i have another question >.< (sry)
If i was battling someone and he switched in dugtrio the same turn i switched in someone else, but he got the switch 1st would my poke get trapped due to arena trap or would i get the switch?

Thanks again

Asking this for the third time: Does worry seed last the whole battle or just until the opponent switches? It doesn't say which way anywhere on the site.

Either can work. It depends on what you want. You could use it to beat the crap out of a Metal Sounding Magnezone.

SR is generally used for support for the whole team though.

What's a good nature, item, and moveset for a Shiny Magneton?

Lol. lol lol. lol lol lol lol LOL!!!!

No, I'm not laughing at you. It's just that I'm in this situation as well, only mine is for shiny magnezone.

HOWEVER, shiny Magneton is my favorite shiny. Ever.

Well, I'd go with either Modest or Jolly. I think Jolly's the right one. Whichever one that lowers attack, if you plan not to use Explosion.

Thunderbolt
HP but Hidden Powers are usually useless on shinies /Flash Cannon / Tri Attack
Magnet Rise
Substitute/T-Wave.

Magnet Rise is a useful move, and Magneton's speed just might make some real good use of it. But you could use Substitute and Thunder Wave besides it. And the Reflect/Light Screen.

Sometimes you can get decent Hidden Powers on shinies. My Electrode has a HP Water 55. It sucks but can surprise people and is useful in-game. Magnet Rise to evade Earthquake, then nail with super-effective HP Water.
This can be used for Flash cannon, but I'm considering using Tri-Attack on my Magnezone instead at first to see how it works out.

Flash cannon is STAB though, is pretty powerful, not the best but it can score Super-Effective hits on the likes of Rock types.

As for item, I have no idea. Several come to mind. Life Orb, Scarf/Band to Thunderbolt away with even more power (that's all it can do anyway but it does a damn good job of it IMO). There's others, but they're just not as useful.

Maybe someone else can help elaborate, but you hopefully got an idea on my part.

BTW, one of my Magnemites (the one I'm raising) has a Hardy nature, which doesn't raise anything. BUT! It has a perfect 31 in speed and a 27 in Sp. Attack. The rest of them weren't so great.

One of my newest, best shinies is a Lickitung. It's so awesome. Speed last: 28/28/30/forgot/forgot/29.

It was something like that. It won't be Gyro Ball-ing, but those stats are very impressive for something that's from the wild, huh? ^_^

Playing with shinies IS possible, and I want to prove that! Wahaha!

Thanks and I always wanted one ever since I saw it used on the TV show by that one guy with a Dragonite that Ash battled in the I think the Johto League.

Is there a way to influence gender while breeding? I just read X-Act's breeding guide... Maybe I just missed it.

40 male Totodiles later and it's starting to get a little boring.

What are some good Sp walls available for Sandstorm teams?

@Venom-The attack is just boostd. There's no attack cut when the poke has guts
