Pet Mod Clean Slate 2

Name of the Pokemon: Dottler
Role: Trapping
Type: Bug/Psychic
Abilities: Compound Eyes/Dauntless Shield/Heat Proof
Stat Distribution: 50/10/130/35/130/10
Movepool Additions: Toxic/Trick Room/Curse
Movepool Removals: None
Justification: A Dottler holding an eviolite is a super defensive Pokemon with Dauntless Shield which can easily set trap with its Infestation, Struggle Bug, Toxic and Sticky Web. Recover will restore its health again and with Heat Proof it will have only a few weakness. With Compound Eyes, its Accuracy will be better even if Defog like moves are used but it is super weak to poison, dark and flying types.
Looks like a stall mon mostly.

Hi
1581039284060.png

Pokemon: Glaceon
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker / Setup Sweeper / Weather Abuser (Hail)
Typing: Ice / Ground
Abilities: Slush Rush / Refrigerate
Stats: 65 / 50 / 110 / 135 / 95 / 80
Movepool Additions: Earth Power, Calm Mind and Disable
Movepool Remove: N / A
Justification: Ice / Ground is perhaps the best offensive typing of the pet mods metagame (and in general in most metagames), because it can act as a nice offensive check of Lax, both Weezing Galar and Beautifly, it is very efficient in hail teams, because If you have Slush Rush, double your speed and 160 speed is an incredible speed in this meta game, unfortunately, it has 5 weaknesses and all are very common, so it defensively is bad

1581039231127.png

Pokemon: Sylveon
Role(s): Anti Setup Sweeper (in stalls) / Cleric Support / Mixed Wall / Win Condition
Type: Fairy / Normal
Abilities: Unaware / Triage
Stats: 120 / 60 / 75 / 110 / 130 / 60
Movepool Additions: Defog
Movepool Remove: Moonblast and Hyper Voice
Justification: Unaware is a great ability against setup sweepers like Hatterene or Glaceon, it also has the good thing of not being passive, CM + Draining Kiss is quite interesting, so you can at least defend against Taunt, but it has the problem of 4MSS, it has Defog, Mystical Fire, Heal Bell, Draining Kiss and Wish, but it is very difficult to decide your set, Draining Kiss and Wish are mandatory, but in the last slots you have Defog / Mystical Fire / Heal Bell / Calm Mind / Psyshock, so It is quite difficult to decide, it has to adapt to your stall, however, it is an excellent wincon and it is a great anti setup sweeper

1581043645424.png
Pokemon: Morpeko
Role(s): Lead / Rapid Spinner
Typing: Electric / Dark
Ability: Prankster
Stats: 70 / 98 / 70 / 55 / 70 / 107
Movepool Additions: Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock and Sticky Web
Movepool Remove: N / A
Justification: It's a pretty good lead, learn all the pitfalls and it's not passive, Aura Wheel hits decently well, it works in Hyper Offense teams like Lead quite well, it can be a quick sppiner, it has the same problem as Sylveon, the 4MSS, but in Morpeko It is not so much the problem, it only depends on the team, however the ability if it is a problem, has weakness to Mach Punch, which is not pleasant for Morpeko, however, it fulfills its role well.

1581043703441.png

Pokemon: Rapidash Galar
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker / Setup Sweeper
Typing: Psychic / Fairy
Abilities: Magic Bounce / Sheer Force
Stats: 75 / 120 / 70 / 55 / 70 / 115
Movepool Additions: Magic Horn and Photon Geyser
Movepool Remove: Play Rough
Custom Element:
Magic Horn: 100 power, 100% accuracy, Physical Category and Fairy Type
Its side effect is to cure 25% of HP
Justification: It is a great sweeper, has 120 attack and 115 speed, Sheer Force is really good, Magic Horn gets a lot of power and has swords dance, 240 attack is ridiculous, in HO Screens it can work, however, it depends a lot on the screens to endure really well.

