego Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Poliwrath: 128-152 (39.8 - 47.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Name of the Pokemon: Forretress
Role(s): Wall (Physical), Hazard Removal (Rapid Spin), Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes)
Type:

Abilities: Sturdy / Heatproof (HA)
Stat Distribution: 75 / 80 / 130 / 70 / 70 / 50 | BST: 475
Movepool Additions: Recover
Movepool Removals: Volt Switch, Rock Slide, Sand Tomb, Earthquake, Drill Run, Power Trick, Zap Cannon
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: Forretress is a physical wall with Heatproof reducing its 4x weakness to just a 2x weakness. However, it has relatively low special defense.

Name of the Pokemon: Gastrodon
Role(s): Wall (Mixed), Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock)
Type:

Abilities: Water Absorb / Sticky Hold (HA)

Movepool Additions: Stealth Rock
Movepool Removals: Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Sludge, Clear Smog, Curse, Recover
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: Gastrodon is a mixed wall with no reliable recovery and a typing with only one weakness.

Pokemon: Blacephalon
Roles: Specs Wallbreaker, Calm Mind Sweeper, Swords Dance Sweeper, Choice Scarf
Type:

Abilities: Flame Body / Ice Body | Dazzling (HA)
Stats: 60 / 90 / 80 / 112 / 53 / 95 ( 490 BST)
Movepool Additions: Swords Dance, Flare Blitz, Fire Punch, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Freeze Dry, Ice Shard, Ice Punch, Scald, Thunder Punch,
Movepool Removals: Mind Blown, Taunt, Trick, Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Psychic, Psyshock, Dark Pulse, Knock Off, Payback, Fling,
Justification: A medium speed glass cannon that can run both Special and Physical sets. It gets a superb STAB combo with Water coverage ( and Freeze Dry ) on the special side and Thunder Punch on the physical side. Setup Z-move sets can be hard to wall but will have a harder time setting up if Stealth Rock is on the field. Choice Specs and Scarf sets will also be powerful, and can dismantle a team if they are allowed to come in repeatedly without Stealth Rock around.

Pokemon: Onix ( no eviolite )
Roles: Band Wallbreaker, Double Dance, Cutsap Lead
Type:

Abilities:
Sturdy / Rock Head | Sand Force (HA)
Stats: 45 / 115 / 160 / 45 / 45 / 75 (465 BST)
Movepool Additions: Coil, Aqua Tail, Taunt, Crunch, Ice Fang, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Wild Charge
Justification: Wallbreaker that uses good coverage to break down defensive pokemon. It can choose from Water/Ice/Dark/Fire/Electric to target cerain walls, but it lacks the sheer power to 2HKO Cofagrigus. Choice Band works as a wallbreaking pivot, while Coil can dismantle slow teams once any fast special attackers are dealt with. Double Dance with Rock Polish has the potential to improve its matchup vs. offense, but you will likely not find time to use both moves for the same sweep.

Pokemon: Milotic
Roles: Special Wall, Mixed Wall, Defogger, Assault Vest,
Type:

Abilities: Water Absorb | Water Veil (HA)
Base Stats: 80 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 140 / 60 ( 515 BST)
Movepool Additions: Defog, Healing Wish, Psychic, Psyshock, Zen Headbutt, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast
Movepool Removals: Recover, Coil
Uses: Bulky Water type with titanic special bulk but no reliable recovery. It has the ability to Defog against Nihilego, but is heavily threatened by Raichu and the Grass-types of the tier. It can potentially run an Assault Vest set with a decent special movepool as well as Dragon Tail. It patches up weaknesses of Nihilego on the special side, resisting Water and Psychic and dealing offensively with Ground-types, while Nihilego can take Toxic and chip damage aimed at Milotic.

Pokemon: Registeel
Roles: Physical Wall, Stealth Rock
Type:

Abilities: Heavy Metal / Clear Body | Unshakeable (HA)
Base Stats: 100 / 75 / 100 / 75 / 75 / 50 ( 475 BST) weight: 550 kg
Movepool Additions: Recover, Heavy Slam
Custom Elements: Unshakeable - Reduces damage from Ground-type moves by 50% ( Heatproof clone )
Uses: Steel type physical wall with reliable recovery, good support in Stealth Rock and Thunder Wave, and nice STAB move in Heavy Slam. It can keep its rocks up against the likes of Nihilego and Flygon pretty easily. It helps to deal with status and physical Fairy-type moves aimed at Cofagrigus, while Cofagrigus can take on Fighting types for Registeel. Unshakeable is there because I think most physical attackers will be sporting some kind of anti-Steel coverage and Cofagrigus doesn't appreciate strong Earthquakes very much, as they don't activate its abilities.

Pokemon: Cloyster
Roles: Special Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker, Choice Specs, Choice Scarf, Suicide Lead, Physical Wall, Hazard Setter, Hazard Removal
Type:

Abilities:
Shell Armor / Intimidate | Contrary (HA)
Stats: 45 / 50 / 180 / 75 / 55 / 80 (485 BST)
Movepool Additions: Vicious Mockery, Dark Pulse, Knock Off, Taunt
Movepool Removals: Shell Smash, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Frost Breath
Custom Elements: Vicious Mockery: A Dark-type Clanging Scales clone that lowers SpA
Justification: While appearing initially to be quite weak, Vicious Mockery alongside Contrary allows Cloyster to slowly but surely boost its lackluster Special Attack while additionally firing off a powerful STAB attack. In addition to this Cloyster has access to STAB Hydro Pump which tremendously pressures even Unaware Nihilego, therefore making it a competent Stallbreaker by utilizing Taunt and Vicious Mockery in order to shut down walls and boost through them. Contrary also prevents Flygon from switching in, as its Mythical Presence boosts Cloyster and risks it getting hit by a +1 Icy Wind. Hazard and Spin access grant it additional utility and the option to run a suicide lead set while 45/180 physical bulk alongside intimidate makes a defensive spin set plausible. However, very low special bulk alongside only ok speed makes it difficult for Cloyster to switch into any special attacker not named Cofagrigus and allows it to be easily revenge killed by Raichu and Flygon unless Scarf.

