Well to get started, you should go here: https://www.smogon.com/forums/forums/om-analyses.476/
Once you have the page open, you click the text "Thread Title" near the top of the page and type in the pokemon you're looking to analyze followed by [WIP]. In your case, the thread title would be Lopunny-Mega [WIP]. Make sure you assign it the 1v1 prefix, and then post the thread with whatever filler text in the main body of the post that you want.
Once you've done that much, you can start editing the post with information regarding the analysis.

Silvally-Dark ZU
As per this post and AG Arceus-Ground being in GP, I would like to reserve ZU Dusclops
I've heard LGPE Aerodactyl has been dropped. Can I go ahead and reserve it? I'll write it over the weekend.
Reserving Bouffalant for ZU
could I do registeel for BH? :D
Reserving Servine and Mawhile for ZU? If only one, can I just have Servine?
You may only have one because you are not a ZU QC member nor are you a badged user, but you are more than welcome to do Servine. Have fun!
Reserving cosmoem for BH
Cosmoem is unviable and as such will not be getting an analysis unless you have extremely strong reasoning as to why it should. I would suggest reserving something else.