Well, I hope you like it

Pokemon: Grookey
Role(s): Slow Killer / Setup Sweeper
Typing: Grass/Rock
Abilities: Leeching Stick (See Custom Elements)
Stats: 130 / 50 / 80 / 50 / 80 / 65
Movepool Additions: Spore, Stealth Rock, Reflect, Light Screen
Movepool Remove: N/A
Custom Element:

Leeching Stick makes Leech Seed to remain in battlefield until this Pokemon faints or switches
Justification:
With spore, it first make the opponent asleep, then with the help of Leeching Stick it took its HP each turn. Setting traps with Stealth Rock and then with Reflect and Light Screen it reduces the power of moves used and can easily slow kill the opponent. Having Leftovers or Eviolite as held item, it can get so much. Other moves inc. Fake out, Taunt and Knock off that can be helpful. Neither fire nor water is a big problem to it.

drifblim.gif

The Big Pecks Meme lives on
Pokemon: Drifblim
Role(s): Set Up Sweeper, Status Spreader, Unburden Terrain Sweeper
Type:
Ghost.png
Flying.png

Abilities: Unburden / Rebound | Big Pecks
Stats: 100 HP / 108 Atk / 85 Def / 108 SpA / 75 SpD / 110 Spe [586 BST]
Movepool Additions: Knock Off, Swords Dance, Shadow Sneak, Hurricane, Shadow Claw, Encore
Justification: With all of the Ground types frequenting the metagamem Drifblim floats in to mess around with near half of the meta! Swords Dance sets utilizing Weezing's Misty Terrain can clean up weakened teams, and Calm Mind can be a clutch stallbreaker that messes up almost every wall in the meta. Its big drawbacks include, 1) SD sets struggle to break past most physical walls in the metagame, while Calm Mind fares better, it usually does not take advantage of Unburden.
This is an archetype abuser, not an enabler.

kingdra.gif

Name of the Pokemon:Kingdra
Roles:Paraspam
Type:Dragon/Water
Abilities:Sheer Force,Sap Sipper,Mirror Armor
Stat Distribution:110/50/110/155/145/70/640
Movepool Additions:Thunder Wave,Fire Blast,Flamethrower,Slack Off,Focus Blast And Calm Mind
Movepool Removals:All move that were in SM but got removed in SS
Justification:WIP
Can't imagine this thing running Thunder Wave frequently

ninjask.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Ninjask
Roles: Sticky Web, Offensive Pivot, Priority
Type:
Bug.png
/
Dark.png

Abilities: Hyper Cutter / Limber / Mold Breaker
Stats: 83 / 123 / 67 / 55 / 67 / 165 (560 BST)
Movepool Additions: Sticky Web, Knock Off,
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance
Justification: Ninjask is an extremely speedy Sticky Web setter that can aid wallbreakers like Gumshoos, Seismitoad, and Stonjourner that boasts a nifty ability in Mold Breaker that ignores abilities that would hinder it, such as Magic Bounce. It also boasts a useful pivoting tool in U-turn once the hazard is set into one of its teammates, and Knock Off to cripple bulky walls. However, its defenses and attack are low, meaning it is at the mercy of priority attackers and physical walls (even though Knock can cripple them). It also is completely stopped by Weezing, as it resists its STABs and can hit it back with a SE Moonblast.
lapras-gigantamax.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Lapras-Gmax
Roles: Weather (Hail), Aurora Veil, Utility, Special Wall?
Type:
Water.png
/
Ice.png

Abilities: Hydration / Snow Cloak / Snow Warning
Stats: 130 / 52 / 80 / 110 / 102 / 76 (550 BST)
Movepool Additions: Aurora Veil, Haze, Scald
Movepool Removals: Thunderbolt, Thunder
Justification: A specially bulky hail setter that counters Cherrim due to Solar Beam being a pathetic attack, that can also set Aurora Veil for sweepers such as Stonjourner. Haze allows it to get rid of opposing players boosts so Lapras's teammates can have an easier time defeating them. It can also dissuade physical attackers with Scald, and can beat Seismitoad with a 4x effective Freeze-Dry. Perish Song + Whirlpool could also be used as a gimmick, but Aurora Veil should be its main purpose. However, its defense is considerably lower than its Sp. Def. leaving it open to attackers like Stonjourner, Gumshoos and Snorlax-Gmax. Its speed is also low for Ubers, meaning it may not be able to set Aurora Veil against faster foes like Zacian. Lastly, its poor defensive typing leaves it weak to SR, as well as Cherrim if it switches in after it.
drapion.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Drapion
Roles: Status Spammer (Glare), Hazards, Physical Wallbreaker, Priority, Setup Stopper
Type:
Poison.png
/
Dark.png