Movepool Additions: Shadow Sneak, Rock Slide, Psychic Fangs, Icicle Crash, Focus Blast, Psyshock, Power Gem, Vacuum Wave, Memento
Movepool Removals: None
Justification: While an initital typing of mono-Ice leaves it struggling to switch in and leaves it vulnerable to all hazard damage, a strong ability in Protean and an ok speed tier against bulkier teams allows it to pick and choose what it wants to beat. Additionally, access to various priority options gives it presence against offensive pokemon and Spikes nets momentum on switches. Extremely strong attacker with huge downsides.

252 Atk Expert Belt Protean Glalie Psychic Fangs vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Nihilego: 410-485 (101.2 - 119.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Expert Belt Protean Glalie Psychic Fangs vs. 248 HP / 240+ Def Nihilego: 281-331 (69.3 - 81.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Expert Belt Protean Glalie Psyshock vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Nihilego: 317-374 (78.2 - 92.3%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Nihilego Power Gem vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Glalie: 210-248 (74.7 - 88.2%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
(Bops non-invested Nihilego, beats physical bulk Nihilego on the switch)

76 SpA Expert Belt Protean Glalie Vacuum Wave vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Raichu: 130-154 (51.7 - 61.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (Possible lure set but otherwise ass)

252 Atk Expert Belt Glalie Icicle Crash vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Flygon: 360-425 (96.2 - 113.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Expert Belt Glalie Ice Shard vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Flygon: 168-202 (44.9 - 54%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
4 SpA Flygon Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Glalie: 196-232 (69.7 - 82.5%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
4 SpA Flygon Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Glalie: 144-169 (51.2 - 60.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
(Flygon cannot switch into Glalie, Glalie cannot switch into Flygon)

252 Atk Expert Belt Protean Glalie Rock Slide vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Tapu Bulu: 233-276 (62.4 - 73.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Grassy Terrain recovery
80+ Atk Tapu Bulu Fire Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Glalie: 228-270 (81.1 - 96%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock and Grassy Terrain recovery
(Bulu cannot switch in 100% of the time, but beats it otherwise)

252 Atk Expert Belt Glalie Icicle Crash vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Thick Fat Meganium: 221-264 (60.2 - 71.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
8 SpA Meganium Dragon Move (Moonblast) vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Glalie: 120-142 (42.7 - 50.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
(If running Icicle Crash Meganium cannot switch in, otherwise Meganium wins)

Basically these calcs show that, outside of Cofagrigus, Glalie can beat any mon with the right move choice. However, 4MSS!

Pokemon: Swalot
Roles: Mixed Wall, Special Wall
Type:

Abilities:
Sticky Hold / Cheek Pouch | Dry Skin (HA)
Stats: 175 / 40 / 65 / 80 / 65 / 50 (475 BST)
Movepool Additions: Recycle, Dark Pulse, Snarl
Movepool Removals: None
Justification: A truly versatile defensive pokemon that can fill in any voids left in a defensive core. Overlap with Nihilego as a Poison-type, you say? Nonsense! In fact, Levitate Nihilego+ Dry Skin Swalot can be a potential core, sharing no weaknesses and covering each other for Psychic+Fire and Ground+Water type weaknesses, respectively. Sticky Hold ensures Leftovers remains while Cheek Pouch+Sitrus Recycle allows for big recovery (and Belch lol). Dry Skin adds even more immunities to the mix at the cost of a psuedo-weakness.

Mixed Wall (Swalot) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Cheek Pouch
Calm Nature
EVs: 104 HP / 152 Def / 16 SpA / 236 SpD
- Sludge Bomb / Belch
- Dark Pulse
- Recycle
- Toxic / Yawn

This Swalot set blanket checks a wide swath of the current meta while still be susceptible to very strong hits (Banded Bulu's Flare Blitz) and Knock Off (rip recovery).

This set's EVs seems pretty damn wonky at first look, but the EVs have a purpose. 104 HP + 152 Defense means LO Raichu's Wild Charge cannot 2HKO after rocks. 16 Special Attack is basically a dump stat. 104 HP + 236 Special Defense alongside a Calm nature means that Specs Flygon cannot 2HKO with Moonblast after rocks (Draco Meteor is stalled out due to the ~58% recovery from Cheek Pouch Sitrus).
252 SpA Choice Specs Flygon Moonblast vs. 104 HP / 236+ SpD Swalot: 192-226 (37.1 - 43.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Choice Specs Flygon Draco Meteor over 2 turns vs. 104 HP / 236+ SpD Swalot: 350-414 (67.6 - 80%) -- not a KO
(Flygon can't do anything but U-turn out)

252 Atk Life Orb Raichu Wild Charge vs. 104 HP / 152 Def Swalot: 191-226 (36.9 - 43.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Life Orb Raichu Thunderbolt vs. 104 HP / 236+ SpD Swalot: 153-181 (29.5 - 35%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock
+1 252 Atk Raichu Wild Charge vs. 104 HP / 152 Def Swalot: 220-259 (42.5 - 50%) -- 92.6% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock
(Solidly checks both physical and special LO pivot Raichu, checks Z-Celebrate as long as the Berry triggers after Stealth Rock damage or no rocks are on the field)

Pokemon: Carracosta
Roles: Physical Wall, Mixed Wall, Hazard Setter, Priority, Weather Setter (Sand), Shell Smash Sweeper
Type:

Abilities:
Sturdy / Solid Rock | Sand Stream (HA)
Stats: 74 / 98 / 123 / 83 / 85 / 22 (485 BST)
Movepool Additions: Bullet Punch, Slack Off
Movepool Removals: Earth Power, Earthquake
Justification: What's a pokemon metagame without bulky Steels? This strong Steel/Water type occupies several niches while also serving as a potent general wall. Firstly, it has access to fairly strong STAB priority, important to chip threats such as Raichu. Secondly, it can set up Sandstorm if it chooses to forgo Solid Rock, dealing chip damage and supporting teammates. Thirdly, it can abuse its bulk to use Shell Smash and aim for a surprise sweep by virtue of an... ok speed tier at +2 (outspeeds base 93 and below if +Spe, base 80 and below if not) and access to dual STAB priorities. In general, however, it acts as a grade A wall with great natural physical bulk and passable special bulk if invested. Scald and Knock Off alongside Stealth Rock further solidifies the utility of this ancient turtle.

