What would you guys suggest for a battle tower Latios moveset? I'm thinking...

Latios @ Leftovers
Modest (cant change)
252 Satk / 252 Spd / 4 hp (dont want to change)
-Recover
-Dragon pulse
-Grass knot
-Thunderbolt

Any other sets that could work better? and also what item? It's tempting to go with Life Orb but that kills His bulkyness...
 
why is night slash + an elemental punch illegal?

On whom?

Generally speaking, it's because Night Slash was only implemented this gen, whereas the Elemental Punches could only be taught to a Pokemon on Hoenn. If the Poke learns Night Slash by level, then it's fine, but if they only learn it by egg move (e.g Blaziken, Slaking), then it's impossible.

That's part of Bronzong's Analysis page. Here is the EV spread:

252 HP / 152 Atk / 8 Def / 98 SpD

for the Supporter starter.

Mine has the Relaxed nature; just so I get this straight before I get to work, Relxaed is + Defense, so I go with that spread, correct? Less Defense EVs, and more Sp. Defense?
 
You just need to have your animated avatar fitting the format and size restrictions and in the right fileformat and it lets you.
Siz is the main problem though >.<

what's the definition of hax?

i see it used for describing items like quick claw and bright powder(?) and as well as things like critical hits. is that a noobish question? but i don't understand it fully.

Works okay for me though in conjunction with metagross and sporepunch breloom.
 
What happens if you use the wrong power training item for the pokés being battled? For example, i've just spent a few hours fighting against Ghastly's for SpAtk, then realised I was wearing the power anklet. Am I gaining 1 speed EV per gastly or just the normal 1 SpAtk?

You've been getting 4 Speed and 1 Sp.Atk per Gastly. Double these numbers if Pokerus in involvd.
 
What do base stats actually mean? A pokemon's stats at lvl 50 or a certain lvl? Or just a reference point so comparisons can be made easier?

EDIT: Opps i didnt see that a similar question was posted just 1 page earlier so i no longer need a reply.
 
Need a quick answer please I'm hunting for Ditto's on Emerald and I wanted to know from what level range they are on(so I can level up my sync'r and use max repel to get rid of all those annoying Loudred and Whismur)
 
If you have a pokemon who has been taunted, but is asleep, will turns it is asleep count as turns for the taunt? In other words, can tanut wear off while a pokemon is asleep?