Abilities: Keen Eye / Pressure / Merciless
Stats: 99 / 135 / 90 / 74 / 88 / 109 (595 BST)
Movepool Additions: Glare, Sucker Punch
Movepool Removals: Earthquake, Stomping Tantrum, Fire Fang, Swords Dance, Hone Claws, Taunt
Custom Elements: Venoshock: now a physical move
Justification: A pokemon that can fulfill multiple roles in one, being able to spread paralysis, poison, stop setup and deal tons of damage all at once! Glare can allow it to cripple a fast foe and switch into a teammate. Merciless makes its attacks turn from not quite powerful enough into strong critical hits. Venoshock, in particular, becomes an extremely explosive attack, reaching a massive 292.5 BP! Sucker Punch also allows it to have a form of priority against faster pokemon. If attacking is not your strong suit, it can also go the utility route with Whirlwind to prevent setup from pokes like Stonjourner. While this may seem unstoppable, its defenses and speed are quite low for an Ubers attacker, and in order to become powerful, it needs to have a layer of Toxic Spikes set up, leaving it vulnerable to Rapid Spinners and Defoggers. It also can't do anything to Walrein or other Steel-types, due to it being immune to poison and having enough defense to shrug off its Dark STAB and not having coverage for it. But watch out for this thing, because you may find your team 6-0'd at the drop of a hat if you don't have any checks for it.
mimikyu.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Mimikyu
Roles: Stall (Sorry Leonard!), Physical Wall
Type:
Ghost.png
/
Dark.png
(Darkspam FTW!)
Abilities: Klutz / Unaware
Stats: 90 / 90 / 110 / 62 / 71 / 62 (485 BST)
Movepool Additions: Recover, Spectral Thief, Knock Off, Foul Play, Parting Shot, Topsy-Turvy
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance, Play Rough
Justification: The ultimate bane of set-up sweepers. A great defensive typing being immune to foes like Dubwool and Zacian locked into Close Combat, and amazing ability, multiple utility moves designed to screw over set-up sweepers, the ability to cripple them, plus reliable recovery to boot! It can easily take care of powerful foes like Stonjourner, Zacian, and Gumshoos, as well as being able to 1v1 Orbeetle with its STABs. Its flaws include a lack of useful resistances, weak special defense that leaves it open to Cherrim and Flare Boost Seismitoad, and low speed leaving it vulnerable to Taunt. Still, no set-up sweeper will ever want to stay when this enters!
Drapion: Idk about Venoshock being physical- Doesn't that dissuade you from spamming glare?
Mimikyu: I feel like this thing is 2HKOed by unboosted threats, it could use some more bulk.

latias.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Latias
Role(s): Dual Screens, Support, Setup Sweeper
Type: View attachment 220784View attachment 220786
Abilities: Multiscale, Trace
Stat Distribution: 80/50/110/110/130/125 (605 BST)
Movepool Additions: Teleport
Movepool Removals: Shadow Ball, Roost, Recover, Toxic
Justification: Latias can be a great dual screens setter with a great support movepool like Healing Wish, Defog, Thunder Wave, and Wish. Lack of Roost or Recover means it is forced to use Wish for recovery, giving it heavy 4MSS. Also, it has a great defensive and offensive typing, meaning that it can function as a decent Calm Mind sweeper, however it is vulnerable to Stonjourner, along with other physical attackers due to its weak physical bulk.
Screens:
Latias (F) @ Light Clay
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Reflect
- Light Screen