Pokemon: Guzzlord
Roles: Physical Wallbreaker
Type:

Abilities: Gluttony
Base Stats: 150 / 100 / 50 / 75 / 50 / 75 (500 BST)
Movepool Additions: Belly Drum
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements: None
Uses: Guzzlord is a physical wallbreaker that utilizes Belly Drum to boost its passable Attack stat to insane levels. It can use Gluttony and a healing berry alongside Belly Drum to mitigate the HP loss. It can break past both walls, but Cofagrigus is able to OHKO Guzzlord with Foul Play after the Belly Drum and it is also easily revenge killed by both offensive pivots.

Pokemon: Charizard
Roles: Special Wallbreaker, Defogger
Type:

Abilities: Blaze / Flame Body (HA)
Base Stats: 90 / 70 / 70 / 130 / 90 / 90 (540 BST)
Movepool Additions: None
Movepool Removals: Earthquake, Bulldoze, Dig, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Belly Drum
Custom Elements: None
Uses: Charizard is a scary special wallbreaker with a high 130 Special Attack and a good offensive typing. It can boost up with Work Up to become even stronger and break through almost anything. Charizard is really strong, but it isn't broken; it gets completely walled by Nihilego and it is 4x weak to Stealth Rock.

Pokemon: Vespiquen
Roles: Mixed Wall, Defensive Pivot, Defogger, Physical Attacker
Type:

Abilities: Pressure / Queenly Majesty / Honey Gather (HA)
Base Stats: 120 / 80 / 75 / 80 / 75 / 70 (500 BST)
Movepool Additions: Pollen Puff, Deadly Stinger*
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements: Deadly Stinger |
|
| 200 Power | 100% Accuracy | 8 PP | 100% chance to paralyze the target. The user faints after using this move. (Self-Destruct clone with added secondary effect)
Uses: Vespiquen is a pretty bulky wall with reliable recovery and some useful resistances to Ground, Grass and Fighting. It can support the team by Defogging Stealth Rock and providing a slow U-turn. When Vespiquen isn't useful anymore it can fire off a powerful nuke in Deadly Stinger that either kills or at least heavily cripples the foe.

Pokemon: Sudowoodo
Roles: Physical Wall, Physical Attacker, Hazard Setter, Suicide Lead, Choice Band Attacker
Type:

Abilities: Solid Rock / Rock Head / Harvest (HA)
Base Stats: 85 / 100 / 135 / 30 / 85 / 30 (465 BST)
Movepool Additions: Seed Bomb, Leech Seed, Ingrain, Rebuild*
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements: Rebuild |
|
| --- Power | --- Accuracy | 16 PP | Heals the user by 25% of its max HP and raises the user's Defense by 1. (Recover clone with added secondary effect and less recovery)
Uses: Sudowoodo is a physically bulky wall that finally has the correct typing. It is capable of walling many physical attackers thanks to its good bulk and a superb recovery move that makes it more bulky while restoring HP. It can set up Stealth Rock, cripple the foe with Leech Seed or attack with Head Smash and Wood Hammer (should be paired with Rock Head to not suffer recoil damage).

Weight:

Movepool Additions: Gyro Ball, Dragon Hammer, Dragon Tail, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Shore Up, Pursuit
Movepool Removals: Rock Blast, Smack Down
Custom Elements: none
Justification: With a not-explored-yet type combo, a very strong one, it can function as many roles as setup sweeper, hazard setter, TR sweeper, tank. I gave it some strong STABs to give it have some offensive presence and versatility, but it can also use its two other abilities, of which Sturdy may be useful for a hazard setter set and Heavy Metal for a set with Heavy Slam (warning: any Low Kick can OHKO it).

Movepool Removals: Poison Sting, Poison Tail, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Venom Drench, Venoshock, Toxic Spikes, Bite, Crunch, Flatter, Hone Claws, Pursuit, Quash, Sucker Punch, Thief, Throat Chop
Custom Elements: none
Justification: 2 immunities for a strong Cleric with some very useful utility moves, such as Stealth Rock, Spikes and Moonlight. It also has Calm Mind to take advantage of its strong STABs, Moonblast and Earth Power, a combo that very few typing combination totally resists, such as Steel/Poison/Fire-Flying or Steel/Poison/Fire types with Levitate.

Custom Elements: *Brutal Hammer (Dark-type | Physical | 130 BP | 90% Accuracy | Lowers user’s Attack by 2. )
Justification: Somehow similar to Colossoil in CAP, this strong monster can setup and become bulky and dangerous. It also has Sucker Punch’s conditional priority and strong STABs, such as Earthquake and its new Dark-type physical copy of Draco Meteor.

Name of the Pokemon: Delphox

Name of the Pokemon: Crobat
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Offensive Defog (?)
Type: Poison/Flying
Abilities: Inner Focus / Infiltrator
Stat Distribution: 85/100/80/70/80/110 (BST: 515)
Movepool Additions: None
Movepool Removals: Nasty Plot, Super Fang
Custom Elements: None
Justification: So this is a Physical Wallbreaker that loses to both Nihilego and Cofagrigus, and gets revenge killed easily by Raichu, but beats Tapu Bulu, Flygon, Meganium. It needs a Choice Band to 2HKO Nihilego, and that's if it's not running any HP or Defense investment, and it'll likely be running both. I made sure to remove Nasty Plot, Taunt, and Super Fang so it doesn't have any potential roles as a stallbreaker or Special Sweeper that lures in Cofag, and I removed Zen Headbutt and Natural Gift to prevent it from breaking past Nihilego or Cofagrigus with an existing coverage move. Its physical coverage options are kind of week, so I see it only running Brave Bird and Cross Poison for attacking moves, and maybe Defog and Toxic for when it doesn't expect to do anything else, or Sleep Talk to absorb sleep or something.

