Rapidash-Galar [Optimized]
Abilities: Pastel Veil (Includes immunity to poison attacks) / Misty Surge HA: Psychic Surge
Stats: 85 HP / 80 Atk / 70 Def / 100 SpA / 80 SpD / 105 Spe BST 520 -
Added Moves: Moon Blast, Moonlight, Earth Power
Summary of Changes: +20 HP, swapped Attack stats
Giving this thing access to both type appropriate Surges gives Rapidash a strong niche. It doesn't outclass Indeedee though since Rapidash still has medicore stats all around and Indeedee is immune to ghosts and can potentially cleric in a pinch. Rapidash still has no stats that truly stand out. 105 speed isnt the demon that it was once upon a time. That said, all of Rapidash's abilities are fantastic in some way shape or form and the access to various terrains gives it a great niche. It doesn't outclass Weezing since while Weez may have Misty Surge and use it poorly, it does so because its movepool filled with its Poison and burn spread potential does not lend well to a terrain that blocks status especially when float based immunity means Ground/Dragon immunity. Speaking of Weezing...

Boltund [Optimized]
Abilities: Strong Jaw | Scrappy (HA)
Stats: 89 / 110 / 60 / 110 / 60 / 121 | BST: 550
Added Moves: Hyper Fang, Mystical Fire, Aura Sphere, Nasty Plot
Summary of Changes: +20 Atk, +20 SpA, +20 HP
Overview: More power and coverage, basically. Strong Jaw Hyper Fang is its strongest attack now, while special sets can abuse Scrappy Hyper Voice and Nasty Plot.
Eldegoss [Optimized]
Abilities: Cotton Down / Regenerator | Fluffy
Stats: 90 / 50 / 90 / 100 / 120 / 60 (510 BST)
Added Moves: Mystical Fire, Sludge Bomb
Summary of Changes: +30 HP, +20 SpA
Overview: Super simple- Basically turned this into Tangrowth- Fire coverage eliminates its main passivity issue while Sludge Bomb gives stuff like Clefable a second thought switching in. Still kind of shitty spinner (what are you doing to Dragapult lol), but at least it's now a decent defensive pivot.
Greedent [Optimized]
Abilities: Cheek Pouch / Ripen | Sticky Hold
Stats: 160 / 105 / 105 / 55 / 75 / 20 (520 BST)
Added Moves: Recycle, U-Turn
Summary of Changes: +40 HP, +10 Atk, +10 Def
Overview: Greedent is a very straightforward change: Give it Recycle, and it becomes leagues better. The rest of the changes center around berry usage (Ripen having massive Stuff Cheeks potential and Sticky Hold, uh, making sure you never lose your berry so you can still recycle?). Stats are just to bring ut up to par with OU and make it a truly chunky fella.
Next Slate is a free for all! Optimize any four Pokémon in the Galar Dex you desire. They must be at least C rank or below in the OU viability rankings.
Dark/Ground
Thievul [Optimized]
Abilities: Unburden/Sheer Force (Stakeout)
Stats: 90/58/78/107/92/95 (520) +20 HP/Def/SpAtk, +5 Speed
Added Moves: Earth Power, Drill Run, Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb, Energy Ball
Overview: As the rival to Boltund, its types are quite his opposite being Fairy vs Dark and Ground vs Electric, creating a semi evening out ying yang. Thievul, regardless of ability, is best focused on its Special Attack stat mixed with its good STAB with either Psychic, Poison, Ice or Grass coverage with Nasty Plot to get the boost up. All abilities are good for different purposes as all of Thievul's main moves are boosted by Sheer Force. Simultaneously, Unburden is an excellent choice to patch up a 95 speed stat which isn't what it once was, and Stakeout is Stakeout, the perfect Ability to use if you switch in on something that might just be choice locked into one of Thiev's immunities.
Noticed, I replaced Mr. Rime with Goodra. Thanks for letting me know.I made a spreadsheet listing all of the currently existing Mons so far, to help give an idea of what is lacking in the meta.

Also Samtendo09 Mr Rime already got optimized.
This makes no flavor sense.Abilities: Lightningrod (Water Absorb)
Glaceon is also very slow with a disadvantageous typing, while Leafeon is in a similar boat in that it lacks coverage. At least Jolteon can use its very high speed with Choice Specs.Shit even Glaceon at least has a Stab combo of Blizzard/Freeze Dry that hits a ton of stuff hard and Leafeon can probably find use on Sun maybe?
Quiver Dance makes no flavor sense, as I’ve said a few times already when you tried to give it to Aurorus and I believe Noivern. It’s given to winged bugs (particularly moths and butterflies), not to a dog.New Moves: Focus Blast, Earth Power, Quiver Dance
Frosmoth has no coverage against Steel or Fire types, nor does it have an attack-boosting ability.Hell Frosmoth has an amazing ability to help it get In on Special attackers, QD and some coverage options although it kinda needs boots.
How a Grass-type activates harsh sunlight is a mystery to me.Ability: Drought (Chlorophyll)
This looks ridiculously bulky especially with Regenerator, and with Octolock it basically invalidates stall (or at least forces use of Shed Shell or something).
Grapploct [Octimized]
Abilities: Regenerator (Technician)
Stats: 110 / 110 / 120 / 70 / 110 / 40 [565]
Added Moves: Aqua Jet, Mach Punch, Avalanche, Storm Throw, Aerial Ace, Bulldoze
Secondary effect boosts come before ability boosts, so Technician would not boost any of these moves if they’re boosted. If it were so, we would see much higher use of Technician in AAA with stuff like Pursuit and Acrobatics.which can make surprising use of moves like Payback, Revenge and Avalanche due to their increase in power (Which happens after the technician boost)
A Regenerator set doesn’t have room for coverage moves anyway - it would probably use something like Octolock, Substitute / Protect, Liquidation, Drain Punch / Taunt / Protect. This gives it the optimal matchup against walls, preventing Grapploct from being statused and burning turns for Octolock to lower defenses. STAB is fine by itself if the opponent’s bulk is lowered enough, and the wall’s not going to do much anyway.the Regenerator one lacks any truly strong moves and relies on Octolock to get through defensive foes