- Psychic / Draco Meteor

CM
Latias (F) @ Leftovers

carracosta.gif

name of the Pokemon: Carracosta
Roles: Weather (sand), Hazard Setter, Mixed Wall
Type: View attachment 220791View attachment 220790
Abilities: Sand Stream, Solid Rock, Sturdy
Stat Distribution: 100/100/140/90/70/50 (550 BST)
Movepool Additions: U-turn, Shore Up
Movepool Removals: Shell Smash
Justification: Carracosta acts as a great sand setter and support pokemon with a good movepool, with access to knock off, Stealth Rock, and Toxic. Because of good physical bulk, the sand multiplier to sdef, and shore up healing more, it can also act as a decent mixed wall (but it doesn’t really wall anything yet).
Sand Setter/Utility:
Carracosta @ Smooth Rock/Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn
- Shore Up
- Scald / Knock Off /Toxic

ledian.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Ledian
Role(s): Setup Deterrent (stall), Support
Type: View attachment 220868View attachment 220869
Abilities:
Swarm, Iron Fist, Prankster
Stat Distribution: 90/70/130/90/115/75 (570 BST)
Movepool Additions: Haze, Taunt, Aura Sphere
Movepool Removals: Light Screen, Reflect, Swords Dance, Toxic
Justification: If anyone is qualified to submit a prankster haze mon it would be me, the bh/stall player. Great Prankster utility mon with an interesting defensive typing that helps it deal with the plethora of ground types already in the meta. Has a wide range of moveset options, with Defog, Encore, Taunt, and U-turn. Able to come in on setup mons, remove their boosts and gain momentum/use utility moves.
Utility:
Ledian @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Defog/Taunt/Encore/Aura Sphere
- U-turn
- Haze
- Roost

octillery.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Octillery
Role: Trapper
Type: View attachment 220791
Abilities:
Suction Cups, Sniper, Poison Heal
Stat Distribution: 75/100/80/115/80/90 (540 BST)
Movepool Additions: Octolock
Movepool Removals: Bullet Seed, Energy Ball, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, Seed Bomb, Thunder Wave
Justification: Trapping is really good so I tried to limit Octillery's coverage and stats. Speed is enough to outspeed most walls but be slower than most offensive mons. Weak defenses mean even walls can dent it. Poison Heal is really good to stall with Octolock, however Suction Cups has a legitimate niche of not allowing phazing to end the trap.
Trapper:
Octillery @ Toxic Orb / Leftovers
Ability: Poison Heal / Suction Cups
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature
- Octolock
- Protect
- Scald / Ice Beam / Octazooka
- Substitute / Ice Beam / Toxic
Carracosta: Sand has shown in the past to be more of a secondary weather, like hail. It obviously makes Carracosta better, but as for teammates, I doubt you could build a dedicated sand team.
Octillery: Manual trapping moves suck and are not a reliable way to remove roadblocks. Definitely not an archetype enabler.

scolipede.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Scolipede
Role(s): Status Spreader, Toxic Spikes Setter (Hazard Stack)
Type:
Bug.png
Poison.png

Abilities: Swarm / Poison Point / Poison Touch
Stat Distribution: 90/120/89/65/89/122 (575 BST)
Movepool Additions: U-Turn, Drill Run
Movepool Removals: Megahorn, Spikes
Justification: Poison Touch Pheromosa is pretty godly in BH so let's have it here. Scolipede spreads status pretty easily by spamming U-Turn on everything, and it can also use Toxic Spikes. However, it has a bit of trouble against really fat things like Walrein and Stoujourner.

mismagius.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Mismagius
Role(s): Misty Terrain Abuser, Special Wallbreaker
Type:
Ghost.png
Electric.png

Abilities: Surge Shifter (Surge Surfer clone for Misty Terrain)
Stat Distribution: 90/90/90/125/95/85 (575 BST)
Justification: Mismagius in Misty Terrain is a very fast wallbreaker with Nasty Plot to further its offensive presence. However, it easily lets in Gumshoos, which poses a serious threat to the switchin due to the latter's Stakeout. Besides that, it is checked by Snorlax and is not particularly fast outside of Misty Terrain.
Scolipede: A TSpikes lead sounds really, really, bad. Offensive teams prefer normal spikes anyways, TSpikes is usually a balance pick.
Mismagius: This is an abuser, not an enabler. Wait for next slate.