Name of the Pokemon: Duosion (Not Eviolite Compatible)
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker, Trick Room Cleaner, Calm Mind Sweeper, Trick Room Setter (?)
Type: Psychic
Abilities: Magic Guard / Regenerator
Stat Distribution: 105/40/80/135/90/30 (BST: 470)
Movepool Additions: Focus Blast
Movepool Removals: Acid Armor, Iron Defense
Custom Elements: None
Justification: Duosion's got a lot of interesting tools as a wallbreaker, like Calm Mind, Trick Room, and Recover, which allows it to become a solid defensive wallbreaker. It also can't run Choice Specs, Leftovers, or anything similar thanks to Klutz, leaving its only item option to be a Z-Crystal or something that the opponent doesn't want to be Tricked, if a Trick user becomes prominent. But, most Trick users wouldn't want Trick to fail and them to be locked into it, so a Z-Crystal is probably best, even if you already have another Z-Move user, for more options. It gets 100% hard walled by Cofagrigus, and a bad use of a Z-Move leaves it walled by Meganium, but it sets up on Nihilego quite easily and can check Flygon nicely in a pinch. I got rid of Acid Armor and Iron Defense so it doesn't end up running a Sigilyph-esque set that aims to boost as much as possible and then sweep, since that kinda deviates from its role, and I got rid of Trick so you can't trick Assault Vest onto stuff that normally counters you and cripple most of its counters.

EDIT: Will probably change them more later, unless these are 100% perfectly fine as is now.

imo you nerfed both of these too much and made them quite useless. I mean this Duosion is even worse than the regular Duosion (which is unviable even in PU). And how is the Crobat supposed to wallbreak when it doesn't have any boosting moves, Taunt or at least some decent coverage attacks? I know you've adjusted these to beat approximately half of the current meta, but they get heavily countered by several Pokemon which makes their wallbreaking potential almost nonexistent. Wallbreakers should definitely have checks, but not absolute counters that just stop them from breaking any walls. Also both of these will become even worse when Steel type Pokemon are added. I'd suggest you buff them to make them actually viable.

Pokemon: Mawile
Roles: Physical Wall, Hazard Setter, Trick Room Attacker
Type:

Abilities:
Intimidate, Hyper Cutter | Sheer Force
Stats: 70 / 85 / 115 / 55 / 75 / 50 | 450 (+20 HP, +30 Def, +20 SpD)
Movepool Additions: Soft-Boiled
Movepool Removals: none
Justification: Mawile forms a solid defensive core with Meganium because they resists each other weaknesses, but fits also well with Cofagrigus resisting its only weakness to Fairy and also with Levitate Nihilego which resists Mawile's weaknesses. Mawile can take on non-Earth Power Flygon, Nihilego, Physical Raichu (though it doesn't like Volt-Switch) and Defensive Meganium, where as Tapu Bulu and Offensive Meganium forces out. Offensive Mawile is also an option for Trick Room because it's super slow and hit pretty hard with Sheer Force however it has to give up Intimidate (and bulk as well) and struggles to break through Fire and Steel-types like Tapu Bulu and other Mawile. Defensive Mawile brings utility thanks to Stealth Rock and Knock Off. It has access to reliable recovery in Softboiled which helps it to stay healthy through the game.
Defensive
Mawile @ Leftovers / Rocky Helmet
Bold Nature
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
- Soft-Boiled
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic / Knock Off
- Seismic Toss / Knock Off

Offensive

Pokemon: Togedemaru
Roles: Physical Wall, Special Wall, Hazard Setter, Hazard Remover, Defensive Pivot, Choice Scarf
Type:

Abilities:
Volt Absorb / Iron Barbs | Sturdy
Stats: 90 / 98 / 88 / 40 / 88 / 96 | 500 (+25 HP / +25 Def / +15 SpD)
Movepool Additions: Recover, Spikes, Rapid Spin
Movepool Removals: Endeavor (so no FEAR)
Justification: Togedemaru has access to a lot of moves which makes it very versatile. Togedemaru resists BoltBeam (it's immune to Electric thanks to Volt Absorb) which makes the best counter to physical-Raichu (plz nerf special Raichu) since the best way for Raichu to deal damage to Togedemaru is Brick Break. Togedemaru also walls non-Eq Meganium, non-Earth Power Flygon and non Hidden Power Ground Nihilego. Togedemaru has a very strong defensive typing which can easily be taken advantages by Ground-type and Fire-type. Togedemaru has a lot of way to support its team thanks to its access to Spikes, Rapid Spin, Nuzzle and Wish. It can pivot thanks to U-Turn and has a decent offensive presence. It can easily hold a Choice Scarf making it a decent Revenge Killer/Pivot.

- Zing Zap

Choice Scarf
Togedemaru @ Choice Scarf
Adamant Nature
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
- Zing Zap
- Iron Head
- U-Turn
- Rapid Spin

Pokemon: Noctowl
Roles: Choice Specs, Choice Scarf, Nasty Plot
Type:

Abilities:
Insomnia / Keen Eye | Tinted Lens
Stats: 90 / 50 / 65 / 106 / 86 / 75 | 472 (-10 HP, +15 Def / +20 SpA / -10 SpD / +5 Spe)
Movepool Additions: Calm Mind, U-Turn, Nasty Plot
Movepool Removals: Agility
Justification: Noctowl can easily breaks through the majority of the wall thanks to Tinted Lens which makes its STAB combination unresisted. With Choice Specs or Nasty Plot, Noctwol can pressurize more defensive team where as Choice Scarf is a pain to deal with for offense. Noctwol can break through Nihilego thanks to its Psychic STAB. However Noctowl has two big problem: its vulnerability to Pursuit which paired with its Rock-weakness make it dangerous to click its Psychic STAB. Its second flaw is its law speed of 75 which make it outspeed by the majority of the offfensive Pokémon.
Choice Attacker
Togedemaru @ Choice Specs / Choice Scarf
Timid Nature
Ability: Tinted Lens
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Hurricane

Nasty Plot
Noctowl @ Flyinium-Z / Metronome
Timid Nature
Ability: Tinted Lens
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Nasty Plot
- Hurricane / Air Slash
- Psychic / Psyshock
- Roost

Pokemon: Keldeo
Roles: Choice Band, Swords Dance, Choice Scarf
Type:

Abilities:

