That's actually broken af against hazard stacking teams. Got 2 layers of Toxic Spikes, 3 layers of Spikes, and SR on the field? Boom. Court Change. Have fun!

Are we sure effects here mean hazards? It could just as much mean safeguard, screens, or lucky chant.

This also made me notice that Flame Charge is discontinued as a TM, which is pretty annoying because it could have been really useful on Reshiram this gen.
flapple's moveset is so garbage considering it's physically oriented. But hey, it gets heavy slam (despite being one of the lightest weights in the dex)
Do we know how Teravolt and Turboblaze interact with neutralizing gas? Shadow Shiel, Full Metal Body, and Prisim Armor as well?
Based on other known moves like legendary signatures not being on the list, this list doesn't include moves learned by special means like tutors.
Kyurem also learns Freeze-Dry now.
In addition to the stuff already posted:
- Necrozma gets Dragon Dance
- Hydreigon gets Nasty Plot
- Polteageist gets Shell Smash (too bad it's on the slower and frailer side because its special attack is kind of insane)
- Toxtricity gets Shift Gear (what?)

Double Team has lost its TM status too. I guess Tapu Bulu not learning it in Gen 7 was leading up to something.
The Eternabeam (This is Eternatus’s most powerful attack in its original form. The user can’t move on the next turn.) looks like another Prismatic Laser.
Interesting that Iron Defense seems to be Sirfetch'd's evolution move and that Meteor Assault is only learned at 70. That's quite late. And Slam at 50?

I'd like to point out that not only does Mew learn every TM in the game, it also learns ever TR, as well. It also gets Life Dew as a level-up move.