coalossal-gigantamax.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Gigantamax Coalossal
Role(s): Hazard Stacking (Contrary), Hazard Setter (Spikes and Rocks), Hazard Removal
Type: Fire/Bug
Abilities: Contrary / Solid Rock / Flash Fire
Stat Distribution: 120/120/80/80/120/80 (600)
Movepool Additions: Leech Life, Topsy-Turvy, Close Combat
Justification: Coalossal is an interesting addition because it can boost Evasion with Defog predicts and also Defenses with Contrary Close Combat, making it very hard to kill. However, it has no way of boosting its Attack, thus requiring Hazards to worn out foes to get KOs. Solid Rock also lets Coalossal fit in the Hazard Stacking archetype, but as a Rapid Spinner and Hazard Setter instead of an abuser. Rapid Spin and Contrary don't go well together. Flash Fire gives it an immunity, but doesn't synergize well with the rest of its kit, it's a niche option. Topsy-Turvy was added as a niche option against opposting Set-up Sweepers.
With a Bug secondary typing, it beats Orbeetle with Bug STAB, and resists Zacian's STABs and gains an Attack boost off of its Intimidate. Bug also gives it neutral against Ground, which will probably be valuable seeing all Ground mons we have. Coalossal can also get Speed boosts off of Cotton Down Dubwool, avoiding doubled BP.
Stonjourner, Seismitoad and Walrein beat it.
vibrava.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Vibrava (Eviolite Compatible)
Role(s): Trapper, Offensive Pivot, Stallbreaker, Hazard Removal
Type: Dark/Bug
Abilities: Desert Trap/Levitate/Mold Breaker
Stat Distribution: 80/115/80/60/80/65 (480)
Movepool Additions: Stockpile, Power Trip, Sucker Punch, Punishment, Fire Fang, Knock Off
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements: Desert Trap: inflicts the Sand Tomb volatile status on the target.
Justification: Vibrava is an interesting trapper that can fit in both offense and stall teams. Sand Tomb's passive damage helps it put foes into KO range, though it also is only a temporary trapping effect. Stockpile in combination with STAB Power Trip offers it an unconventional way of setting up on foes. Eviolite compatibility is nice, but Binding Band sets may be used, which makes it deal 1/6 max HP passive damage per turn, combined with Protect and Roost.
Free the evolved Pinch.
altaria.gif
(thanks Brodaha for the Mist idea)
Name of the Pokemon: Altaria
Role(s): Mist Setter, Defensive Pivot, Cleric, Hazard Removal
Type: Flying/Dragon
Abilities: Overcast / Cloud Nine / Natural Cure
Stat Distribution: 75/110/110/110/105/80 (590)
Movepool Additions: Dragon Ascent
Movepool Removals: Dragon Dance
Custom Elements: Overcast: On switch-in, this Pokemon summons Mist for 5 turns (8 turns with Dawn Stone) on the user's side of the field. Mist now also prevents self-inflicted stat drops.
Justification: Altaria can support the team in numerous ways, having access to Heal Bell, Defog, Haze, its own auto field effect and a status sponge ability. It lacks regular Altaria's set-up capabilities but doesn't suffer from being passive, as it has Draco Meteor and Dragon Ascent without downsides.
Altaria pairs well with Zacian, as it gains a Close Combat without Defense drops.
registeel.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Registeel
Role(s): Mixed Wall (Stall), Hazards
Type: Steel
Abilities: Mirror Armor / Early Bird / Oblivious
Stat Distribution: 80/75/150/75/150/50 (580)
Movepool Additions: Assimilation, Gyro Ball
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements: Assimilation: Steel-type Spectral Thief.
Justification: The idea was to replace the usual Haze you see on walls with another move that removed stat boosts. With Assimilation, Registeel becomes a set-up deterrent. It has the usual Registeel stats with a great tool at its disposal. Beats Intimidate Zacian with Mirror Armor. A set with Early Bird + Rest may be viable, but I wouldn't call it reliable. With Oblivious, Registeel becomes untauntable as a Rocks setter and RestTalk user, but loses out on the quicker Rest or stat drop bouncing.
Vibrava: No.