Stats: 80 / 102 / 80 / 60 / 80 / 98 | 510 (-11 HP, +30 Atk, -10 Def, -69 SpA, -10 SpD, -10 Spe)
Movepool Additions: none
Movepool Removals: Close Combat, Swords Dance, Stone Edge
Justification: Keldeo can run 3 different sets which are all strong. Taunt can break through defensive core but either lacks power or longevity. Choice Band weakens opposing team and Choice Scarf can revenge kill many Pokémon, however they're both exploitable as Keldeo hasn't access to pivot move such as U-Turn. It also a solid counter in Flygon.
All Out Attacker
Keldeo @ Waterium-Z / Life Orb
Jolly Nature
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
- Liquidation
- Superpower / Sacred Sword
- Aqua Jet
- Taunt

Pokemon: Ledian
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker
Type:

Abilities:
Swarm / Huge Power
Stat Distribution: 45 / 65 / 50 / 50 / 80 / 110 (BST: 400)
Movepool Additions: Drain Punch, Close Combat, Fire Punch, Sword Dance, Lunge, Leech Life
Movepool Removals:
Custom Elements:
Justification: WIP
I think 65 attack + pure power is still too much:
252 Atk Choice Band Huge Power Ledian Leech Life vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Cofagrigus: 142-168 (41.3 - 48.9%) -- 14.8% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
Remember that existing pure/huge power users have attack stats around 50, I'd aim for an attack stat that struggles with cofag unless at +2. Also, nerf the HP a bit more and/or maybe reduce the speed a bit to hurt its offense matchup.

Pokemon: Kyurem
Role(s): Mixed Wall, Hazard Control, Stallbreaker
Type:

Abilities:
Pressure / Unnerve
Stat Distribution: 125/90/90/90/90/95 (580 BST)
Movepool Additions: Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Coil, Earthquake, Defog
Movepool Removals: Ice Beam, Stone Edge
Justification: Kyurem is a defensive threat to behold, having gargantuan defenses and a typing that helps it beat various Grass, Water, Fire, and Electric types, as well as stallmons with its Poison-typing and great boosting move in Coil. However, its typing also gives it weaknesses to common coverage and STABs in Ground, Psychic, and Ice, and its abilities are quite lackluster.
Seems interesting and Nihilego walls it pretty much any way you look at it, but perhaps a re-type could be done? A poison-type mixed wall can already be achieved with Nihilego and a secondary dragon-type doesn't really differentiate it from Nihilego much in terms of resistances. As weird as it sounds Dragon/Ice could still be viable here, as titanic 125/90/90 bulk allows it to reasonably check Tapu Bulu and Raichu.

Pokemon: Malamar
Role(s): Set-up Check, Special Wall
Type:

Abilities:
Suction Cups / Water Absorb / Prankster
Stat Distribution: 106/82/75/69/115/73 (520 BST)
Movepool Additions: Moonlight, Play Rough, Parting Shot
Movepool Removals: Destiny Bond, Taunt
Justification: Malamar is a nightmare for non-Dark set-up attackers, threatening to reverse all of their stat changes! It can also threaten Dark-types that try to setup with its Play Rough, though its Attack stat is not very impressive. The fact that Moonlight has only 8 PP hurts it too.
Priority Parting Shot offers too much utility and skews it towards being a pivot over a wall, otherwise ok

Pokemon: Clefable
Role(s): Wallbreaker, Set-up Sweeper, Special Attacker
Type:

Abilities:
Cute Charm / Flame Body / Magic Guard
Stat Distribution: 95/70/93/115/90/60
Movepool Additions: Will-o-Wisp
Movepool Removals: Stealth Rock, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Soft-Boiled
Justification: Clefable is a threat to stall, thanks to its immunity to Toxic and Stealth Rock and various coverage options. It still has problems against bulky Water and Poison types, however, and its healing options are either fairly unreliable or run out of PP quickly.
I'm very hesitant on the concept of a somewhat buffed Clefable... OU Clef is bulky with 95/73/90 bulk and yes, while you lose Softboiled you still have semi-reliable moonlight or wish. Good bulk+power alongside great STAB combo and magic guard that can act as anything from a brutal stallbreaker to a wall to that one dumb Cosmic Power+Stored Power set (which beats Nihilego) set makes this seem just too versatile and strong for the current meta.

252 Atk Life Orb Raichu Volt Tackle vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 165-196 (41.8 - 49.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
That's about the strongest unboosted hit this meta has at the moment and it doesn't 2HKO.

Pokemon: Arcanine
Role(s): Wallbreaker, Physical Attacker
Type:

Looks neat, remember to list it as a Stallbreaker tho (due to Taunt)

Name of the Pokemon: Buzzwole
Role(s): Set-up sweeper, Bulky wallbreaker, Physical wall, Choice Band user
Type: Bug / Steel
Abilities: Sap Sipper / Bulletproof
Stat Distribution: 102 / 129 / 129 / 53 / 63 / 63
Movepool Additions: First Impression, Pin Missile
Movepool Removals: All fighting moves except Hammer Arm, Thunder Punch
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: Buzzwole retains it's general self in that it has a great physical side but a lacking special side. I was originally going to make it have the same BST as Nihilego but it ended up being too strong. First Impression helps force switches and deal chip damage to the enemy, and Pin Missile is a more offensive alternative to Leech Life or Lunge if you want to use Band or even Scarf sets.

STAB First Impression off of 129 attack is not chip damage at all- it OHKOes Raichu (which is fine tbh) but deals huge amounts of damage to most other threats (about 35%-75% on a range of other pokemon). Basically, it just seems a bit overwhelming and not exactly fitting to the role of a wallbreaker (moreso a strong anti-offense mon). Maybe Bullet Punch/Mach Punch instead? Grants it priority option that still bops Raichu without being absurdly powerful otherwise. Also consider lowering the special bulk down to 53 to make it weaker there, as a specially invested mixed wall seems possible as it stands.

Name of the Pokemon: Poliwrath
Role(s): Wallbreaker (Physical), Weather Setter (Rain)
Type:

Abilities: Iron Fist / Drizzle (HA)
Stat Distribution: 80 / 110 / 85 / 70 / 70 / 95 | BST: 510
Movepool Additions: Drain Punch, Liquidation, Aqua Punch*
Movepool Removals: Bulk Up, Belly Drum
Custom Elements: Aqua Punch* - Water-type Fire Punch with 10% chance to lower opponent's speed
Justification: Poliwrath is a physical wallbreaker with Iron Fist-boosted Drain Punch, Aqua Punch*, and Ice Punch. Breaks through Nihilego but weaker against physical walls.
Drizzle is an incredibly powerful ability and would undoubtedly overshadow Iron Fist and by extension Aqua Punch. Why have both of your semi-weak STABs be boosted by 1.2x when you can have any move of your primary STAB boosted by 1.5x?
252 Atk Choice Band Poliwrath Waterfall vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Cofagrigus in Rain: 150-177 (43.7 - 51.6%) -- 64.5% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery (Cofag is about as bulky as physical walls get as it stands- Drizzle makes this frog much too strong)

Name of the Pokemon: Forretress
Role(s): Wall (Physical), Hazard Removal (Rapid Spin), Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes)
Type:

Abilities: Sturdy / Heatproof (HA)
Stat Distribution: 75 / 80 / 130 / 70 / 70 / 50 | BST: 475
Movepool Additions: Recover
Movepool Removals: Volt Switch, Rock Slide, Sand Tomb, Earthquake, Drill Run, Power Trick, Zap Cannon
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: Forretress is a physical wall with Heatproof reducing its 4x weakness to just a 2x weakness. However, it has low special defense.
iirc Heatproof turns his 4x fire weakness into a 2x, so he still does have weaknesses. Otherwise looks fun, seems a lot physical wall submissions tend to aim towards blanket checking with very few weaknesses. Also HAZARDS

Name of the Pokemon: Gastrodon
Role(s): Wall (Mixed), Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock)
Type:

Abilities: Water Absorb / Sticky Hold (HA)
Stat Distribution: 111 / 73 / 82 / 82 / 88 / 39 | BST: 475
Movepool Additions: Stealth Rock
Movepool Removals: Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Sludge, Clear Smog, Curse, Recover
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: Gastrodon is a mixed wall with no reliable recovery and a typing with only one weakness.
I like this slug, kind of reminds me of base Swampert with less offensive presence but better defensive abilities.

Pokemon: Charizard
Roles: Special Wallbreaker, Defogger
Type:

Abilities: Blaze / Flame Body (HA)
Base Stats: 100 / 80 / 80 / 140 / 100 / 100 (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: None
Movepool Removals: Earthquake, Bulldoze, Dig, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Belly Drum
Custom Elements: None
Uses: Charizard is a scary special wallbreaker with a high 140 Special Attack and a good offensive typing. It can boost up with Work Up to become even stronger and break through almost anything. Charizard is really strong, but it isn't broken; it gets completely walled by Nihilego and it is 4x weak to Stealth Rock.
I think you overstate how weak Fire/Flying is defensively- outside of an extreme Stealth Rock weakness (which, with our removal options, isn't terribly hard to mitigate) Fire/Flying is a pretty solid defensive typing in this meta. For reference, it naturally checks Cofagrigus, (no boosting item) Flygon, Meganium, and Bulu, some of these even if Stealth Rock is up and without any defensive investment. Sure, it hard loses to Nihilego, but nothing else really handles this menace. Even Z-Sunny Day and Z-Celebrate sets prevent the rat from revenge killing him! Also the arbitrarily high BST seems a bit out of place. Basically just heavily reduce the stats here.

Pokemon: Vespiquen
Roles: Mixed Wall, Defogger, Physical Attacker

|
By virtue of U-turn this is also a defensive pivot.

Pokemon: Sudowoodo
Roles: Physical Wall, Physical Attacker, Hazard Setter, Suicide Lead
Type:

Abilities: Solid Rock / Rock Head / Harvest (HA)
Base Stats: 75 / 100 / 135 / 30 / 85 / 30 (455 BST)
Movepool Additions: Seed Bomb, Leech Seed, Ingrain, Rebuild*
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements: Rebuild |
|
| --- Power | --- Accuracy | 16 PP | Heals the user by 50% of its max HP and raises the user's Defense by 1. (Recover clone with added secondary effect)
Rebuild allows Sudowoodo to beat any physical attacker that doesn't pack taunt and can't immediately KO or grievously damage it. From pet mod experience with "recover+x effect" moves I can say that they're almost always annoying and lowkey broken. Otherwise seems fine, make sure to list CB as a role due to Rock Head Head Smash

(WIP)

Name of the Pokemon: Crobat
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Offensive Defog (?)
Type: Poison/Flying
Abilities: Inner Focus / Infiltrator
Stat Distribution: 85/100/80/70/80/110 (BST: 515)
Movepool Additions: None
Movepool Removals: Nasty Plot, Taunt, Super Fang, Zen Headbutt, Natural Gift

Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Trick Room Cleaner, Calm Mind Sweeper, Trick Room Setter (?)
Type: Psychic
Abilities: Klutz
Stat Distribution: 75/40/70/125/90/30 (BST: 430)
Movepool Additions: Focus Blast
Movepool Removals: Thunder, Acid Armor, Iron Defense, Trick
What Jucherz said, these submissions are quite underpowered (which is unusual for me to say, lol).

That wraps up comment set #1, in addition to this I will be adding a sample sets post after the OP so check them out for calcing purposes. Additionally, including calcs in your submission is a good way to illustrate how it fits into the meta.

Fixed both of these. Lowered all Charizard's stats by 10 and Rebuild now recovers only 25% max HP.

Ledian is probably going down in my next update, I have found more interesting ideas.

Comment time, hooray
Seems interesting and Nihilego walls it pretty much any way you look at it, but perhaps a re-type could be done? A poison-type mixed wall can already be achieved with Nihilego and a secondary dragon-type doesn't really differentiate it from Nihilego much in terms of resistances. As weird as it sounds Dragon/Ice could still be viable here, as titanic 125/90/90 bulk allows it to reasonably check Tapu Bulu and Raichu.

Priority Parting Shot offers too much utility and skews it towards being a pivot over a wall, otherwise ok

That's about the strongest unboosted hit this meta has at the moment and it doesn't 2HKO.