:ss/tornadus-therian:
Pokemon: Tornadus
Roles: Chain Heal (Stall?) / Bulky Pivot
Typing:
flying.gif
fighting.gif

Abilities: Chain Heal* / Filter
Stats: 90 / 110 / 115 / 110 / 80 / 95 (BST: 600)
New Moves: Drain Punch
Removed Moves: Toxic
Custom Elements: Chain Heal - Upon switching out, this Pokemon is healed for 1/4 of its max HP. Replacement's ability is then replaced with Chain Heal. (From FE so the code exists)
Justification: Credits to Yahooboo for the inspiration. Basically you want to have mons with eh abilities on your team and switch around a lot to keep the whole team healthy.
This ability is not a clone of an existing ability, and I feel like it would be super problematic regardless.

Yeah, but Persistent is in the code already so it's a coding non issue.

As for broken aspect, Trick Room is probably more broken than Tailwind, and I made sure it lacks that.
It’s not really for a coding thing, just to restrict gimmicks. And extended Tailwind is more problematic than extended Trick Room imo because a team can still have a functional speed tier outside of tailwind, and just outspeed everything with it active.

Can you rate mine too?
Sure.
Dottler: Much too passive for the meta's power level. Also this is a sticky web setter, not a trapper. With better stats and at least a little bit of usability when taunted should help this out.
Grookey: Doesn't really fit the current slate, so this won't be going to the voting stage (it appears to be a defensive pivot, not an archetype enabler of any kind. Also the custom leech seed mechanic isn't legal)

Okay, so I need to do a little change in Dottler

Stat Distribution: 50/40/130/55/130/40

  • Hatterene does not exist in Clean Slate 2
  • You're assuming Glaceon also gets in
  • Dazzling Gleam would be used over Draining Kiss because Draining Kiss is far too weak
  • It probably wouldn't have very serious 4MSS; Unaware would use Wish / Protect / Dazzling Gleam / Heal Bell or Defog while Triage would use Calm Mind / Draining Kiss / Mystical Fire / filler
  • This thing overall looks way too bulky for future special attackers to handle

Role(s): Lead / Rapid Spinner
Typing: Electric / Dark
Ability: Prankster
Stats: 70 / 98 / 70 / 55 / 70 / 107

Justification: It's a pretty good lead, learn all the pitfalls and it's not passive, Aura Wheel hits decently well, it works in Hyper Offense teams like Lead quite well, it can be a quick sppiner, it has the same problem as Sylveon, the 4MSS, but in Morpeko It is not so much the problem, it only depends on the team, however the ability if it is a problem, has weakness to Mach Punch, which is not pleasant for Morpeko, however, it fulfills its role well.
Having all four hazards and Rapid Spin and Taunt with Prankster is fuckin bonkers and having a weakness to a SE priority is a non-issue when 1) no mons in the meta actually get it and 2) it uses a Focus Sash.

First of all, update your previous post with all of your subs. Putting them in separate posts clutters up the thread.

Overall I really don't like this sub. It's what I classify as "wack" as some people have seen before: it pretty much 6-0s one archetype (stall) while doing absolutely nothing against another (anything with an offensive mon), and the method of trapping is prety gimmicky and not fun to play with or against.

They were just examples lol, any setup sweeper could have said, by the way, there is a gigamax hatterene, the idea is to be a Chansey 2.0, do not load it with special attacks, only with physical attackers, but thank you
PD: Morpeko still has the problem of the 4MSS

Gigantamax Hatterene was subbed but not voted in. Same with Beautifly, use the spreadsheet in OP to see what's actually in the meta

Obviously that's one plan, but when a boosted special attacker has Sylveon switch into it and take like 30%, that special attacker is then forced out and sinks momentum, which is particularly disadvantageous to a very offensive archetype. The point is there is no special attacker that could break through it - at least with Chansey one could use Taunt/Substitute due to its passivity.

Morpeko still has the problem of the 4MSS
You're misunderstanding 4MSS here, it's only a problem with issues like deciding coverage moves. For example, take Genesect in Clean Slate. It has a bunch of moves it can choose from - it has Flash Cannon, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, U-Turn, and a niche move in Energy Ball/Giga Drain. Obviously it can't use all of these moves. If it doesn't use Flash Cannon it gets walled by Nihilego; if it doesn't use Thunderbolt it gets walled by Milotic and Lanturn; if it doesn't use Ice Beam it gets walled by Flaaffy; if it doesn't use Flamethrower it gets walled by Forretress; if it doesn't use U-Turn it sinks momentum on choice sets if it doesn't predict well; and if it doesn't use a Grass attack it gets checked by Swampert. But when it comes to a suicide lead, the moveset is much easier to choose; it would probably use something like Taunt / Rapid Spin / Stealth Rock / Sticky Web. It could use Spikes over Stealth Rock but Stealth Rock hits Flying types and Morpeko isn't living that long to set enough Spikes to make a difference anyway. So in truth, it doesn't really have 4MSS because it has moves that are more consistent than others, it's just a very centralizing hazard setter.

I do not think that the Sylveon is that problematic, especially for the current power level in the tier. It losing Moonblast and Hyper Voice, having pretty ok physical bulk and all makes it a lot easier to tackle. (Also losing that Fighting resistance sucks.) I think it's pretty alright.

UPDATED
Name of the Pokemon:
Dottler
Role: Sticky Web Setter/Venomous Bug
Type: Bug/Psychic
Abilities: Compound Eyes/Dauntless Shield/Heat Proof
Stat Distribution: 50/40/130/55/130/40
Movepool Additions: Toxic/Trick Room/Curse
Movepool Removals: None
Justification: A Dottler holding an eviolite is a super defensive Pokemon with Dauntless Shield which can easily set trap with its Infestation, Struggle Bug, Toxic and Sticky Web. Recover will restore its health again and with Heat Proof it will have only a few weakness. With Compound Eyes, its Accuracy will be better even if Defog like moves are used but it is super weak to poison, dark and flying types.
This is still passive as hell. Give it means to not be Taunt bait.

Name of the Pokemon: Turtonator
Role(s): Special Wall
Type: Dragon/Rock
Abilities: Solid Rock/Battle Armor/Gleaming Shell
Stat Distribution: 120/95/70/40/140/70 (BST 525)
Movepool Additions: Accelerock, Stone Edge, Dragon Tail
Movepool Removals: Shell Smash, all Fire moves
Custom Elements: Gleaming Shell: Fur Coat clone for SpDef.
Justification: Turtonator is a fearsome wall to overcome, able to switch into even many super effective special hits with the combination of its huge SpDef and Gleaming Shell, and to dismantle a full head of momentum with Dragon Tail. However, it struggles offensively, with middling Attack, abysmal Special Attack, and a lacking offensive movepool, is quite vulnerable to status, and is far less adept at handling physical attackers, often having to rely on Iron Defense or Curse.

Name of the Pokemon: Whiscash
Role(s): Rain Setter
Type: Water/Electric
Abilities: Static/Anticipation/Drizzle
Stat Distribution: 100/60/95/90/115/80 (BST 530)
Movepool Additions: Thunderbolt, Thunder, Parabolic Charge, Thunder Wave, Agility
Movepool Removals: All Ground-type moves, Dragon Dance, Sandstorm, Icy Wind
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: Whiscash is a rain setter who, like Pelipper, can enter, set rain, and switch out to a boosted teammate or wreak havoc with a powerful STAB special move that cannot miss. Although more focused on bulk stats-wise, Whiscash can punch holes in teams with Thunder while boosted by rain, especially with a setup tool in Agility. It can also use Parabolic Charge for decent healing against foes that are already paralyzed or weak to it like the aforementioned Pelipper.

This is my first submission. Wish me luck. If anyone has comments on balancing, don't hesitate to let me know.