Looks neat, remember to list it as a Stallbreaker tho (due to Taunt)
These have all been fixed:
I made Kyurem a Normal-type because Normal/Dragon sounds like an interesting defensive typing, and fixed the justification and moves accordingly.

Parting Shot has been removed from Malamar.

Clefable's defenses have been greatly nerfed, and Attack and Speed has been buffed in order to encourage a more offensive use of it. Cosmic Power and Stored Power have been removed from its moveset too.

Arcanine's roles have been updated.

On a separate note, is there an index of all of the mons in the meta? I see the role compendium but it doesn't show any information other than that. I think it would be helpful for everyone if one of the reserved posts included that.

There's a spreadsheet in the OP.

A few announcements:

First, I'm happy to announce that Brodaha is joining the council! He's been very active in thread and generally been an engaged and helpful presence.

Secondly, I have created a VR (nothing is ranked yet obv) and sample sets for each pokemon! Click on their names on the VR to see what we have so far (Z-Sunny Day Bulu is my favorite heat set)

Thirdly, I am removing Volt Tackle and Icicle Spear from Raichu's movepool. Volt Tackle alongside Magic Guard was a no downsides 120 BP STAB attack that hit most of the meta for heavy damage and made an offensive pivot nigh-unwallable. Icicle Spear was removed for more consistency when checking a physical Raichu. Nasty Plot is on my radar but currently not seen as a problem, as Nihilego (especially Unaware) checks Nasty Plot sets nicely.

Name of the Pokemon: Metagross
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Choice Band user
Type: Psychic / Steel
Abilities: Clear Body / Iron Fist
Stat Distribution: 80 / 125 / 105 / 65 / 65 / 75
Movepool Additions: N/A
Movepool Removals: Earthquake
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: Did someone say discount Mega Metagross? Even if you didn't, here it is. Sky high attack and good physical bulk make Metagross a powerful wallbreaker, especially taking advantage of Choice Band and Iron Fist. Iron Fist is similar to Tough Claws, but doesn't boost the most spammable STAB attacks like Meteor Mash and Zen Headbutt.

Quick Comments-
Finished my last sub, any thoughts?
Strong priority = Sad Raichu which is a good thing, make sure to list it as an agility sweeper though. Balanced as far as I can tell

Pokemon: Blacephalon
Roles: Specs Wallbreaker, Swords Dance Wallbreaker
Type:

Abilities: Dazzling / Clear Body | Iron Fist (HA)
Stats: 65 / 95 / 80 / 115 / 60 / 95 (510 BST)
Movepool Additions: Swords Dance, Flare Blitz, Fire Punch, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Freeze Dry, Ice Shard, Ice Punch, Icicle Crash, Surf, Scald, Thunder Punch,
Movepool Removals: Mind Blown, Taunt, Trick, Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Psychic, Psyshock, Dark Pulse, Knock Off, Payback, Fling,
Justification: A medium speed glass cannon that can run both Special and Physical sets. It gets a superb STAB combo with Water coverage ( and Freeze Dry ) on the special side and Thunder Punch on the physical side. Physical sets have a bit of 4MSS and a difficult ability choice to make, while Specs sets should be happy with Fire Blast / Ice Beam / Freeze Dry / Surf.
Depending on what walls win this will either be unbearable or perfectly balanced. Also make sure to list it as a scarf Wallbreaker, and Calm Mind sweeper as +Z-Surf can punch through non-unaware Nihilego pretty reliably (especially if Modest).

Pokemon: Onix ( no eviolite )
Roles: Band Wallbreaker, Double Dance, Cutsap Lead
Type:

Abilities:
Sturdy / Rock Head | Sand Force (HA)
Stats: 45 / 110 / 160 / 45 / 45 / 75 (460 BST)
While I don't think Eviolite would even be preferable on most sets I understand why you kept it incompatible. Cool stuff otherwise.

Pokemon: Noctowl
Roles: Choice Specs, Choice Scarf, Nasty Plot
Type:

Abilities:
Insomnia / Keen Eye | Tinted Lens
Stats: 100 / 50 / 65 / 106 / 96 / 75 | 492 (+15 Def / +20 SpA / +5 Spe)
Movepool Additions: Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, U-Turn
- Hurricane
- Psychic / Psyshock
- U-Turn
- Heat Wave / Defog

Nasty Plot
Noctowl @ Flyinium-Z / Metronome
Timid Nature
Ability: Volt Absorb
Ability: Tinted Lens
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Nasty Plot
- Hurricane / Air Slash
- Psychic / Psyshock
- Roost / Heat Wave
Nasty Plot sets off a few bells, especially with an unresisted+powerful STAB in hurricane which 2HKOs Nihilego (your best bet atm as a "counter"). Additionally, 75 base speed outspeeds most of the defensive pivots and forces Nihilego to creep a good bit in order to outspeed. Nasty Plot being removed it what I think is necessary here for balance so stuff like Flygon and (kind of) Nihilego can at least try to check it.

Pokemon: Keldeo
Roles: Choice Band, Swords Dance, Choice Scarf
Type:

Abilities:
Justified | Adaptability
Stats: 80 / 112 / 80 / 60 / 80 / 108 | 530 (-11 HP, +40 Atk, -10 Def, -69 SpA, -10 SpD)
Movepool Additions: none
Movepool Removals: none
Justification: Keldeo can run 3 different sets which are all strong. Swords Dance can break through defensive core but needs one turn to set-up. Choice Band weakens opposing team and Choice Scarf can revenge kill many Pokémon, however they're both exploitable as Keldeo hasn't access to pivot move such as U-Turn.
Swords Dance
Keldeo @ Waterium-Z
Jolly Nature
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
- Close Combat
- Liquidation
- Aqua Jet / Taunt
- Swords Dance

Choice Attacker
Keldeo @ Choice Scarf / Choice Band
Jolly Nature
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
- Close Combat
- Liquidation
- Aqua Jet / Sacred Sword
- Stone Edge / Sacred Sword
While Adapability Liquidation isn't too powerful without boosts Adaptability-boosted Close Combat is stupidly powerful on anything not named Cofagrigus:
252 Atk Life Orb Adaptability Keldeo Close Combat vs. 248 HP / 0+ Def Tapu Bulu: 250-294 (67 - 78.8%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock and Grassy Terrain recovery (oof)
252 Atk Life Orb Adaptability Keldeo Close Combat vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Meganium: 226-268 (61.5 - 73%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock (against a water-check...)

+2 252 Atk Adaptability Keldeo Liquidation vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Cofagrigus: 190-224 (55.3 - 65.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock (And it beats Cofag if it can lure with a Lum Berry of chip it down beforehand)

I'd advocate removing Adaptability, Justified already punishes some Cofagrigus well enough.

I wanted Noctowl to be like Hoopa-Unbound. A strong wallbreaker safe without switch-in but which is slow for offensive Pokémon. Offense won't let Noctowl switch for free since most unresisted hit do about half to Noctowl without factoring its SR weakness. Stall can adapt to it by running a strong Pursuit user (we don't have one now but I'm sure there will be a trapper slate) just like Weavile/Tyranitar/Gothitelle stall in ORAS or Dugtrio in ORAS and SM. Also Flygon already checks Nasty Plot so I don't understand your point:
Versus offensive Flygon:
252 SpA Life Orb Flygon Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Noctowl: 246-290 (72.1 - 85%) -- 75% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock (outspeed and kills after SR) So to keep NP Noctowl on check with Flygon you just need to keep SR which is what every offense does by applying offensive pressure.
Choice Specs: -1 252 SpA Choice Specs Noctowl Hurricane vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Flygon: 208-246 (66.8 - 79%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
Flygon dies after prior damages such as LO recoil or Spikes.
Choice Scarf: -1 252 SpA Noctowl Hurricane vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Flygon: 139-165 (44.6 - 53%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
Flygon is outspeed and can't reliably come on Flygon (also Hurricane has less than 1/2 chance to land twice...)
Nasty Plot: -1 252 SpA Noctowl Hurricane vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Flygon: 139-165 (44.6 - 53%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock.
-1 252 SpA Noctowl Supersonic Skystrike (185 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Flygon: 234-276 (75.2 - 88.7%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock.
So Offensive Flygon can switch for free on Hurricane or Psyshock to roost until Hurricane misses or Noctowl clicks Nasty Plot. The only thing Flygon fears is Z-Hurricane on switch-in if has taken prior damages. So yeah offensive Flygon is a better check to NP varriant than to Choice variant.

Versus defensive Flygon:
0 SpA Flygon Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Noctowl: 111-132 (32.5 - 38.7%) -- 8.2% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock
Choice Specs: -1 252 SpA Choice Specs Noctowl Hurricane vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Flygon: 205-243 (54.9 - 65.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
Specs Noctowl loses 1V1 against Defensive Flygon.
Choice Scarf: -1 252 SpA Noctowl Hurricane vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Flygon: 138-163 (36.9 - 43.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
Flygon is a safe switch-in to scarf Noctowl and can Roost stall (except in case of confusion which has less chance to occure than Hurricane misses).
Nasty Plot: +1 252 SpA Noctowl Hurricane vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Flygon: 309-364 (82.8 - 97.5%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
Nasty Plot breaks through Flygon but it has to be Roost.

Also Nasty Plot Noctowl breaks through Nihilego just like the other sets. But Noctowl always has to be careful for Nihilego coverage:
0 Atk Nihilego Rock Slide vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Noctowl: 198-234 (58 - 68.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
0 SpA Nihilego Power Gem vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Noctowl: 164-194 (48 - 56.8%) -- 85.5% chance to 2HKO

So instead of getting rid of Nasty Plot I choose to nerf Noctowl's bulk to 90/65/86 which means that offensive Flygon always OHKO after SR or other chip damages and that it can't come for free on Defensive Flygon.
0 SpA Flygon Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Noctowl: 121-144 (37.6 - 44.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Life Orb Flygon Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Noctowl: 270-320 (84.1 - 99.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

Quick Comments-
While Adapability Liquidation isn't too powerful without boosts Adaptability-boosted Close Combat is stupidly powerful on anything not named Cofagrigus:

Okay so instead of getting rid of Adaptability I choose to get rid of Close Combat and Swords Dance, and nerf its attack and speed to 102 and 98. So now it doesn't always beat Cofagrigus, Meganium and Flygon:
For Choice Band who needs to click the right move:
252 Atk Choice Band Adaptability Keldeo Liquidation vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Cofagrigus: 134-158 (39 - 46%) -- 17.2% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Adaptability Keldeo Liquidation vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Cofagrigus: 90-108 (26.2 - 31.4%) -- 31.9% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Choice Band Adaptability Keldeo Superpower over 2 turns vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Meganium: 356-420 (97 - 114.4%) -- 18.8% chance to 2HKO
252 Atk Choice Band Adaptability Keldeo Superpower over 2 turns vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Flygon: 288-340 (77.2 - 91.1%) -- not a KO
252 Atk Choice Band Adaptability Keldeo Superpower over 2 turns vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Flygon: 288-340 (77.2 - 91.1%) -- 75% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

For LO:
252 Atk Life Orb Adaptability Keldeo Liquidation vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Cofagrigus: 117-140 (34.1 - 40.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Life Orb Keldeo Liquidation vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Cofagrigus: 87-105 (25.3 - 30.6%) -- 8.5% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Life Orb Adaptability Keldeo Superpower over 2 turns vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Meganium: 356-421 (97 - 114.7%) -- 18.8% chance to 2HKO
252 Atk Life Orb Adaptability Keldeo Superpower over 2 turns vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Flygon: 289-340 (92.9 - 109.3%) -- 43.8% chance to 2HKO
252 Atk Life Orb Adaptability Keldeo Superpower over 2 turns vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Flygon: 289-340 (77.4 - 91.1%) -- not a KO

My Keldeo looks maybe strong right now because because there is only Flygon that resists both its STAB but I can see a lot of them becoming available in next slates (Flying-Grass, Flying-Water, Flying-Dragon, Poison-Grass, Poison-Water, Poison-Dragon, Ghost-Grass, Ghost-Water, Ghost-Dragon, Psychic-Grass, Psychic-Water, Psychic-Dragon, Fairy-Water, Fairy-Grass and Fairy-Dragon).
